Banovina je, uz potpis gradonačelnika Andre Krstulovića Opare, sklopila ugovor o daljnjem iznajmljivanju poslovnih prostora na drugom katu i u prizemlju zgrade na Brodarici, koje je i do sada koristila splitska ispostava Državnog inspektorata.

Riječ je o ukupno gotovo 1200 četvornih metara koje gradska uprava daje na trogodišnje korištenje nacionalnoj ustanovi po mjesečnoj cijeni zakupnine od oko 16.500 kuna, ili gotovo 198.000 kuna godišnje.

Za dio prostora u prizemlju, površine 76,2 kvadrata, određena je mjesečna cijena od 25 kuna po četvornome metru, ili 1905 kuna, dok je za urede na drugom katu nekadašnje “Diokomove” upravne zgrade, površine 1108 četvornih metara, istaknut mjesečni iznos od 13,1 kunu po kvadratu, ili ukupno 14.542 kune.
