[fulltext] => Građevinska inspekcija Ministarstva zaštite okoliša naredila je uklanjanje nelegalnih dijelova ugostiteljskog objekta “Stella Mares” u Trsteničkoj uvali. Prema tvrdnjama inspektora, nekada popularno okupljalište Splićana više puta je bespravno dograđivano te je njegov izvorni oblik doveden gotovo do neprepoznatljivosti.
Od većih građevinskih grijeha naveli su kako je bespravno izgrađen pomoćni objekt dužine 29 metara i širine 10,4 metra, zatim podrumska prostorija od 80-ak kvadrata, dva masivna betonska stubišta, pa metalna konstrukcija od 30-ak metara i na koncu cijeli prvi kat od nekih stotinjak kvadrata s konstrukcijom i krovištem!
Rješenje o rušenj
doneseno 1. travnja
Rješenje o rušenju bespravne gradnje doneseno je, kako doznajemo, još 1. travnja, mjesec i pol dana nakon što je inspekcija izišla na teren i utvrdila postojeće stanje, no bageri su za sada poštedjeli derutno zdanje smješteno na atraktivnoj lokaciji tik uz more, a koje je, zanimljivo, jednim dijelom i u vlasništvu Grada Splita.
Inače, krajnji rok da privatni vlasnici zajedno s gradskom upravom postupe po rješenju građevinskih inspektora i poruše nelegalne dijelove objekta jest 1. srpnja ove godine. U protivnom, ističu u Ministarstvu, prvo im slijedi novčana kazna, a potom i prisilno rušenje za koje će se također ispostaviti račun...
Kakva je odgovornost Grada u čitavoj priči i što će poduzeti Banovina po pitanju bespravnog plažnog objekta, pokušali smo doznati od
Ivice Pavića, pročelnika Službe pravne zaštite, stanova i poslovnih prostora u vlasništvu Grada.
- Dobili smo nalog od gradonačelnika
Ive Baldasara da bespravne objekte uklonimo najkasnije do 15. lipnja. Očistit ćemo teren i postupiti po rješenju Građevinske inspekcije, a uklanjanje nelegalnih građevina će se napraviti o trošku Grada. Koliko će nas to na koncu koštati još uvijek ne znamo... - priznao nam je pročelnik Pavić.

Malo o vlasniku...
U rješenju Građevinske inspekcije stoji kako su vlasnici ‘Stella Maresa’ članovi obitelji Alujević i Grad Split. Ipak, ugostiteljskim objektom posljednja je upravljala tvrtka ‘Fluctus’ d.o.o., čiji je osnivač Petar Matenda, sin poznatog splitskog ugostitelja Slobodana Matende, koji se za razliku od oca ipak nije proslavio u toj branši. Naime, mlađeg Matendu javnost je upoznala prije nekoliko godina kada je iz svojeg stana u Ulici Bruna Bušića iz zračne puške upucao troje sugrađana, od toga jedno dijete.

[text] => {OCMSplitter}Građevinska inspekcija Ministarstva zaštite okoliša naredila je uklanjanje nelegalnih dijelova ugostiteljskog objekta “Stella Mares” u Trsteničkoj uvali. Prema tvrdnjama inspektora, nekada popularno okupljalište Splićana više puta je bespravno dograđivano te je njegov izvorni oblik doveden gotovo do neprepoznatljivosti.
Od većih građevinskih grijeha naveli su kako je bespravno izgrađen pomoćni objekt dužine 29 metara i širine 10,4 metra, zatim podrumska prostorija od 80-ak kvadrata, dva masivna betonska stubišta, pa metalna konstrukcija od 30-ak metara i na koncu cijeli prvi kat od nekih stotinjak kvadrata s konstrukcijom i krovištem!
Rješenje o rušenj
doneseno 1. travnja
Rješenje o rušenju bespravne gradnje doneseno je, kako doznajemo, još 1. travnja, mjesec i pol dana nakon što je inspekcija izišla na teren i utvrdila postojeće stanje, no bageri su za sada poštedjeli derutno zdanje smješteno na atraktivnoj lokaciji tik uz more, a koje je, zanimljivo, jednim dijelom i u vlasništvu Grada Splita.
Inače, krajnji rok da privatni vlasnici zajedno s gradskom upravom postupe po rješenju građevinskih inspektora i poruše nelegalne dijelove objekta jest 1. srpnja ove godine. U protivnom, ističu u Ministarstvu, prvo im slijedi novčana kazna, a potom i prisilno rušenje za koje će se također ispostaviti račun...
Kakva je odgovornost Grada u čitavoj priči i što će poduzeti Banovina po pitanju bespravnog plažnog objekta, pokušali smo doznati od
Ivice Pavića, pročelnika Službe pravne zaštite, stanova i poslovnih prostora u vlasništvu Grada.
- Dobili smo nalog od gradonačelnika
Ive Baldasara da bespravne objekte uklonimo najkasnije do 15. lipnja. Očistit ćemo teren i postupiti po rješenju Građevinske inspekcije, a uklanjanje nelegalnih građevina će se napraviti o trošku Grada. Koliko će nas to na koncu koštati još uvijek ne znamo... - priznao nam je pročelnik Pavić.

Malo o vlasniku...
U rješenju Građevinske inspekcije stoji kako su vlasnici ‘Stella Maresa’ članovi obitelji Alujević i Grad Split. Ipak, ugostiteljskim objektom posljednja je upravljala tvrtka ‘Fluctus’ d.o.o., čiji je osnivač Petar Matenda, sin poznatog splitskog ugostitelja Slobodana Matende, koji se za razliku od oca ipak nije proslavio u toj branši. Naime, mlađeg Matendu javnost je upoznala prije nekoliko godina kada je iz svojeg stana u Ulici Bruna Bušića iz zračne puške upucao troje sugrađana, od toga jedno dijete.
