Udruga “Dalmatinski potrošač” reagirala je dopisom na cirkularno pismo gradskog poduzeća “Čistoća” pod nazivom “Tumačenje primjene cijene odvoza komunalnog otpada za stanovništvo” kojim se, navodno, obmanjuju potrošači, odnosno korisnici usluga tog poduzeća s područja Splita, Solina, Kaštela, Podstrane, Klisa i Dugopolja.

− Imamo informaciju da svi oni koji dođu u “Čistoću” kako bi se požalili na račun ili ga pokušali osporiti dobiju na uvid to “Tumačenje”, potpuno protivno Zakonu o otpadu, u kojem se građanima “objašnjava” način obračuna usluga odvoza smeća. U njemu, među ostalim, stoji:

“Osnovni element utvrđivanja volumena otpada kao kriterija količine otpada predstavlja izmjerena količina komunalnog otpada na odlagalištu Karepovac, broj stanovnika obuhvaćenih odvozom komunalnog otpada i površine obuhvaćene uslugom.”

Oni, dakle, priznaju da i dalje obračunavaju odvoz smeća prema površini prostora, što je kriterij suprotan odredbi članka 17. Zakona o otpadu − rekao nam je Ante Tičić, savjetnik za komunalno gospodarstvo i stanovanje u udruzi “Dalmatinski potrošač”.

− U “Čistoći” su patentirali teorem da je površina stana ili kuće isto što i volumen, i to izražen u litrama. Površina je, dakle, matematičkom gimnastikom pretvorena u volumen, što je čista prijevara. Ne samo da se time krši zakon, nego se građane na taj način nimalo ne stimulira na selektiranje otpada − stoji u dopisu koji je “Dalmatinski potrošač” uputio i nadležnim inspekcijaman u resornom Ministarstvu.

Udruga “Dalmatinski potrošač” reagirala je dopisom na cirkularno pismo gradskog poduzeća “Čistoća” pod nazivom “Tumačenje primjene cijene odvoza komunalnog otpada za stanovništvo” kojim se, navodno, obmanjuju potrošači, odnosno korisnici usluga tog poduzeća s područja Splita, Solina, Kaštela, Podstrane, Klisa i Dugopolja.

− Imamo informaciju da svi oni koji dođu u “Čistoću” kako bi se požalili na račun ili ga pokušali osporiti dobiju na uvid to “Tumačenje”, potpuno protivno Zakonu o otpadu, u kojem se građanima “objašnjava” način obračuna usluga odvoza smeća. U njemu, među ostalim, stoji:

“Osnovni element utvrđivanja volumena otpada kao kriterija količine otpada predstavlja izmjerena količina komunalnog otpada na odlagalištu Karepovac, broj stanovnika obuhvaćenih odvozom komunalnog otpada i površine obuhvaćene uslugom.”

Oni, dakle, priznaju da i dalje obračunavaju odvoz smeća prema površini prostora, što je kriterij suprotan odredbi članka 17. Zakona o otpadu − rekao nam je Ante Tičić, savjetnik za komunalno gospodarstvo i stanovanje u udruzi “Dalmatinski potrošač”.

− U “Čistoći” su patentirali teorem da je površina stana ili kuće isto što i volumen, i to izražen u litrama. Površina je, dakle, matematičkom gimnastikom pretvorena u volumen, što je čista prijevara. Ne samo da se time krši zakon, nego se građane na taj način nimalo ne stimulira na selektiranje otpada − stoji u dopisu koji je “Dalmatinski potrošač” uputio i nadležnim inspekcijaman u resornom Ministarstvu.
