Ljeto još nije ni počelo, ali već smo se uvelike navukli na sladolede. No to nam baš nije pametno, jer kupovni sladoledi najčešće su puni šećera, a o umjetnim dodacima da ne govorimo. Bilo bi nam puno pametnije naučiti kako se radi domaći zdravi sladoled jednako slastan kao kupovni. Mislite da je to nemoguće? Javite nam nakon što pogledate video koji donosimo u prilogu.
Riječ je o sladoledu na štapiću koji ne sadrži rafinirani šećer, mlijeko, gluten ni orašaste plodove pa je idealan za vegetarijance, sve koji žele zdravo jesti kao i za osobe s alergijama i intolerancijama. A pogledajte samo kako dobro ozgleda, nikakvo čudo što je u nekih tjedan dana od objave prikupio preko 180 tisuća lajkova (recept donosimo u nastavku).

Sladoled od kikirikija
Sastojci
120 g tekućeg maslaca od kikirikija
240 g jogurta (kokosovog)
2 žlice komadića čokolade ili nasjeckane čokolade
240 g čokolade
2 žlice kokosovog ulja
2 žlice kikirikija
¼ žličice soli
Priprema:
Lim za pečenje ili ravni veliki tanjur obložite papirom za pečenje.
Pomiješajte jogurt, tekući maslac od kikirikija, 2 žlice nasjeckane čokoladu i malo soli.
Zagrabite oko 60 g nadjeva i napravite četiri kruga na limu ili tanjuru obloženom pergamentom (najlakše ćete to napraviti uz pomoć žlice za sladoled). Utisnite štapić od sladoleda u svaki krug i prekrijte štapić nadjevom. Po vrhu pospite kikiriki i lagano ga utisnite.
Stavite u zamrzivač na 2 sata.
Otopite čokoladu i kokosovo ulje zajedno u mikrovalnoj pećnici u koracima od 30 sekundi, miješajući između svakog koraka (ovo možete obaviti i na štednjaku, na laganoj vatri). Nakon što se otopi i postane glatka, u potpunosti prekrijte svaki sladoled.
Sladolede vratite na pergament dok se čokolada ne stvrdne.
Uživajte odmah ili ih čuvajte u hermetički zatvorenoj posudi u zamrzivaču.

Ljeto još nije ni počelo, ali već smo se uvelike navukli na sladolede. No to nam baš nije pametno, jer kupovni sladoledi najčešće su puni šećera, a o umjetnim dodacima da ne govorimo. Bilo bi nam puno pametnije naučiti kako se radi domaći zdravi sladoled jednako slastan kao kupovni. Mislite da je to nemoguće? Javite nam nakon što pogledate video koji donosimo u prilogu.
Riječ je o sladoledu na štapiću koji ne sadrži rafinirani šećer, mlijeko, gluten ni orašaste plodove pa je idealan za vegetarijance, sve koji žele zdravo jesti kao i za osobe s alergijama i intolerancijama. A pogledajte samo kako dobro ozgleda, nikakvo čudo što je u nekih tjedan dana od objave prikupio preko 180 tisuća lajkova (recept donosimo u nastavku).

Sladoled od kikirikija
Sastojci
120 g tekućeg maslaca od kikirikija
240 g jogurta (kokosovog)
2 žlice komadića čokolade ili nasjeckane čokolade
240 g čokolade
2 žlice kokosovog ulja
2 žlice kikirikija
¼ žličice soli
Priprema:
Lim za pečenje ili ravni veliki tanjur obložite papirom za pečenje.
Pomiješajte jogurt, tekući maslac od kikirikija, 2 žlice nasjeckane čokoladu i malo soli.
Zagrabite oko 60 g nadjeva i napravite četiri kruga na limu ili tanjuru obloženom pergamentom (najlakše ćete to napraviti uz pomoć žlice za sladoled). Utisnite štapić od sladoleda u svaki krug i prekrijte štapić nadjevom. Po vrhu pospite kikiriki i lagano ga utisnite.
Stavite u zamrzivač na 2 sata.
Otopite čokoladu i kokosovo ulje zajedno u mikrovalnoj pećnici u koracima od 30 sekundi, miješajući između svakog koraka (ovo možete obaviti i na štednjaku, na laganoj vatri). Nakon što se otopi i postane glatka, u potpunosti prekrijte svaki sladoled.
Sladolede vratite na pergament dok se čokolada ne stvrdne.
Uživajte odmah ili ih čuvajte u hermetički zatvorenoj posudi u zamrzivaču.
