Kotarski izbori pretvorili su se u rovovske bitke u nekim dijelovima grada. Još pred koji mjesec stranke su pozivale građane na izbore s parolama kako će svojim glasovima odlučivati o sudbinama svojih ulica, igrališta i pjaceta...

No, izgleda da volja birača nema ništa s formiranjem vlasti po nekim kotarevima. Kad je nedavno na Žnjanu sklopljena kombinacija između Centra i kotarskog vijećnika kojeg je kandidirala Nacionalno-suverenistička koalicija, Marijana Puljak je napisala da to nije politička trgovina nego su se “ljudi sami odlučili i podržali svoje susjede”.

I već smo mogli zamisliti sliku u kojoj se nakon izbora kotarski vijećnici kao ljudi nađu na gradelavanju ili u kvartovskom kafiću, pogledaju se u oči, stisnu ruke i kažu: “Kvragu i politika, ajmo učinit nešto za naš kvart”. Pa spreme u donju ladicu škafetina stranačke iskaznice, zavrnu rukave i složno kao nekad na radnim akcijama iz 1947. krenu graditi bolju budućnost svojeg kotara, sade drveće, asfaltiraju ceste, a neki od stanara dobrovoljno se odriču svoje zemlje samo da bi se izgradile garaže...

E, ali, onda nešto pokvari ovu idilu i kao da rastrga platno ove socrealističke slike. Čitamo vijesti o kotarskim sukobima. I to na ljevici. U kotaru Mertojak se bune stranke jer vijećnik Centra nije došao na dvije sjednice. A onda kad dođe, jer bi u suprotnom prijetili novi izbori u kvartu, on podrži SDP-ova kandidata za predsjednika.

Ali, njega tada ne podržava Pametno. Upućeni novinari su prije toga pisali da Centar, čiji je glas presudan, na Mertojaku neće podržati nikog jer su njima Možemo i Pametno za Dalmaciju smjestili u kotaru Lučac. Nakon što se Centar konačno izjasnio, Pametno opali po njima s listom optužbi dugačkom kao jelovnik u malo boljem restoranu.

Lakše s desnicom

Da stvar bude bizarnija, izgleda da je Puljkovima lakše koalirati s desnicom. Marijana Puljak je postala predsjednica kotara Žnjan 2010. tako što je imala podršku vjiećnika HSP AS i SDP-a. Nakon idućih kotarskih izbora 2014. sklopili su deal s HDZ-om da će dijeliti mandate fifty-fifty. Ali računica se izjalovila.

Kandidat HDZ-a Nino Vela je odradio dvije godine kao predsjednik kotara Žnjan, dogovoreni kandidat je u međuvremenu napustio Puljkovu, a ona je građansku inicijativu pretvorila u stranku. HDZ je to iskoristio da bojkotira dogovor. Pa je na koncu SDP dao ruke tako da je tim Marijane Puljak po drugi put imao predsjednika kotara na Žnjanu.

Dakle, da nakon svega Centar nije opet koalirao s desnicom kako bi zadržali vlast na Žnjanu, to bi bilo veće iznenađenje nego to što su našli kandidata s “radikalne desnice” kojeg su se, doduše, zbog takvog postupka odrekle stranke koje su ga stavile na listu.

I sad, kakvi su to dobrosusjedski odnosi u kvartu? Ispada da stranke nadgledaju kotarske vijećnike kao kvočka svoje piliće. Bez stranačke stege čak nema odluke hoće li u nekom kotaru stranka podržati nezavisne kandidate.

U svakom slučaju, kotarski izbori su pokazali da postoje sukobi, osvete i nepovjerenje na ljevici, a dojučerašnji partneri u Gradskom vijeću apotekarskom vagom odmjeravaju odnose snaga u kotarevima.

Sve ovo možda ne bi bilo toliko zanimljivo da za iduće nacionalne izbore oporbi nije potreban netko tko bi bio lider, netko tko bi vodio stranke u preokret hrvatske političke scene. A neki analitičari razmišljaju može li to biti Ivica Puljak. Dotle se on na najnižoj ljestvici, što su kotarski izbori, čini se zbog kaprica, ne može dogovoriti s nekima od stranaka s kojima bi sutra trebao krojiti vlast u Saboru.

Sukobi i osvete

Štoviše, nije se s njima mogao dogovoriti niti u Gradskom vijeću. Programska koalicija je propala jer je Puljak radije išao na nove izbore, upravo računajući da će lijeve partnere izbaciti iz gradskog parlamenta (HDZ i Kerum kao opozicija nisu bili presudni jer nisu mogli utjecati na donošenje odluka). Kako bi takvo partnerstvo izgledalo sutra ako bi sadašnje lijeve i liberalne stranke iz oporbe osvojile većinu u Saboru?

No, barem zasad, s dva posto koliko Centru daju nacionalne ankete o rejtingu stranaka, takve projekcije o važnosti za nacionalne izbore su pusti snovi Puljkovih. Dapače, ako se njihovo ponašanje u Splitu nastavi na ovakav način, ljevica bi za nacionalne izbore mogla složiti koaliciju i bez Centra, nastavi li HDZ-u opadati rejting.

Kotarski izbori pretvorili su se u rovovske bitke u nekim dijelovima grada. Još pred koji mjesec stranke su pozivale građane na izbore s parolama kako će svojim glasovima odlučivati o sudbinama svojih ulica, igrališta i pjaceta...

No, izgleda da volja birača nema ništa s formiranjem vlasti po nekim kotarevima. Kad je nedavno na Žnjanu sklopljena kombinacija između Centra i kotarskog vijećnika kojeg je kandidirala Nacionalno-suverenistička koalicija, Marijana Puljak je napisala da to nije politička trgovina nego su se “ljudi sami odlučili i podržali svoje susjede”.

I već smo mogli zamisliti sliku u kojoj se nakon izbora kotarski vijećnici kao ljudi nađu na gradelavanju ili u kvartovskom kafiću, pogledaju se u oči, stisnu ruke i kažu: “Kvragu i politika, ajmo učinit nešto za naš kvart”. Pa spreme u donju ladicu škafetina stranačke iskaznice, zavrnu rukave i složno kao nekad na radnim akcijama iz 1947. krenu graditi bolju budućnost svojeg kotara, sade drveće, asfaltiraju ceste, a neki od stanara dobrovoljno se odriču svoje zemlje samo da bi se izgradile garaže...

E, ali, onda nešto pokvari ovu idilu i kao da rastrga platno ove socrealističke slike. Čitamo vijesti o kotarskim sukobima. I to na ljevici. U kotaru Mertojak se bune stranke jer vijećnik Centra nije došao na dvije sjednice. A onda kad dođe, jer bi u suprotnom prijetili novi izbori u kvartu, on podrži SDP-ova kandidata za predsjednika.

Ali, njega tada ne podržava Pametno. Upućeni novinari su prije toga pisali da Centar, čiji je glas presudan, na Mertojaku neće podržati nikog jer su njima Možemo i Pametno za Dalmaciju smjestili u kotaru Lučac. Nakon što se Centar konačno izjasnio, Pametno opali po njima s listom optužbi dugačkom kao jelovnik u malo boljem restoranu.

Lakše s desnicom

Da stvar bude bizarnija, izgleda da je Puljkovima lakše koalirati s desnicom. Marijana Puljak je postala predsjednica kotara Žnjan 2010. tako što je imala podršku vjiećnika HSP AS i SDP-a. Nakon idućih kotarskih izbora 2014. sklopili su deal s HDZ-om da će dijeliti mandate fifty-fifty. Ali računica se izjalovila.

Kandidat HDZ-a Nino Vela je odradio dvije godine kao predsjednik kotara Žnjan, dogovoreni kandidat je u međuvremenu napustio Puljkovu, a ona je građansku inicijativu pretvorila u stranku. HDZ je to iskoristio da bojkotira dogovor. Pa je na koncu SDP dao ruke tako da je tim Marijane Puljak po drugi put imao predsjednika kotara na Žnjanu.

Dakle, da nakon svega Centar nije opet koalirao s desnicom kako bi zadržali vlast na Žnjanu, to bi bilo veće iznenađenje nego to što su našli kandidata s “radikalne desnice” kojeg su se, doduše, zbog takvog postupka odrekle stranke koje su ga stavile na listu.

I sad, kakvi su to dobrosusjedski odnosi u kvartu? Ispada da stranke nadgledaju kotarske vijećnike kao kvočka svoje piliće. Bez stranačke stege čak nema odluke hoće li u nekom kotaru stranka podržati nezavisne kandidate.

U svakom slučaju, kotarski izbori su pokazali da postoje sukobi, osvete i nepovjerenje na ljevici, a dojučerašnji partneri u Gradskom vijeću apotekarskom vagom odmjeravaju odnose snaga u kotarevima.

Sve ovo možda ne bi bilo toliko zanimljivo da za iduće nacionalne izbore oporbi nije potreban netko tko bi bio lider, netko tko bi vodio stranke u preokret hrvatske političke scene. A neki analitičari razmišljaju može li to biti Ivica Puljak. Dotle se on na najnižoj ljestvici, što su kotarski izbori, čini se zbog kaprica, ne može dogovoriti s nekima od stranaka s kojima bi sutra trebao krojiti vlast u Saboru.

Sukobi i osvete

Štoviše, nije se s njima mogao dogovoriti niti u Gradskom vijeću. Programska koalicija je propala jer je Puljak radije išao na nove izbore, upravo računajući da će lijeve partnere izbaciti iz gradskog parlamenta (HDZ i Kerum kao opozicija nisu bili presudni jer nisu mogli utjecati na donošenje odluka). Kako bi takvo partnerstvo izgledalo sutra ako bi sadašnje lijeve i liberalne stranke iz oporbe osvojile većinu u Saboru?

No, barem zasad, s dva posto koliko Centru daju nacionalne ankete o rejtingu stranaka, takve projekcije o važnosti za nacionalne izbore su pusti snovi Puljkovih. Dapače, ako se njihovo ponašanje u Splitu nastavi na ovakav način, ljevica bi za nacionalne izbore mogla složiti koaliciju i bez Centra, nastavi li HDZ-u opadati rejting.
