Godišnja koncesijska naknada iznosit će sedam posto od ukupnog prihoda od koncesijske djelatnosti, a plaćat će se akontacijski, i to mjesečno u iznosu od 90 tisuća kuna.

Nakon što se potpiše ugovor s “Tržnicama Hippos”, ta je tvrtka dužna u roku od 15 dana od potpisa uručiti Gradu Splitu bankarsku garanciju na iznos od 300 tisuća kuna koji se godišnje potvrđuje, a sve to zbog “dobrog izvršenja ugovora” koji se počinje primjenjivati od 1. siječnja 2011.

Koncesija se odnosi na Glavnu tržnicu na području starog Pazara, Hrvojeve, Srebrnih vrata, pothodnika, te na tržnice Sućidar, Table-Skalice, Brda, Mažuranićevo šetalište, Mertojak, Staro Hajdukovo igralište, Barakovićeva, Bol, Split 3 i gradsku ribarnicu Obrov.

Godišnja koncesijska naknada iznosit će sedam posto od ukupnog prihoda od koncesijske djelatnosti, a plaćat će se akontacijski, i to mjesečno u iznosu od 90 tisuća kuna.

Nakon što se potpiše ugovor s “Tržnicama Hippos”, ta je tvrtka dužna u roku od 15 dana od potpisa uručiti Gradu Splitu bankarsku garanciju na iznos od 300 tisuća kuna koji se godišnje potvrđuje, a sve to zbog “dobrog izvršenja ugovora” koji se počinje primjenjivati od 1. siječnja 2011.

Koncesija se odnosi na Glavnu tržnicu na području starog Pazara, Hrvojeve, Srebrnih vrata, pothodnika, te na tržnice Sućidar, Table-Skalice, Brda, Mažuranićevo šetalište, Mertojak, Staro Hajdukovo igralište, Barakovićeva, Bol, Split 3 i gradsku ribarnicu Obrov.

‘Hipposu’ tržnice na upravu još 10 godina

Tvrtka “Tržnice Hippos” ponovo je dobila koncesiju gradske uprave za upravljanje tržnicama na malo na području Splita na rok od deset godina, nakon što je proveden javni natječaj, na koji je pristigla samo jedna ponuda, i to od spomenute tvrtke.
