Nije uspio ni sedmi sastanak zamjenika gradonačelnika Jure Šundova s Mirom Glavašem i Nevenom Cokarićem iz Udruge korisnika toplane “Blatine”, održan u petak u Banovini, o krizi centralnog grijanja, što znači da će se nastaviti sadašnje stanje u kojem se zapravo ni ne zna točno u kojim će se zgradama Šimićeve, Ulice Ruđera Boškovića, dijelova Poljičke ceste i malene Klovićeve grijanje nastaviti, a u kojima neće. Obje strane, naime, tvrde da “oni drugi” imaju tvrde stavove od kojih ne odustaju.

− Prijete mi da će dovesti građane s Blatina ispred Banovine i ne žele shvatiti da Grad Split ne može odrediti cijenu grijanja, kada to rade Hrvatska energetska regulatorna agencija i Vlada. Naše su stručne službe procijenile da Grad Split nema osnova prekinuti koncesijski ugovor s “Hvidrom” d.o.o. te sam im savjetovao da se obrate sudu. Što će im drugo reći, osim da je Grad dužan osigurati grijanje? Zar mislite da ja ne bih volio kad bi cijena bila niža? − kaže Jure Šundov.

− Sudski bi spor trajao dulje nego njihov mandat u Banovini. Tražili smo da se stavi na papir stav Grada kako ćemo u travnju iduće godine ponovno utvrditi stavke ugovora, a da taj potpis bude uvjet potpisivanja našeg privremenog ugovora s koncesionarom. Oni, međutim, nisu pristali, a mi možemo jedino poručiti građanima da ignoriraju račun grijanja za listopad, koji im je u međuvremenu stigao − tvrde Miro Glavaš i Neven Cokarić.

Ni u “Hvidri” d.o.o. nema izmjene stava, vlasnici oko 2,8 tisuća stanova s područja toplane “Blatine”, koji žele i koji ne žele nastavak centralnog grijanja po postojećim uvjetima − pozivaju se na izjašnjavanje u prostorije koncesionara u Ulici Ruđera Boškovića. Ovisno o potrebnoj većini od 51 posto, pojedine će se “podstanice” (zajednička mjerila) uključivati ili isključivati iz mreže.

Luka Podrug: Sumnjam u manipulaciju

Gradski vijećnik Luka Podrug (HČSP): “Susjedi me stalno pitaju zašto im ne radi grijanje, te sam počeo sumnjati u veliku manipulaciju od te tzv. Udruge korisnika, koju upravo provjeravam i imat ću je riješenu do iduće sjednice Gradskog vijeća. U mojoj zgradi npr. nema grijanja, a uvjeren sam da nas je većina za nastavak. Član sam gradskog povjerenstva te toplane, koje se dugo nije sastalo i mogu reći da se tzv. Udruga korisnika neovlašteno koristi našim računom.”

Nije uspio ni sedmi sastanak zamjenika gradonačelnika Jure Šundova s Mirom Glavašem i Nevenom Cokarićem iz Udruge korisnika toplane “Blatine”, održan u petak u Banovini, o krizi centralnog grijanja, što znači da će se nastaviti sadašnje stanje u kojem se zapravo ni ne zna točno u kojim će se zgradama Šimićeve, Ulice Ruđera Boškovića, dijelova Poljičke ceste i malene Klovićeve grijanje nastaviti, a u kojima neće. Obje strane, naime, tvrde da “oni drugi” imaju tvrde stavove od kojih ne odustaju.

− Prijete mi da će dovesti građane s Blatina ispred Banovine i ne žele shvatiti da Grad Split ne može odrediti cijenu grijanja, kada to rade Hrvatska energetska regulatorna agencija i Vlada. Naše su stručne službe procijenile da Grad Split nema osnova prekinuti koncesijski ugovor s “Hvidrom” d.o.o. te sam im savjetovao da se obrate sudu. Što će im drugo reći, osim da je Grad dužan osigurati grijanje? Zar mislite da ja ne bih volio kad bi cijena bila niža? − kaže Jure Šundov.

− Sudski bi spor trajao dulje nego njihov mandat u Banovini. Tražili smo da se stavi na papir stav Grada kako ćemo u travnju iduće godine ponovno utvrditi stavke ugovora, a da taj potpis bude uvjet potpisivanja našeg privremenog ugovora s koncesionarom. Oni, međutim, nisu pristali, a mi možemo jedino poručiti građanima da ignoriraju račun grijanja za listopad, koji im je u međuvremenu stigao − tvrde Miro Glavaš i Neven Cokarić.

Ni u “Hvidri” d.o.o. nema izmjene stava, vlasnici oko 2,8 tisuća stanova s područja toplane “Blatine”, koji žele i koji ne žele nastavak centralnog grijanja po postojećim uvjetima − pozivaju se na izjašnjavanje u prostorije koncesionara u Ulici Ruđera Boškovića. Ovisno o potrebnoj većini od 51 posto, pojedine će se “podstanice” (zajednička mjerila) uključivati ili isključivati iz mreže.

Luka Podrug: Sumnjam u manipulaciju

Gradski vijećnik Luka Podrug (HČSP): “Susjedi me stalno pitaju zašto im ne radi grijanje, te sam počeo sumnjati u veliku manipulaciju od te tzv. Udruge korisnika, koju upravo provjeravam i imat ću je riješenu do iduće sjednice Gradskog vijeća. U mojoj zgradi npr. nema grijanja, a uvjeren sam da nas je većina za nastavak. Član sam gradskog povjerenstva te toplane, koje se dugo nije sastalo i mogu reći da se tzv. Udruga korisnika neovlašteno koristi našim računom.”
