Mesne okruglice vole baš svi, samo ih svatko voli na svoj način: nekima su najdraže u gustom umaku na bazi vrhnja, drugima u šalši od poma, neki ih guštaju ubaciti u lepinju, mnogi ih preferiraju s manistrom, a neki, pak, s pireom ili pomfritom. Nama su novo otkriće okruglice u gnijezdu, pri čemu se gnijezdo može napraviti na dva načina. Jedan podrazumijeva gnijezdo od tjestenine, a u drugom slučaju se kao gnijezdo koristi hrpica pire krumpira. U svakom slučaju izgleda odlično, a što se tiče okusa, najbolje će biti da se sami uvjerite kakav je. Evo vam recept.
Okruglice u gnijezdu
Sastojci:
300 g mljevenog mesa
50 g jučerašnjeg kruha
100 ml mlijeka
100 ml pasirane rajčice
100 ml vode
3 režnja češnjaka
1/2 glavice luka
1 jaje
1 žlica nasjeckanog peršina
1 žličica gustina
1 žličica dimljene paprike
malo sira po želji
3 krumpira ili tjestenine po potrebi
sol, papar
Priprema:
Sirno nasjeckajte luk i češnjak, dodajte im peršin, meso, jaje, kruh namočen u mlijeku i ocijeđen, dimljenu papriku, sol i papar pa oblikujte okruglice i kratko ih zapržite na tavi, samo da uhvate boju sa svih strana.
Stavite tri krumnpira da se kuhaju kao za pire ili pristavite vodu za tjesteninu, najbolje špagete ili drugu sličnu tanku vrstu.
Lim za pečenje premažite uljem i zagrijte pećnicu na 200 stupnjeva.
Ako ste kuhali krumpire, napravite od njih pire, a ako ste se odlučili za tjesteninu, procijedite je i po želji pomiješajte s malo naribanog sira. Pd pirea ili tjestenine oblikujte gnijezda na limu za pečenje pa u svako gnijezdo stavite okruglicu te sve zapecite 20-ak minuta.
Izvadite iz pećnice, prelijte umakom od pasirane rajčice pomiješane s vodom i gustinom te malo soli, po želji dodajte malo naribanog sira i pecite još 10-ak minuta.

Mesne okruglice vole baš svi, samo ih svatko voli na svoj način: nekima su najdraže u gustom umaku na bazi vrhnja, drugima u šalši od poma, neki ih guštaju ubaciti u lepinju, mnogi ih preferiraju s manistrom, a neki, pak, s pireom ili pomfritom. Nama su novo otkriće okruglice u gnijezdu, pri čemu se gnijezdo može napraviti na dva načina. Jedan podrazumijeva gnijezdo od tjestenine, a u drugom slučaju se kao gnijezdo koristi hrpica pire krumpira. U svakom slučaju izgleda odlično, a što se tiče okusa, najbolje će biti da se sami uvjerite kakav je. Evo vam recept.
Okruglice u gnijezdu
Sastojci:
300 g mljevenog mesa
50 g jučerašnjeg kruha
100 ml mlijeka
100 ml pasirane rajčice
100 ml vode

Sirno nasjeckajte luk i češnjak, dodajte im peršin, meso, jaje, kruh namočen u mlijeku i ocijeđen, dimljenu papriku, sol i papar pa oblikujte okruglice i kratko ih zapržite na tavi, samo da uhvate boju sa svih strana.
Stavite tri krumnpira da se kuhaju kao za pire ili pristavite vodu za tjesteninu, najbolje špagete ili drugu sličnu tanku vrstu.
Lim za pečenje premažite uljem i zagrijte pećnicu na 200 stupnjeva.
Ako ste kuhali krumpire, napravite od njih pire, a ako ste se odlučili za tjesteninu, procijedite je i po želji pomiješajte s malo naribanog sira. Pd pirea ili tjestenine oblikujte gnijezda na limu za pečenje pa u svako gnijezdo stavite okruglicu te sve zapecite 20-ak minuta.
Izvadite iz pećnice, prelijte umakom od pasirane rajčice pomiješane s vodom i gustinom te malo soli, po želji dodajte malo naribanog sira i pecite još 10-ak minuta.
