Rižot od gljiva savršeno je jelo, bez pretjerivanja. Onima koji ne mogu zamisliti obrok bez mesa može poslužiti kao alternativa koja ne ostavlja osjećaj zakinutosti, vegetarijancima nudi obilje proteina biljnog porijekla, a gurmanima može pružiti itekakav užitak. Pritom, moguće ga je od svježih sastojaka napraviti tijekom cijele godine, kao što ga je moguće napraviti tako da odgovara onima koji žele laganiji obrok i onima koji bi radije pojeli nešto zasitno i hranjivo.

Rižot od gljiva

Sastojci:

Gljive: 500 g šampinjona
250 g smeđih šampinjona
3 žlice maslaca
2 žlice maslinovog ulja
2 češnja češnjaka
po 1/2 žličice soli i papra

Riža:

250 g riže
1 žlica maslaca
1 češanj češnjaka
2 šalotke (ili 1/2 glavice luka)
60 ml suhog bijelog vina
1,2 l vode ili temeljca

Dodatno: 

70 g parmezana
2 žlice maslaca
sjeckani peršin

Priprema:

Otopite maslac pa mu dodajte polovicu gljiva koje ste narezali na listiće te ih pirjajte dok ne porumene. Dodajte 1/2 češnjaka, 1/4 žličice soli i papra, zatim nastavite kuhati dok ne porumeni. Izvadite ih u zdjelu pa ponovite s ostatkom.

U istoj posudi rastopite maslac pa dodajte usitnjeni češnjak i luk te pirjajte kratko, dok luk ne postane proziran. Dodajte vino i pustite da se lagano krčka 2 minute, a zatim dodajte rižu i miješajte 1 minutu dok ne postane poluprozirna. Dodajte dio temeljca ili vodu, promiješajte i pustite da se upije, pa ponavljajte dok ne potrošite tekućinu, a riža se ne skuha.

Dodajte maslac i parmezan pa dobro promiješajte, zatim dodajte gljive, kušajte treba li još malo soli i papra pa podijelite na tanjure i pospite parmezanom i peršinom.

Riža:

2 šalotke (ili 1/2 glavice luka)
60 ml suhog bijelog vina
1,2 l vode ili temeljca

70 g parmezana

Otopite maslac pa mu dodajte polovicu gljiva koje ste narezali na listiće te ih pirjajte dok ne porumene. Dodajte 1/2 češnjaka, 1/4 žličice soli i papra, zatim nastavite kuhati dok ne porumeni. Izvadite ih u zdjelu pa ponovite s ostatkom.

U istoj posudi rastopite maslac pa dodajte usitnjeni češnjak i luk te pirjajte kratko, dok luk ne postane proziran. Dodajte vino i pustite da se lagano krčka 2 minute, a zatim dodajte rižu i miješajte 1 minutu dok ne postane poluprozirna. Dodajte dio temeljca ili vodu, promiješajte i pustite da se upije, pa ponavljajte dok ne potrošite tekućinu, a riža se ne skuha.

Dodajte maslac i parmezan pa dobro promiješajte, zatim dodajte gljive, kušajte treba li još malo soli i papra pa podijelite na tanjure i pospite parmezanom i peršinom.

Rižot od gljiva savršeno je jelo, bez pretjerivanja. Onima koji ne mogu zamisliti obrok bez mesa može poslužiti kao alternativa koja ne ostavlja osjećaj zakinutosti, vegetarijancima nudi obilje proteina biljnog porijekla, a gurmanima može pružiti itekakav užitak. Pritom, moguće ga je od svježih sastojaka napraviti tijekom cijele godine, kao što ga je moguće napraviti tako da odgovara onima koji žele laganiji obrok i onima koji bi radije pojeli nešto zasitno i hranjivo.

Rižot od gljiva

Sastojci:

Gljive: 500 g šampinjona
250 g smeđih šampinjona
3 žlice maslaca
2 žlice maslinovog ulja
2 češnja češnjaka
po 1/2 žličice soli i papra

Riža:

250 g riže
1 žlica maslaca
1 češanj češnjaka
2 šalotke (ili 1/2 glavice luka)
60 ml suhog bijelog vina
1,2 l vode ili temeljca

Dodatno: 

70 g parmezana
2 žlice maslaca
sjeckani peršin

Priprema:
