Na temelju potpisanog ugovora o koncesiji na pomorskom dobru, Dragan Jurišić je trebao platiti naknadu od 76.700 kuna, te 1,5 posto od prihoda ostvarenog obavljanjem djelatnosti na koncesijskom području.

Županija je na neplaćenu naknadu još obračunala kamate, te se došlo do iznosa od 102 tisuće kuna. U utorak je sutkinja Trgovačkog suda u Splitu zaključila raspravu i odredila datum objave presude. Tijekom dosadašnjeg postupka, Dragan Jurišić je tvrdio da je spasio opće dobro i povećao mu vrijednost.

Dostavio je vještvo sudskog vještaka po kojem je u Kašjune uložio više od pet milijuna kuna, te je na temelju toga tražio prebijanje svog duga. Županija se tome usprotivila jer bi se o tom njegovu ulaganju eventualno moglo raspravljati u drugom sudskom postupku.

Jurišić je tvrdio kako su mu “nadležna tijela Republike Hrvatske” dala suglasnost za izgradnju lukobrana i sanaciju plaže. Sudu je predlagao svjedoke koji su mu tu suglasnost navodno dali usmeno, no sutkinja nije prihvatila da se te osobe sasluša.

Naime, Jurišić nije dobio pisanu suglasnost za te radove na pomorskom dobru. Jenki je bio i koncesionar plaža Kaštelet i Trstenik. Ugovori o koncesijama su mu istekli 2010. godine. Obveze su mu, među ostalim, bile da održava i štiti pomorsko dobro pažnjom dobrog gospodara, da održava i propisuje red na plaži tijekom cijele godine, osigura opremu za pružanje prve pomoći, vidljivo ogradi plažu s pomorske strane...

Prema istom ugovoru, gubi koncesiju u slučaju da uredno ne plaća naknadu ili ako nedovoljno održava ili štiti pomorsko dobro.

Na temelju potpisanog ugovora o koncesiji na pomorskom dobru, Dragan Jurišić je trebao platiti naknadu od 76.700 kuna, te 1,5 posto od prihoda ostvarenog obavljanjem djelatnosti na koncesijskom području.

Županija je na neplaćenu naknadu još obračunala kamate, te se došlo do iznosa od 102 tisuće kuna. U utorak je sutkinja Trgovačkog suda u Splitu zaključila raspravu i odredila datum objave presude. Tijekom dosadašnjeg postupka, Dragan Jurišić je tvrdio da je spasio opće dobro i povećao mu vrijednost.

Dostavio je vještvo sudskog vještaka po kojem je u Kašjune uložio više od pet milijuna kuna, te je na temelju toga tražio prebijanje svog duga. Županija se tome usprotivila jer bi se o tom njegovu ulaganju eventualno moglo raspravljati u drugom sudskom postupku.

Jurišić je tvrdio kako su mu “nadležna tijela Republike Hrvatske” dala suglasnost za izgradnju lukobrana i sanaciju plaže. Sudu je predlagao svjedoke koji su mu tu suglasnost navodno dali usmeno, no sutkinja nije prihvatila da se te osobe sasluša.

Naime, Jurišić nije dobio pisanu suglasnost za te radove na pomorskom dobru. Jenki je bio i koncesionar plaža Kaštelet i Trstenik. Ugovori o koncesijama su mu istekli 2010. godine. Obveze su mu, među ostalim, bile da održava i štiti pomorsko dobro pažnjom dobrog gospodara, da održava i propisuje red na plaži tijekom cijele godine, osigura opremu za pružanje prve pomoći, vidljivo ogradi plažu s pomorske strane...

Prema istom ugovoru, gubi koncesiju u slučaju da uredno ne plaća naknadu ili ako nedovoljno održava ili štiti pomorsko dobro.
