Kako smo i najavili, priča oko Vrtla u Dominisovoj 9 dobila je svoj epilog. Investitor Igor Kokot, kako doznajemo iz gradske uprave, u vlastitom je aranžmanu u večernjim satima započeo s uklanjanjem kamenih ploča koje je prošlog tjedna, unatoč konzervatorskoj zabrani i rješenju o uklanjanju od strane komunalnog redarstva, počeo postavljati na gradskoj površini u srcu Dioklecijanove palače.
Naime, za sutra ujutro je bilo najavljeno sprovođenje u djelo rješenja o izvršenju prema kojem je Grad Split putem svog koncesionara trebao osigurati vraćanje terena u prvobitno stanje, te investitoru za to ispostaviti račun. Čak je tom činu trebao nazočiti sam gradonačelnik Andro Krstulović Opara kako bi time pokazao da uzurpaciju gradske površine ne namjerava tolerirati.

Kako smo i najavili, priča oko Vrtla u Dominisovoj 9 dobila je svoj epilog. Investitor Igor Kokot, kako doznajemo iz gradske uprave, u vlastitom je aranžmanu u večernjim satima započeo s uklanjanjem kamenih ploča koje je prošlog tjedna, unatoč konzervatorskoj zabrani i rješenju o uklanjanju od strane komunalnog redarstva, počeo postavljati na gradskoj površini u srcu Dioklecijanove palače.
Naime, za sutra ujutro je bilo najavljeno sprovođenje u djelo rješenja o izvršenju prema kojem je Grad Split putem svog koncesionara trebao osigurati vraćanje terena u prvobitno stanje, te investitoru za to ispostaviti račun. Čak je tom činu trebao nazočiti sam gradonačelnik Andro Krstulović Opara kako bi time pokazao da uzurpaciju gradske površine ne namjerava tolerirati.
