Grad Split danas je podnio projektnu prijavu za obnovu brownfield lokacije bivše vojarne "Sv. Križ" na Dračevcu čijom se rekonstrukcijom, dogradnjom i nadogradnjom kreće u realizaciju prve faze izgradnje budućeg Tehnološkog parka u Splitu. Ukupan iznos projekta je 79.107.328,88 kuna dok će se bespovratna sredstva Europske unije osigurati u iznosu od 44.274.234,69 kuna, odnosno 56 posto ukupnih sredstava projekta.

Prva faza izgradnje centralne zgrade Tehnološkog parka, odnosno projekt pod nazivom "Razvoj zone Dračevac - Tehnološki park Split - Dračevac" obuhvaća provedbu aktivnosti vezanih uz rekonstrukciju objekta bivše vojarne Sv. Križ do faze roh-bau u svrhu stvaranja infrastrukturnih preduvjeta za uspostavu tehnološkog parka za razvoj i unaprjeđenje poslovanja start-up te mikro, malih i srednjih poduzeća na području Urbane aglomeracije Split, usmjerenih prvenstveno na visoke tehnologije i inovacije (IKT industriju).

Poziv za izravnu dodjelu EU sredstava objavilo je Ministarstvo regionalnoga razvoja i fondova Europske unije u okviru ITU mehanizma, u sklopu Operativnog programa "Konkurentnost i kohezija 2014.-2020.", čemu je prethodio kontinuiran rad od 2018. godine na samoj pripremi Poziva u koordinaciji sa spomenutim Ministarstvom te rješavanje imovinsko-pravnih i drugih preduvjeta za prijavu projekta.

Intenzivne pripreme

Sama prijava ovog projektnog prijedloga označava završetak dugih i intenzivnih priprema u realizaciji koje su obuhvaćale rješavanje imovinsko-pravnih odnosa, izmjenu DPU-a Dračevac, izradu projektno-tehničke dokumentacije, ishođenje pravomoćne lokacijske dozvole te izradu Studije izvedivosti koja je sastavni dio projektne prijave.

U procesu koordinacije i pripreme projektne prijave sudjelovali su Služba za međunarodne i EU projekte Grada Splita, Služba za izgradnju i upravljanje razvojnim projektima, Služba za gospodarenje gradskom imovinom te Razvojna agencija Split – RaST, koja je ujedno izradila projektnu prijavu.

Važno je napomenuti kako će se u narednim mjesecima, ovisno o datumu objave Poziva od strane Ministarstva regionalnog razvoja i fondova EU, za sufinanciranje EU sredstvima prijaviti i druga faza realizacije projekta Tehnološkog parka Split - Dračevac, a koja će obuhvaćati daljnje aktivnosti potrebne u svrhu finalizacije izgradnje i unutarnjeg opremanja centralnog objekta TPS.

Iznos bespovratnih sredstava u drugoj fazi projekta iznosi 60,8 milijuna kuna, što zajedno s prvom fazom čini ukupan iznos bespovratnih sredstava od 105.074.234,69 kuna koje je moguće dobiti za realizaciju cjelokupnog projekta.

Bivša vojarna Sv. Križ na Dračevcu izgrađena je krajem osamdesetih godina dvadesetog stoljeća i jedno je od najvećih brownfield područja u gradu Splitu i okolici.

Radi se o infrastrukturno dobro povezanom području, uključujući prometnu, komunalnu, energetsku i termoenergetsku infrastrukturu, a obnova derutne glavne zgrade nekadašnje vojarne predstavlja učinkovitu i održivu praksu urbanog razvoja i planiranja kojom se kvaliteta urbanog okruženja unaprjeđuje u korist lokalnog stanovništva i razvoja gospodarstva.

Grad Split danas je podnio projektnu prijavu za obnovu brownfield lokacije bivše vojarne "Sv. Križ" na Dračevcu čijom se rekonstrukcijom, dogradnjom i nadogradnjom kreće u realizaciju prve faze izgradnje budućeg Tehnološkog parka u Splitu. Ukupan iznos projekta je 79.107.328,88 kuna dok će se bespovratna sredstva Europske unije osigurati u iznosu od 44.274.234,69 kuna, odnosno 56 posto ukupnih sredstava projekta.

Prva faza izgradnje centralne zgrade Tehnološkog parka, odnosno projekt pod nazivom "Razvoj zone Dračevac - Tehnološki park Split - Dračevac" obuhvaća provedbu aktivnosti vezanih uz rekonstrukciju objekta bivše vojarne Sv. Križ do faze roh-bau u svrhu stvaranja infrastrukturnih preduvjeta za uspostavu tehnološkog parka za razvoj i unaprjeđenje poslovanja start-up te mikro, malih i srednjih poduzeća na području Urbane aglomeracije Split, usmjerenih prvenstveno na visoke tehnologije i inovacije (IKT industriju).

Poziv za izravnu dodjelu EU sredstava objavilo je Ministarstvo regionalnoga razvoja i fondova Europske unije u okviru ITU mehanizma, u sklopu Operativnog programa "Konkurentnost i kohezija 2014.-2020.", čemu je prethodio kontinuiran rad od 2018. godine na samoj pripremi Poziva u koordinaciji sa spomenutim Ministarstvom te rješavanje imovinsko-pravnih i drugih preduvjeta za prijavu projekta.

Intenzivne pripreme

Sama prijava ovog projektnog prijedloga označava završetak dugih i intenzivnih priprema u realizaciji koje su obuhvaćale rješavanje imovinsko-pravnih odnosa, izmjenu DPU-a Dračevac, izradu projektno-tehničke dokumentacije, ishođenje pravomoćne lokacijske dozvole te izradu Studije izvedivosti koja je sastavni dio projektne prijave.

U procesu koordinacije i pripreme projektne prijave sudjelovali su Služba za međunarodne i EU projekte Grada Splita, Služba za izgradnju i upravljanje razvojnim projektima, Služba za gospodarenje gradskom imovinom te Razvojna agencija Split – RaST, koja je ujedno izradila projektnu prijavu.

Važno je napomenuti kako će se u narednim mjesecima, ovisno o datumu objave Poziva od strane Ministarstva regionalnog razvoja i fondova EU, za sufinanciranje EU sredstvima prijaviti i druga faza realizacije projekta Tehnološkog parka Split - Dračevac, a koja će obuhvaćati daljnje aktivnosti potrebne u svrhu finalizacije izgradnje i unutarnjeg opremanja centralnog objekta TPS.

Iznos bespovratnih sredstava u drugoj fazi projekta iznosi 60,8 milijuna kuna, što zajedno s prvom fazom čini ukupan iznos bespovratnih sredstava od 105.074.234,69 kuna koje je moguće dobiti za realizaciju cjelokupnog projekta.

Bivša vojarna Sv. Križ na Dračevcu izgrađena je krajem osamdesetih godina dvadesetog stoljeća i jedno je od najvećih brownfield područja u gradu Splitu i okolici.

Radi se o infrastrukturno dobro povezanom području, uključujući prometnu, komunalnu, energetsku i termoenergetsku infrastrukturu, a obnova derutne glavne zgrade nekadašnje vojarne predstavlja učinkovitu i održivu praksu urbanog razvoja i planiranja kojom se kvaliteta urbanog okruženja unaprjeđuje u korist lokalnog stanovništva i razvoja gospodarstva.
