Toni Piplica, predsjednik GK Mejaši osvrnuo se na naš tekst o arhitektici koja je mimo zakona projektirala zgrade, među kojima je i zgrada na predjelu Dragovode.
- Sjećate se kada sam spominjao divljanje građevinskih lobija u Gradskom kotaru Mejaši? Susjedi s Dragovoda s kojima sam se od prvog dana usprotivio predmetnoj izgradnji, ovih dana su dobili prvu rundu u borbi za spas njihove ulice. 34 stana, 4 poslovna prostora, 29 garažnih mjesta i 10 parking mjesta na otvorenom koji su se trebali izgraditi u Ulici Blažene Marije Petković nisu u skladu s Urbanističkim planom uređenja Mejaša i Dragovoda.

Naime, sukladno UPU-u širina prilaza takvom objektu treba biti šest metara, a u predmetnoj ulici postoji kozji put od tri metra. Pristupni put nije osiguran, u geodetskom projektu nije prikazana jedna postojeća građevina radi čega je proizvoljno određen građevni pravac. U slijepoj uličici od 100 metara nema okretišta za vatrogasno vozilo, a da bi se prikazalo kako je to moguće dio kuće i garažu jednog od susjeda uklonilo se iz projekta.

Prošlo ljeto sam sa stanovnicima ovog dijela kotara prošao cijelu Banovinu, od prvog do zadnjeg kata. Redovno sam odlazio na Odjel građevinske inspekcije Split koji je već tada pokazao koliko je inertan, traljav i koliko ne služi običnom čovjeku. Kasnije sam to gradivo još jednom ponovio u slučaju stanara zgrade na raskrižju Vukovarske i Lovrinačke ulice koji više od deset godina nisu imali pristupni put.

Pitate se kako je onda moguće da se tu išta gradi? Valjda će USKOK dati odgovor budući da im je odvjetnica podnijela prijavu. U međuvremenu pozivam Ministarstvo prostornoga uređenja, graditeljstva i državne imovine, Odjel građevinske inspekcije Split i Upravni odjel za urbanizam i izgradnju da opravdaju svoju svrhu postojanja i počnu služiti onima koji im isplaćuju plaće.

Sličan primjer ovom iz članka zadnjih mjeseci se događa u Težačkom putu i na Stocima (iza crkve). Na tragične ceste dovodi se teška mehanizacija, uplašeni stanovnici zovu mene, a ja kao volonter ne dobivam potrebnu pomoć od nadležnih tijela. Stanovnicima tih dijelova kotara također sam savjetovao da potraže pravnu pomoć kao i susjedi iz Ulice Blažene Marije Petković. Nažalost nemaju izbora budući da im državni aparati kao i aparati lokalne samouprave neće pomoći.
Kao što sam ponovio prošle godine kod problema na Dragovodama, svi podržavamo urbanizaciju. Ali kontroliranu, ne stihijsku. Stihijska urbanizacija na Mejašima donosi nam samo privremena rješenja koja postanu trajna. Paradigma se mora mijenjati. Izgradimo ceste pa onda planirajmo grandiozne stambene objekte - navodi Piplica.

Toni Piplica, predsjednik GK Mejaši osvrnuo se na naš tekst o arhitektici koja je mimo zakona projektirala zgrade, među kojima je i zgrada na predjelu Dragovode.
- Sjećate se kada sam spominjao divljanje građevinskih lobija u Gradskom kotaru Mejaši? Susjedi s Dragovoda s kojima sam se od prvog dana usprotivio predmetnoj izgradnji, ovih dana su dobili prvu rundu u borbi za spas njihove ulice. 34 stana, 4 poslovna prostora, 29 garažnih mjesta i 10 parking mjesta na otvorenom koji su se trebali izgraditi u Ulici Blažene Marije Petković nisu u skladu s Urbanističkim planom uređenja Mejaša i Dragovoda.

Naime, sukladno UPU-u širina prilaza takvom objektu treba biti šest metara, a u predmetnoj ulici postoji kozji put od tri metra. Pristupni put nije osiguran, u geodetskom projektu nije prikazana jedna postojeća građevina radi čega je proizvoljno određen građevni pravac. U slijepoj uličici od 100 metara nema okretišta za vatrogasno vozilo, a da bi se prikazalo kako je to moguće dio kuće i garažu jednog od susjeda uklonilo se iz projekta.

Prošlo ljeto sam sa stanovnicima ovog dijela kotara prošao cijelu Banovinu, od prvog do zadnjeg kata. Redovno sam odlazio na Odjel građevinske inspekcije Split koji je već tada pokazao koliko je inertan, traljav i koliko ne služi običnom čovjeku. Kasnije sam to gradivo još jednom ponovio u slučaju stanara zgrade na raskrižju Vukovarske i Lovrinačke ulice koji više od deset godina nisu imali pristupni put.

Pitate se kako je onda moguće da se tu išta gradi? Valjda će USKOK dati odgovor budući da im je odvjetnica podnijela prijavu. U međuvremenu pozivam Ministarstvo prostornoga uređenja, graditeljstva i državne imovine, Odjel građevinske inspekcije Split i Upravni odjel za urbanizam i izgradnju da opravdaju svoju svrhu postojanja i počnu služiti onima koji im isplaćuju plaće.

Sličan primjer ovom iz članka zadnjih mjeseci se događa u Težačkom putu i na Stocima (iza crkve). Na tragične ceste dovodi se teška mehanizacija, uplašeni stanovnici zovu mene, a ja kao volonter ne dobivam potrebnu pomoć od nadležnih tijela. Stanovnicima tih dijelova kotara također sam savjetovao da potraže pravnu pomoć kao i susjedi iz Ulice Blažene Marije Petković. Nažalost nemaju izbora budući da im državni aparati kao i aparati lokalne samouprave neće pomoći.
Kao što sam ponovio prošle godine kod problema na Dragovodama, svi podržavamo urbanizaciju. Ali kontroliranu, ne stihijsku. Stihijska urbanizacija na Mejašima donosi nam samo privremena rješenja koja postanu trajna. Paradigma se mora mijenjati. Izgradimo ceste pa onda planirajmo grandiozne stambene objekte - navodi Piplica.
