| Građani s Blatina vrlo su nezadovoljni odnosom s ‘Hvidrom’ i obračunima troškova centralnoga grijanja Paun Paunović / Cropix |
Parać smatra da je spornih četiri milijuna kuna, koliko je Udruga izračunala da su korisnici grijanja u 2005. i iduće dvije godine, zajedno s kamatama, preplatili, “Hvidra” ispravno obračunala. Negirao je i da njegova tvrtka ne odgovara korisnicima na upućene dopise.
- Cijelo vrijeme izaziva se nekakav sukob između nas, kao da smo mi suprotstavljene strane. Tako se i u vezi s ugradnjom razdjelnika želi stvoriti dojam da je “Hvidra” protiv njih ili da želi nametati ugradnju svojih razdjelnika po nekoj višoj cijeni, a to ne stoji - govori Parać.
U “Hvidri” za sada nemaju informaciju da je netko ugradio razdjelnik, odnosno uređaj za razdiobu toplinske energije, pa će se potrošnja i dalje obračunavati po kvadratu stana, ali sad prema izmjerenoj potrošnji na zajedničkome mjerilu toplinske podstanice i angažiranoj snazi.
- Kad najmanje 51 posto potrošača toplinske energije izmjerene na toj podstanici ugradi razdjelnike, onda će dobivati račune po tome modelu iz Pravilnika o načinu raspodjele i obračunu troškova za isporučenu toplinsku energiju, a drugi koji ne ugrade, i dalje će plaćati po kvadratu stana ili poslovnog prostora - pojasnio je Parać, demantirajući ujedno navode iz Udruge o zapošljavanju dodatnih osam djelatnica koje bi “očitavale po stanovima”.
Tarifni sustav, dodao je Parać, određuje Vlada koja je, pretpostavlja, procijenila da splitske toplane imaju veće fiksne troškove grijanja po potrošaču nego drugi gradovi u zemlji.
- “Hvidra” kao poduzeće ne želi ni utjecati na način kako i s kim će potrošači dogovoriti ugradnju razdjelnika. Mi se tome ne protivimo, a i nama je u interesu da obračun bude što transparentniji. Napominjem da razdjelnici prema Pravilniku moraju zadovoljavati propisane tehničke norme - dodao je Parać, ne mogavši potvrditi za sada da će takav obračun dovesti i do manjeg računa grijanja.
Jakša Galić, tehnički direktor “Hvidre”, uvjeren je da će razdjelnici dovesti do racionalnijeg ponašanja potrošača.
- Bilo bi dobro da građani ugrade i automatski termostatski ventil kako bi ostvarili bolju kontrolu potrošnje energije - naglasio je Galić.

Parać smatra da je spornih četiri milijuna kuna, koliko je Udruga izračunala da su korisnici grijanja u 2005. i iduće dvije godine, zajedno s kamatama, preplatili, “Hvidra” ispravno obračunala. Negirao je i da njegova tvrtka ne odgovara korisnicima na upućene dopise.
- Cijelo vrijeme izaziva se nekakav sukob između nas, kao da smo mi suprotstavljene strane. Tako se i u vezi s ugradnjom razdjelnika želi stvoriti dojam da je “Hvidra” protiv njih ili da želi nametati ugradnju svojih razdjelnika po nekoj višoj cijeni, a to ne stoji - govori Parać.
U “Hvidri” za sada nemaju informaciju da je netko ugradio razdjelnik, odnosno uređaj za razdiobu toplinske energije, pa će se potrošnja i dalje obračunavati po kvadratu stana, ali sad prema izmjerenoj potrošnji na zajedničkome mjerilu toplinske podstanice i angažiranoj snazi.
- Kad najmanje 51 posto potrošača toplinske energije izmjerene na toj podstanici ugradi razdjelnike, onda će dobivati račune po tome modelu iz Pravilnika o načinu raspodjele i obračunu troškova za isporučenu toplinsku energiju, a drugi koji ne ugrade, i dalje će plaćati po kvadratu stana ili poslovnog prostora - pojasnio je Parać, demantirajući ujedno navode iz Udruge o zapošljavanju dodatnih osam djelatnica koje bi “očitavale po stanovima”.
Tarifni sustav, dodao je Parać, određuje Vlada koja je, pretpostavlja, procijenila da splitske toplane imaju veće fiksne troškove grijanja po potrošaču nego drugi gradovi u zemlji.
- “Hvidra” kao poduzeće ne želi ni utjecati na način kako i s kim će potrošači dogovoriti ugradnju razdjelnika. Mi se tome ne protivimo, a i nama je u interesu da obračun bude što transparentniji. Napominjem da razdjelnici prema Pravilniku moraju zadovoljavati propisane tehničke norme - dodao je Parać, ne mogavši potvrditi za sada da će takav obračun dovesti i do manjeg računa grijanja.
Jakša Galić, tehnički direktor “Hvidre”, uvjeren je da će razdjelnici dovesti do racionalnijeg ponašanja potrošača.
- Bilo bi dobro da građani ugrade i automatski termostatski ventil kako bi ostvarili bolju kontrolu potrošnje energije - naglasio je Galić.
