Čudo na splitskom Brniku: tako bi se u jednoj rečenici mogao opisati “City Center One”, novi prodajni centar koji 28. listopada otvara svoja vrata svim Splićanima. Zgrada na tri kata, na površini od preko 50 tisuća četvornih metara prodajne površine, u kojoj će biti više od 150 poslovnih prostora i u sklopu koje će biti dječja “Kid’s Jungle“ igraonica na više od 500 četvornih metara, te najmodernijih sedam kinodvorana austrijskog “Cineplexa“ upravo se dovršava i u nju su već “uselili“ unajmitelji poslovnih prostora.

Kroz novi “City Center One” reportersku ekipu “Slobodne Dalmacije“ proveli su Sven Vorih, direktor “Kaufmann i Hofmann grupe”, koja je i investitor cijelog projekta, vrijednog oko 145 milijuna eura, Vlatka Svedružić, voditeljica marketinga svih “City Center One” prodajnih centara u Hrvatskoj, Đurđica Mitrović, voditeljica marketinga splitskog centra i Paško Rajčić, poslovni supartner “Kaufmann i Hofmann grupe”.
- Ovo će biti najveći trgovački centar u Dalmaciji. U ponudi “Centra” bit će najpoznatije svjetske robne marke, od kojih se neke po prvi put pojavljuju na hrvatskom tržištu. U našem centru posao će pronaći više od 2000 osoba s područja županije, priča Sven Vorih, dok prolazimo nepreglednim trgovima i hodnicima. Izgradnja centra trenutačno je najveća privatna investicija na području Hrvatske, a tvrtka “Kaufmann i Hofmann grupa” je za ovaj projekt dobila potporu Europske banke za obnovu i razvoj, “Raiffeisenlandesbank” iz Austrije i “Bawag Banke”.

Sedam radnih dana
- Radovi na izgradnji “Centra” odvijaju se u skladu s terminima otvaranja. Pristupna cesta još nije dovršena, no imamo obećanja Grada Splita da će ta prometnica biti završena na vrijeme. Ujedno bih u izgradnji “Centra” istaknuo i odličnu suradnju s Gradom Splitom. Osim brojnih trgovačkih robnih marki, ponudu “City Centra One” obogatit će brojni kafići i restorani. Centar će raditi sedam dana u tjednu od 9 do 21 sat, a kada kinodvorane počnu s radom, kafići i restorani unutar “Centra” radit će do kraja zadnje predstave, veli Vorih.
Grad Split će mjesečno od “Centra” ubirati oko 700 tisuća kuna komunalnog doprinosa. Zgrada dužine 268 metara i širine 85, a s vanjskim garažama širine oko 150 metara djeluje impresivno. U sklopu centra bit će i 2600 parkirališnih mjesta. - Moderno uređen interijer centra upotpunjen zelenilom i maslinovim stablima te najvećem “živim zelenim zidom“ korištenim u unutarnjem uređenju prostora u Europi, nudit će ugodno okruženje.
Cijena najma poslovnog prostora kreće se od 18 do 80 eura po kvadratu, ovisno o veličini prostora i poziciji. Najmanji prostor ima 18, a najveći oko 6000 kvadrata. Moram istaknuti da smo već iznajmili više od 80 posto prostora, a za ovih 20 posto smo u finalizaciji pregovora. Ugovori su na 10 godina, kazuje Vorih.

Fešta duga četiri dana
- Samo otvaranje “Centra” četiri će dana pratiti poseban program, tijekom čega će biti održavani mnogi koncerti i druge zabavne manifestacije. Upriličit ćemo i veliku nagradnu igru u kojoj će posjetitelji moći osvojiti 100 tisuća kuna za kupovinu u “City Centru One”, kazuje Vlatka Svedružić.

•• U centru će biti “more“ poznatih svjetskih marki. Samo ćemo izdvojiti neke. Bit će tu veliki hipermarket “Interspar“, modni lanac “C&A”, dućani “Esprita”, “Manga”, “Benettona”, “Okaida”, “Swarovskog”, “Tom Tailora”, “Šuština”, “Tisak medije”...

Garaže ispod i oko centra
•• Ispod tri kata prodajnog prostora nalazi se na jednoj etaži velika garaža. Posebno nestvarno djeluju vanjske garaže na nekoliko katova, koje bi svakako mogle biti i rješenje gradskim ocima za nedostatak garažnog prostora u Splitu.

Čudo na splitskom Brniku: tako bi se u jednoj rečenici mogao opisati “City Center One”, novi prodajni centar koji 28. listopada otvara svoja vrata svim Splićanima. Zgrada na tri kata, na površini od preko 50 tisuća četvornih metara prodajne površine, u kojoj će biti više od 150 poslovnih prostora i u sklopu koje će biti dječja “Kid’s Jungle“ igraonica na više od 500 četvornih metara, te najmodernijih sedam kinodvorana austrijskog “Cineplexa“ upravo se dovršava i u nju su već “uselili“ unajmitelji poslovnih prostora.

Kroz novi “City Center One” reportersku ekipu “Slobodne Dalmacije“ proveli su Sven Vorih, direktor “Kaufmann i Hofmann grupe”, koja je i investitor cijelog projekta, vrijednog oko 145 milijuna eura, Vlatka Svedružić, voditeljica marketinga svih “City Center One” prodajnih centara u Hrvatskoj, Đurđica Mitrović, voditeljica marketinga splitskog centra i Paško Rajčić, poslovni supartner “Kaufmann i Hofmann grupe”.
- Ovo će biti najveći trgovački centar u Dalmaciji. U ponudi “Centra” bit će najpoznatije svjetske robne marke, od kojih se neke po prvi put pojavljuju na hrvatskom tržištu. U našem centru posao će pronaći više od 2000 osoba s područja županije, priča Sven Vorih, dok prolazimo nepreglednim trgovima i hodnicima. Izgradnja centra trenutačno je najveća privatna investicija na području Hrvatske, a tvrtka “Kaufmann i Hofmann grupa” je za ovaj projekt dobila potporu Europske banke za obnovu i razvoj, “Raiffeisenlandesbank” iz Austrije i “Bawag Banke”.

Sedam radnih dana
- Radovi na izgradnji “Centra” odvijaju se u skladu s terminima otvaranja. Pristupna cesta još nije dovršena, no imamo obećanja Grada Splita da će ta prometnica biti završena na vrijeme. Ujedno bih u izgradnji “Centra” istaknuo i odličnu suradnju s Gradom Splitom. Osim brojnih trgovačkih robnih marki, ponudu “City Centra One” obogatit će brojni kafići i restorani. Centar će raditi sedam dana u tjednu od 9 do 21 sat, a kada kinodvorane počnu s radom, kafići i restorani unutar “Centra” radit će do kraja zadnje predstave, veli Vorih.
Grad Split će mjesečno od “Centra” ubirati oko 700 tisuća kuna komunalnog doprinosa. Zgrada dužine 268 metara i širine 85, a s vanjskim garažama širine oko 150 metara djeluje impresivno. U sklopu centra bit će i 2600 parkirališnih mjesta. - Moderno uređen interijer centra upotpunjen zelenilom i maslinovim stablima te najvećem “živim zelenim zidom“ korištenim u unutarnjem uređenju prostora u Europi, nudit će ugodno okruženje.
Cijena najma poslovnog prostora kreće se od 18 do 80 eura po kvadratu, ovisno o veličini prostora i poziciji. Najmanji prostor ima 18, a najveći oko 6000 kvadrata. Moram istaknuti da smo već iznajmili više od 80 posto prostora, a za ovih 20 posto smo u finalizaciji pregovora. Ugovori su na 10 godina, kazuje Vorih.

Fešta duga četiri dana
- Samo otvaranje “Centra” četiri će dana pratiti poseban program, tijekom čega će biti održavani mnogi koncerti i druge zabavne manifestacije. Upriličit ćemo i veliku nagradnu igru u kojoj će posjetitelji moći osvojiti 100 tisuća kuna za kupovinu u “City Centru One”, kazuje Vlatka Svedružić.

•• U centru će biti “more“ poznatih svjetskih marki. Samo ćemo izdvojiti neke. Bit će tu veliki hipermarket “Interspar“, modni lanac “C&A”, dućani “Esprita”, “Manga”, “Benettona”, “Okaida”, “Swarovskog”, “Tom Tailora”, “Šuština”, “Tisak medije”...

Garaže ispod i oko centra
•• Ispod tri kata prodajnog prostora nalazi se na jednoj etaži velika garaža. Posebno nestvarno djeluju vanjske garaže na nekoliko katova, koje bi svakako mogle biti i rješenje gradskim ocima za nedostatak garažnog prostora u Splitu.
