Situacija s cijepljenjem u našoj županiji, blago rečeno, nije najpovoljnija, što se, uz cjepivo protiv ospica, hripavca..., odnosi i na cjepivo protiv HPV-a protiv kojega glas dižu i oni od kojih bi to najmanje očekivali - pojedini učitelji.

- Kći osmašica ovih je dana došla kući cijela ustravljena, kaže da se neće cijepiti protiv HPV-a, jer im je, pazite, razrednica na satu razredne zajednice rekla da tko zna što oni stavljaju u cjepivo, tko zna što im može biti od toga i sl. - Ne mogu vjerovati da netko, počevši od roditelja preko nastavnika, može preuzeti odgovornost i reći: "Ja svoje dijete neću cijepiti protiv raka". Taj virus uzrokuje ne samo rak grlića maternice kod žena nego i, što svi zaboravljaju, i rak kod muškaraca. HPV može izazvati - više od 90 posto zaraženih se imunološki obrani - rak grlića maternice, rak vagine, rak vulve, rak anusa, rak penisa i rak orofarinksa.

Obolijevaju muški i ženski reproduktivni organi, te orofarinks kod jednih i drugih (ždrijelo i grkljan). Pokazalo se da imamo veliki porast oboljenja orofarinksa uzrokovanog HPV-om. Cjepivo u 100 posto slučajeva, a pokazuju to 15-godišnja istraživanja, sprječava razvoj predmalignih i malignih lezija.

Zato roditelji preuzimaju odgovornost ako dijete ne cijepe protiv HPV virusa. Preporučili smo da se djeca cijepe već od petog razreda osnovne škole, jer je bolji imunološki odgovor ukoliko je dijete ranije cijepljeno i potrebna mu je manja doza cjepiva. Zasad su djeci do 15. godine života dovoljne samo dvije doze, a starijima tri. Od 2007. do sada pokazalo se da oni koji su cijepljeni imaju dovoljne razine antitijela što znači da u budućnosti neće trebati docjepljivanje. U pitanju je jedno od najispitivanijih cjepiva. HPV se ne prenosi samo spolnim odnosom nego kontaktom sluznice, može se prenijeti preko porođajnog kanala s majke na dijete tijekom poroda. I nije vezano samo za seksualne kontakte ili promiskuitet. Možete imati samo jednog partnera i dobiti HPV.

Situacija s cijepljenjem u našoj županiji, blago rečeno, nije najpovoljnija, što se, uz cjepivo protiv ospica, hripavca..., odnosi i na cjepivo protiv HPV-a protiv kojega glas dižu i oni od kojih bi to najmanje očekivali - pojedini učitelji.

- Kći osmašica ovih je dana došla kući cijela ustravljena, kaže da se neće cijepiti protiv HPV-a, jer im je, pazite, razrednica na satu razredne zajednice rekla da tko zna što oni stavljaju u cjepivo, tko zna što im može biti od toga i sl. I djeca se uplašila, a razrednica nama, roditeljima, prethodno, poslala obavijest o rasporedu cijepljenja.

- Tko je tu lud - pita se naš sugrađanin K. U. govoreći kako će s kćeri kod kuće obavezno morati obavezno porazgovarati na temu cijepljenja protiv HPV-a i objasniti joj zašto je takvo što dobro za njezino zdravlje. Već jesu i on i supruga, ali nastavnica je, priča nam naš sugovornik, zamutila vodu, pa smo komentar potražili kod Željke Karin, ravnateljice Nastavnog zavoda za javno zdravstvo Splitsko-dalmatinske županije.

- Nedopustivo je da u učionicama netko tko ne zna ništa o cijepljenju govori djeci da se ne cijepe. Ja ne podučavam nikoga nikoga ni povijest ni matematiku. Neka oni rade svoj posao... Ako trebam popravak auta, vozim ga automehaničaru. Profesori moraju slušati stručne zdravstvene djelatnike koji se bave cijepljenjem i zaštitom zdravlja djece i mladih.

To su pedijatri, epidemiolozi, školska medicina, infektolozi, što se tiče karcinoma i ginekolozi. Svatko tko se medicinom bavi stručno, znanstveno i profesionalno, preporučit će sva cjepiva iz našeg kalendara. Onaj koji to ne preporuča nije dobar stručnjak. Roditeljima samo jedna preporuka - slušajte stručnjake, poručuje Karin te nastavlja:

Roditelji, preuzmite odgovornost!

- Ne mogu vjerovati da netko, počevši od roditelja preko nastavnika, može preuzeti odgovornost i reći: "Ja svoje dijete neću cijepiti protiv raka". Taj virus uzrokuje ne samo rak grlića maternice kod žena nego i, što svi zaboravljaju, i rak kod muškaraca. HPV može izazvati - više od 90 posto zaraženih se imunološki obrani - rak grlića maternice, rak vagine, rak vulve, rak anusa, rak penisa i rak orofarinksa.

Obolijevaju muški i ženski reproduktivni organi, te orofarinks kod jednih i drugih (ždrijelo i grkljan). Pokazalo se da imamo veliki porast oboljenja orofarinksa uzrokovanog HPV-om. Cjepivo u 100 posto slučajeva, a pokazuju to 15-godišnja istraživanja, sprječava razvoj predmalignih i malignih lezija.

Zato roditelji preuzimaju odgovornost ako dijete ne cijepe protiv HPV virusa. Preporučili smo da se djeca cijepe već od petog razreda osnovne škole, jer je bolji imunološki odgovor ukoliko je dijete ranije cijepljeno i potrebna mu je manja doza cjepiva. Zasad su djeci do 15. godine života dovoljne samo dvije doze, a starijima tri. Od 2007. do sada pokazalo se da oni koji su cijepljeni imaju dovoljne razine antitijela što znači da u budućnosti neće trebati docjepljivanje. U pitanju je jedno od najispitivanijih cjepiva. HPV se ne prenosi samo spolnim odnosom nego kontaktom sluznice, može se prenijeti preko porođajnog kanala s majke na dijete tijekom poroda. I nije vezano samo za seksualne kontakte ili promiskuitet. Možete imati samo jednog partnera i dobiti HPV.
