Odavno se već zna kako hrvatski trgovci rade za upola manju plaću od one koju primaju njihovi kolege u zemljama Europske unije, premda jedino što u Lijepoj našoj stalno raste i razvija se jest upravo trgovački sektor. Od ovog mjeseca, pak, plaće su još manje jer, kako doznajemo od uposlenika “Keruma” d.d., svi radnici u prodavaonicama dobit će u prosjeku od 300 do 500 kuna manju plaću. Godišnja je zarada maloprodaje u “Kerumu” ove godine porasla, no prošlog je mjeseca dobrano pala. Je li to razlog smanjenju plaća?

- Ne znam zašto, iskreno ni ne zanima me, jasno mi je samo kako ću ovaj mjesec umjesto 3100 dobiti 2700 kuna - kazuje nam jedna radnica, koja u lancu Kerumovih trgovina već devet godina zarađuje kruh svoj svagdašnji. Razočarana je, priznaje, jer je vlasnik davno obećao kako će im plaće dignuti na pet tisuća kuna. - Pet tisuća mogu samo sanjati, a čini se sad da i o tri tisuće mogu samo maštati - gotovo kroz suze kazuje trgovkinja.

Pokušali smo doznati i u Sindikatu trgovine Hrvatske što o ovom nenajavljenom smanjenju mjesečnih primanja misle, ali rečeno nam je kako ne drže svrhovitim komentirati tu činjenicu jer u svojem članstvu nemaju ni jednog zaposlenika “Keruma” d.d. Direktorica tvrtke Nevenka Bečić jučer je, inače, vodila organizacijski odbor za proslavu svetog Duje. Njezinim uposlenicima, pak, Sudamja eto nije donijela ništa dobro...

Još krajem prošle godine plaća uposlenika “Keruma” bila je u prosjeku upravo za pet stotina kuna veća negoli plaće uposlenika “Konzuma”, “Lidla”, “Studenca” i “Tommyja”. Možda je ovo i pokušaj da se svima u trgovačkim lancima Hrvatske plaća svede na jednaku. No, oni koji prate poslovanje splitskoga gradonačelnika tvrde da je vjerojatnije razlog u tome što Željko Kerum, pritisnut krizom u trgovini i kreditima zbog svojeg hotela “Marjan”, više nije likvidan. Tako se u prosincu 2010. pojavila teorija o prodaji lanca Ivici Todoriću, no tada je Kerum izjavio da svoje trgovačko carstvo nema namjeru prodavati jer ga je stvarao od samog početka i jer mu je ono zlatna koka.

Bečić: Ništa neću reći

Predsjednica Uprave tvrtke “Kerum” nije nam željela potvrditi, ali ni demantirati, glasine o smanjivanju plaća radnicima.
- U svakom slučaju pišete destruktivno i zbog toga ne želim ništa reći - kratko nam je odgovorila sestra gradonačelnika Željka Keruma, inače predsjednica splitskoga Gradskog vijeća.


Matijašević: Nije pošteno

Žalostan sam što se to dogodilo, pogotovo što se to zbilo u trgovačkoj branši, gdje su plaće ionako male. Nije to pošteno, nije pravedno SEnD kazuje nam Ozren Matijašević, predsjednik HUS-a. Sindikati su interesna udruga, u “Kerumu” d.d. ne možemo učiniti apsolutno ništa, iz prostog razloga što se njihovi radnici nikada nisu sindikalno organizirali, zaključio je sindikalist.

Odavno se već zna kako hrvatski trgovci rade za upola manju plaću od one koju primaju njihovi kolege u zemljama Europske unije, premda jedino što u Lijepoj našoj stalno raste i razvija se jest upravo trgovački sektor. Od ovog mjeseca, pak, plaće su još manje jer, kako doznajemo od uposlenika “Keruma” d.d., svi radnici u prodavaonicama dobit će u prosjeku od 300 do 500 kuna manju plaću. Godišnja je zarada maloprodaje u “Kerumu” ove godine porasla, no prošlog je mjeseca dobrano pala. Je li to razlog smanjenju plaća?

- Ne znam zašto, iskreno ni ne zanima me, jasno mi je samo kako ću ovaj mjesec umjesto 3100 dobiti 2700 kuna - kazuje nam jedna radnica, koja u lancu Kerumovih trgovina već devet godina zarađuje kruh svoj svagdašnji. Razočarana je, priznaje, jer je vlasnik davno obećao kako će im plaće dignuti na pet tisuća kuna. - Pet tisuća mogu samo sanjati, a čini se sad da i o tri tisuće mogu samo maštati - gotovo kroz suze kazuje trgovkinja.

Pokušali smo doznati i u Sindikatu trgovine Hrvatske što o ovom nenajavljenom smanjenju mjesečnih primanja misle, ali rečeno nam je kako ne drže svrhovitim komentirati tu činjenicu jer u svojem članstvu nemaju ni jednog zaposlenika “Keruma” d.d. Direktorica tvrtke Nevenka Bečić jučer je, inače, vodila organizacijski odbor za proslavu svetog Duje. Njezinim uposlenicima, pak, Sudamja eto nije donijela ništa dobro...

Još krajem prošle godine plaća uposlenika “Keruma” bila je u prosjeku upravo za pet stotina kuna veća negoli plaće uposlenika “Konzuma”, “Lidla”, “Studenca” i “Tommyja”. Možda je ovo i pokušaj da se svima u trgovačkim lancima Hrvatske plaća svede na jednaku. No, oni koji prate poslovanje splitskoga gradonačelnika tvrde da je vjerojatnije razlog u tome što Željko Kerum, pritisnut krizom u trgovini i kreditima zbog svojeg hotela “Marjan”, više nije likvidan. Tako se u prosincu 2010. pojavila teorija o prodaji lanca Ivici Todoriću, no tada je Kerum izjavio da svoje trgovačko carstvo nema namjeru prodavati jer ga je stvarao od samog početka i jer mu je ono zlatna koka.

Bečić: Ništa neću reći

Predsjednica Uprave tvrtke “Kerum” nije nam željela potvrditi, ali ni demantirati, glasine o smanjivanju plaća radnicima.
- U svakom slučaju pišete destruktivno i zbog toga ne želim ništa reći - kratko nam je odgovorila sestra gradonačelnika Željka Keruma, inače predsjednica splitskoga Gradskog vijeća.


Matijašević: Nije pošteno

Žalostan sam što se to dogodilo, pogotovo što se to zbilo u trgovačkoj branši, gdje su plaće ionako male. Nije to pošteno, nije pravedno SEnD kazuje nam Ozren Matijašević, predsjednik HUS-a. Sindikati su interesna udruga, u “Kerumu” d.d. ne možemo učiniti apsolutno ništa, iz prostog razloga što se njihovi radnici nikada nisu sindikalno organizirali, zaključio je sindikalist.
