U sklopu 27. Međunarodnog sajma GAST koji se u Sportskom centru Gripe održava od 8. do 11. ožujka danas je održana i konferencija "Turizam u fokusu" u kojoj je među panelistima bio i zamjenik gradonačelnika Bojan Ivošević. Raspravljalo se o smjeru u kojem turizam u Splitu ide.
Prokomentirao je situaciju s ugostiteljskim i poslovnim objektima u gradu.
- Ne možemo utjecati na interne odluke ugostitelja o tome kakvu će uslugu imati. Građani možda ne znaju da za brojne dozvole koje se izdaju za rad poslovnih subjekata, pa i ugostiteljskih objekata, uopće nije nadležna gradska uprava. Imamo želju da Grad Split dobije status velikog grada i da time ono što je od gradske uprave prešlo pod nadležnost Splitsko - dalmatinske županije bude dio Grada Splita, jer bi tako imali barem nekakve mogućnosti da održimo samo ono kvalitetno ugostiteljstvo koje ispunjava sve zakonske preduvjete - rekao je Ivošević koji se potom osvrnuo na novu Odluku o komunalnom redu koja je, između ostalog, skratila i štekate koji su bili na javnoj površini.

- Proteklih mjeseci kada se donosila odluka o komunalnom redu koristio se jedan netočan argument, odnosno govorilo se o gubitcima radnih mjesta kao o nekim socijalnim slučajevima. Nelogična je argumentacija gubitka radnih mjesta dok se svi ovdje slažemo da nedostaje radne snage. Zapravo, to su koristili samo pojedinci kojima to nije odgovaralo iz njihovog osobnog interesa, ali vjerujte da ako je i koji kvalitetan konobar, kuhar ili pomoćni radnik u kuhinji morao zbog nekakvih promjena Odluke o komunalnom redu tražiti drugo radno mjesto, s obzirom na trenutnu situaciju s radnom snagom u Splitu i okolici, sigurno ga je našao. Te promjene nisu drastične i ne bi trebale ljudima zadavat nikakve probleme već, nadam se, pospješit kvalitetu usluge i mijenjati strukturu gostiju - poručio je.

- Pitanje je želimo li pijanu gluvariju od 18 godina koja troši dnevno od 10 do 15 eura ili nam je cilj da se struktura gostiju mijenja te da dolaze ljudi koji umjesto da pijani prespavaju od 8 do 15 sati popodne, u tom vremenu potroše 200 eura? Sada već dolazimo do razine gdje grad puca po šavovima i gdje se infrastruktura mora razvijati i prilagođavati. Sada moramo početi birati što želimo i donositi strateške odluke. Odlučiti je li Riva mjesto za fini ručak i večeru ili diskoteka koja će živjeti od 22 sata do ponoći. Svi se slažemo da želimo kvalitetu. Smatram da će ova nova Odluka o komunalnom redu ići na ruku onima koji imaju kvalitetnu ponudu - istaknuo je dogradonačelnik.

Moderatorica Martina Nimac Kalcina upitala je Ivoševića planira li Grad potencirati ulicu u kojoj se, po uzoru na velike gradove, nalaze skupi dućani te bi li Grad Split mogao takvim dućanima izaći ususret i osloboditi ih plaćanja najma nekoliko godina.
- To bi prema svemu sudeći trebala biti Marmontova, a u budućnosti nakon rekonstrukcije Hotela "Marjan" i Zapadna obala koja će sad imat i legalne vezove jer je to konačno riješeno. Ono što je meni neshvatljivo je da je Grad Split rasprodavao gradsku imovinu na najatraktivnijim lokacijama od Rive do Marmontove leva-leva. To je bila jedna sumanuta politička odluka Grada Splita u zadnjih 15 do 20 godina u kojoj su se najvrijedniji prostori makli van kontrole grada. Dobili smo time jednokratnu zaradu od prodaje prostora, a da ih nismo prodali od najma bi zaradili puno više. Inače, donijeli smo odluku da nećemo poticati ugostiteljstvo u Marmontovoj ulici i oko Bedema Priulli preko puta Prime 3, već bismo tu htjeli poticati trgovinu.

Trenutni zakoni ne dozvoljavaju nam mogućnost miješanja unutar fast-food objekata u staroj gradskoj jezgri. Ministarstvo kulture godinama je blagonaklono gledalo na takve objekte i sad imamo to što imamo. Ono što mi možemo je prestati poticati njihov prihod i nadat se da će se klijentela u Splitu promijeniti i da će što manje ljudi ići u fast food objekte, a sve više zahtijevati kvalitetnije brendove. Ne postoji mogućnost da uvjetujemo da u određenom prostoru bude neki brend, ono što možemo na natječajima je specificirati namjenu unutar tog prostora, ali ne i brend ili lanac koji bi tu trebao poslovati - zaključio je.

U sklopu 27. Međunarodnog sajma GAST koji se u Sportskom centru Gripe održava od 8. do 11. ožujka danas je održana i konferencija "Turizam u fokusu" u kojoj je među panelistima bio i zamjenik gradonačelnika Bojan Ivošević. Raspravljalo se o smjeru u kojem turizam u Splitu ide.
Prokomentirao je situaciju s ugostiteljskim i poslovnim objektima u gradu.
- Ne možemo utjecati na interne odluke ugostitelja o tome kakvu će uslugu imati. Građani možda ne znaju da za brojne dozvole koje se izdaju za rad poslovnih subjekata, pa i ugostiteljskih objekata, uopće nije nadležna gradska uprava. Imamo želju da Grad Split dobije status velikog grada i da time ono što je od gradske uprave prešlo pod nadležnost Splitsko - dalmatinske županije bude dio Grada Splita, jer bi tako imali barem nekakve mogućnosti da održimo samo ono kvalitetno ugostiteljstvo koje ispunjava sve zakonske preduvjete - rekao je Ivošević koji se potom osvrnuo na novu Odluku o komunalnom redu koja je, između ostalog, skratila i štekate koji su bili na javnoj površini.

- Proteklih mjeseci kada se donosila odluka o komunalnom redu koristio se jedan netočan argument, odnosno govorilo se o gubitcima radnih mjesta kao o nekim socijalnim slučajevima. Nelogična je argumentacija gubitka radnih mjesta dok se svi ovdje slažemo da nedostaje radne snage. Zapravo, to su koristili samo pojedinci kojima to nije odgovaralo iz njihovog osobnog interesa, ali vjerujte da ako je i koji kvalitetan konobar, kuhar ili pomoćni radnik u kuhinji morao zbog nekakvih promjena Odluke o komunalnom redu tražiti drugo radno mjesto, s obzirom na trenutnu situaciju s radnom snagom u Splitu i okolici, sigurno ga je našao. Te promjene nisu drastične i ne bi trebale ljudima zadavat nikakve probleme već, nadam se, pospješit kvalitetu usluge i mijenjati strukturu gostiju - poručio je.

- Pitanje je želimo li pijanu gluvariju od 18 godina koja troši dnevno od 10 do 15 eura ili nam je cilj da se struktura gostiju mijenja te da dolaze ljudi koji umjesto da pijani prespavaju od 8 do 15 sati popodne, u tom vremenu potroše 200 eura? Sada već dolazimo do razine gdje grad puca po šavovima i gdje se infrastruktura mora razvijati i prilagođavati. Sada moramo početi birati što želimo i donositi strateške odluke. Odlučiti je li Riva mjesto za fini ručak i večeru ili diskoteka koja će živjeti od 22 sata do ponoći. Svi se slažemo da želimo kvalitetu. Smatram da će ova nova Odluka o komunalnom redu ići na ruku onima koji imaju kvalitetnu ponudu - istaknuo je dogradonačelnik.

Moderatorica Martina Nimac Kalcina upitala je Ivoševića planira li Grad potencirati ulicu u kojoj se, po uzoru na velike gradove, nalaze skupi dućani te bi li Grad Split mogao takvim dućanima izaći ususret i osloboditi ih plaćanja najma nekoliko godina.
- To bi prema svemu sudeći trebala biti Marmontova, a u budućnosti nakon rekonstrukcije Hotela "Marjan" i Zapadna obala koja će sad imat i legalne vezove jer je to konačno riješeno. Ono što je meni neshvatljivo je da je Grad Split rasprodavao gradsku imovinu na najatraktivnijim lokacijama od Rive do Marmontove leva-leva. To je bila jedna sumanuta politička odluka Grada Splita u zadnjih 15 do 20 godina u kojoj su se najvrijedniji prostori makli van kontrole grada. Dobili smo time jednokratnu zaradu od prodaje prostora, a da ih nismo prodali od najma bi zaradili puno više. Inače, donijeli smo odluku da nećemo poticati ugostiteljstvo u Marmontovoj ulici i oko Bedema Priulli preko puta Prime 3, već bismo tu htjeli poticati trgovinu.

Trenutni zakoni ne dozvoljavaju nam mogućnost miješanja unutar fast-food objekata u staroj gradskoj jezgri. Ministarstvo kulture godinama je blagonaklono gledalo na takve objekte i sad imamo to što imamo. Ono što mi možemo je prestati poticati njihov prihod i nadat se da će se klijentela u Splitu promijeniti i da će što manje ljudi ići u fast food objekte, a sve više zahtijevati kvalitetnije brendove. Ne postoji mogućnost da uvjetujemo da u određenom prostoru bude neki brend, ono što možemo na natječajima je specificirati namjenu unutar tog prostora, ali ne i brend ili lanac koji bi tu trebao poslovati - zaključio je.
