Tulumom hitova domaće pop glazbe iz 90-ih i ranih 2000-ih ili popularnim "Trashom" danas kreće Advent na Zvončacu. Advent u ovom dijelu grada počinje dva dana prije Adventa na Prokurativama, Rivi i Mertojaku, dok se tek treba otkriti hoće li ga biti i kod Peškarije.
Stanovnici Meja su zbog toga posljednjih dva tjedna na nogama. Ali ne zbog uzbuđenja, već zbog buduće nesanice!
- Kako ćemo spavati večeras? Na Zvončacu je održano 96 dana manifestacija od 15. lipnja do 15. listopada. Od buke nismo spavali pet mjeseci! Te zabave ponekad potraju i nakon ponoći. Tko nas što pita? - pita se ljutito stanar Meštrovićevog šetališta,
Advent na Zvončacu će godine trajati do 1. siječnja 2024. godine. Organizator je Antun Tonči Vrdoljak, direktor tvrtke "Rajski park" i unuk istoimenog poznatog redatelja.

Ta je tvrtka već ovog ljeta organizirala "Split park festival" i "Kolur Zvončac" dok se na Zvončacu održao i festival pive i vina. "Radosne vijesti" o adventu prije dva tjedna izazvale su nezadovoljstvo stanara.
Zbog toga je 14. studenog održana sjednica kotarskog Vijeća na kojoj je zatražen sastanak s predstavnicima Grada koji je održan 20. studenog.
- Dogovorene su tehničke korekcije kako bi se smanjila buka. Bit će najviše jedan koncert tjedno i trajat će do 23 sata. U idućoj bi se godini trebao smanjiti broj manifestacija. Organizatori su obećali kako će se iduća godina okrenuti bina i zvučnici prema jugu čime bi se smanjila buka u rezidencijalnom dijelu kotara - rekao nam je Ante Bekavac, predsjednik GK Meje iz redova HDZ-a.

Na manifestacijama na Zvončacu koje je organizirao "Rajski park" do sada je Ivica Puljak dozvoljavao prekoračenje buke. Za DJ programe 65 decibela i 80 decibela za koncerte.

Stanari Meja nam kažu kako se Odluka gradonačelnika nije poštoavala. Poslani su nam rezultati mjerenja 1.-og i 15.-og srpnja koja je bila veća od dozvoljenih 80 decibela. Dok su pjevali Vesna Pisarović, odnosno, TBF, stanari su „čupali kosu na glavi”.
Organizator je za vrijeme "Kolura glazbe" naručio mjerenje buke od tvrtke "Zast". Mjerenje je napravljeno na šest lokacija uključujući lokaciju kod "Bobisa" u stambenom dijelu i na ulazu. Kod "Bobisa" i na ulazu je buka bila veća od dozvoljenih 80 decibela. No, unatoč tome, rezultati su opisani kao sukladni.

Mjeriti možete gdje hoćete jer je zakon nedorečen po tom pitanju i dovoljan je jedan rezultat koji je unutar dozvoljenog prekoračenja da bi mjerenje bilo sukladno, objasnili su iz "Zasta".
Za sva ostala mjesta vrijedi Pravilnik gdje je vrijedi zabrana prekoračenja od jednog decibela, rekli su iz "Zasta". To bi značilo ako, primjerice, Hajduk igra u 19 sati i Vi mjerite buku iz "Kineskog zida", ona ne smije prijeći 65 decibela. Ako bi izmjerili 66 decibela, imate pravni temelj za zabranu utakmice. Ista stvar je i s Ultrom ili koncertom na Sustipanu.
- Zašto se tako ne postupa prema "Ultri" ili Hajduku? - pitaju se iz "Zasta".

Advent bez dozvole za prekoračenjem?
Stanari Meja smatraju kako su mnogo više večeri bili izloženi prekoračenju buke nego u drugim dijelovima grada. Kažu nam kako je najgore na Meštrovićevom šetalištu, Dražancu, Begovićevoj i Njegovićevoj ulici gdje se ne može oka sklopiti.
- Ma čuje se sve do kaskada - požalili su se.
U Odluci o dozvoljenom prekoračenju buke na području Splita, Zvončac nije naveden kao mjesto gdje je dozvoljeno njezino prekoračenje.
U tom slučaju organizator je morao, baš kao i za prijašnje manifestacije, dobiti dozvolu za prekoračenje od gradonačelnika. U Službenom glasniku i aktima gradonačelnika nismo našli takvu Puljkovu odluku. U Zaključku gradonačelnika kojim se Advent proglašava manifestacijom od posebnog značaja navedene su tri lokacije održavanja: Riva, Prokurative i Mertojak.
Ako zaključka nema, a lokacija nije navedena u Odluci, onda bi dozvoljena razina buke trebala biti između 45 i 65 decibela. S obzirom kako je zemljište u zoni B i ima svojstvo kulturnog dobra - djelomična zaštita, razina buke bi prema Pravilniku trebala biti 45 decibela. Takva razina buke stvara se prilikom tišeg razgovora, što znači da će se glazba na Zvončacu - jedva čuti.

Tulumom hitova domaće pop glazbe iz 90-ih i ranih 2000-ih ili popularnim "Trashom" danas kreće Advent na Zvončacu. Advent u ovom dijelu grada počinje dva dana prije Adventa na Prokurativama, Rivi i Mertojaku, dok se tek treba otkriti hoće li ga biti i kod Peškarije.
Stanovnici Meja su zbog toga posljednjih dva tjedna na nogama. Ali ne zbog uzbuđenja, već zbog buduće nesanice!
- Kako ćemo spavati večeras? Na Zvončacu je održano 96 dana manifestacija od 15. lipnja do 15. listopada. Od buke nismo spavali pet mjeseci! Te zabave ponekad potraju i nakon ponoći. Tko nas što pita? - pita se ljutito stanar Meštrovićevog šetališta,
Advent na Zvončacu će godine trajati do 1. siječnja 2024. godine. Organizator je Antun Tonči Vrdoljak, direktor tvrtke "Rajski park" i unuk istoimenog poznatog redatelja.

Ta je tvrtka već ovog ljeta organizirala "Split park festival" i "Kolur Zvončac" dok se na Zvončacu održao i festival pive i vina. "Radosne vijesti" o adventu prije dva tjedna izazvale su nezadovoljstvo stanara.
Zbog toga je 14. studenog održana sjednica kotarskog Vijeća na kojoj je zatražen sastanak s predstavnicima Grada koji je održan 20. studenog.
- Dogovorene su tehničke korekcije kako bi se smanjila buka. Bit će najviše jedan koncert tjedno i trajat će do 23 sata. U idućoj bi se godini trebao smanjiti broj manifestacija. Organizatori su obećali kako će se iduća godina okrenuti bina i zvučnici prema jugu čime bi se smanjila buka u rezidencijalnom dijelu kotara - rekao nam je Ante Bekavac, predsjednik GK Meje iz redova HDZ-a.

Na manifestacijama na Zvončacu koje je organizirao "Rajski park" do sada je Ivica Puljak dozvoljavao prekoračenje buke. Za DJ programe 65 decibela i 80 decibela za koncerte.

Stanari Meja nam kažu kako se Odluka gradonačelnika nije poštoavala. Poslani su nam rezultati mjerenja 1.-og i 15.-og srpnja koja je bila veća od dozvoljenih 80 decibela. Dok su pjevali Vesna Pisarović, odnosno, TBF, stanari su „čupali kosu na glavi”.
Organizator je za vrijeme "Kolura glazbe" naručio mjerenje buke od tvrtke "Zast". Mjerenje je napravljeno na šest lokacija uključujući lokaciju kod "Bobisa" u stambenom dijelu i na ulazu. Kod "Bobisa" i na ulazu je buka bila veća od dozvoljenih 80 decibela. No, unatoč tome, rezultati su opisani kao sukladni.

Mjeriti možete gdje hoćete jer je zakon nedorečen po tom pitanju i dovoljan je jedan rezultat koji je unutar dozvoljenog prekoračenja da bi mjerenje bilo sukladno, objasnili su iz "Zasta".
Za sva ostala mjesta vrijedi Pravilnik gdje je vrijedi zabrana prekoračenja od jednog decibela, rekli su iz "Zasta". To bi značilo ako, primjerice, Hajduk igra u 19 sati i Vi mjerite buku iz "Kineskog zida", ona ne smije prijeći 65 decibela. Ako bi izmjerili 66 decibela, imate pravni temelj za zabranu utakmice. Ista stvar je i s Ultrom ili koncertom na Sustipanu.
- Zašto se tako ne postupa prema "Ultri" ili Hajduku? - pitaju se iz "Zasta".

Advent bez dozvole za prekoračenjem?
Stanari Meja smatraju kako su mnogo više večeri bili izloženi prekoračenju buke nego u drugim dijelovima grada. Kažu nam kako je najgore na Meštrovićevom šetalištu, Dražancu, Begovićevoj i Njegovićevoj ulici gdje se ne može oka sklopiti.
- Ma čuje se sve do kaskada - požalili su se.
U Odluci o dozvoljenom prekoračenju buke na području Splita, Zvončac nije naveden kao mjesto gdje je dozvoljeno njezino prekoračenje.
U tom slučaju organizator je morao, baš kao i za prijašnje manifestacije, dobiti dozvolu za prekoračenje od gradonačelnika. U Službenom glasniku i aktima gradonačelnika nismo našli takvu Puljkovu odluku. U Zaključku gradonačelnika kojim se Advent proglašava manifestacijom od posebnog značaja navedene su tri lokacije održavanja: Riva, Prokurative i Mertojak.
Ako zaključka nema, a lokacija nije navedena u Odluci, onda bi dozvoljena razina buke trebala biti između 45 i 65 decibela. S obzirom kako je zemljište u zoni B i ima svojstvo kulturnog dobra - djelomična zaštita, razina buke bi prema Pravilniku trebala biti 45 decibela. Takva razina buke stvara se prilikom tišeg razgovora, što znači da će se glazba na Zvončacu - jedva čuti.
