Za pripremu specijaliteta koji će sve oduševiti često nam uopće nisu potrebne ni skupocjene namirnice niti još skupocjenija kuhinjska pomagala -  dovoljno je samo malo prilagoditi neki sasvim običan i dobro poznat recept. Na primjer onaj za piletinu u umaku s gljivama. Jesli ste ga i pripremili već bezbroj puta, no kad vidite kako ga radi popularni kuhar, doći će vam želja da ga pripremite još jednom, na njegov način.

Chef Thomas Straker, kojeg na Instagramu prati oko 1,6 milijuna ljudi, oduševio je društvene mreže videom u kojem pokazuje kako on priprema ovo sasvim obično, nekima možda i pomalo dosadno jelo. Kad pogledate video (koji donosimo u nastavku) shvatit ćete kako detalji itekako čine razliku: Thomas koristi domaću kokoš, dok je pirja obilato se pomaže maslacem i češnjakom, a na kraju joj dodaje svježe začinsko bilje.

Umjesto dosadnjikavih šampinjona koristi lisičarke, a pri kraju kuhanja dodaje sastojak koji je mnoge zbunio - nije riječ o nikakvom fensi ni skupocjenom dodatku, riječ je o sasvim običnoj želatini koja se prirodno stvara uslijed kuhanja pilećeg temeljca, a osim što je jako zdrava također jako podiže okus.

Thomas na kraju svoju usavršenu piletinu s gljivama nije spojio s rižom ili tjesteninom, kako je uobičajeno, nego s kremastim pireom od krumpira. Nama se sve to skupa čini kao jako dobra ideja, a slažu se i drugi pratitelji talentiranog chefa.

Za pripremu specijaliteta koji će sve oduševiti često nam uopće nisu potrebne ni skupocjene namirnice niti još skupocjenija kuhinjska pomagala -  dovoljno je samo malo prilagoditi neki sasvim običan i dobro poznat recept. Na primjer onaj za piletinu u umaku s gljivama. Jesli ste ga i pripremili već bezbroj puta, no kad vidite kako ga radi popularni kuhar, doći će vam želja da ga pripremite još jednom, na njegov način.

Chef Thomas Straker, kojeg na Instagramu prati oko 1,6 milijuna ljudi, oduševio je društvene mreže videom u kojem pokazuje kako on priprema ovo sasvim obično, nekima možda i pomalo dosadno jelo. Kad pogledate video (koji donosimo u nastavku) shvatit ćete kako detalji itekako čine razliku: Thomas koristi domaću kokoš, dok je pirja obilato se pomaže maslacem i češnjakom, a na kraju joj dodaje svježe začinsko bilje.

Umjesto dosadnjikavih šampinjona koristi lisičarke, a pri kraju kuhanja dodaje sastojak koji je mnoge zbunio - nije riječ o nikakvom fensi ni skupocjenom dodatku, riječ je o sasvim običnoj želatini koja se prirodno stvara uslijed kuhanja pilećeg temeljca, a osim što je jako zdrava također jako podiže okus.

Thomas na kraju svoju usavršenu piletinu s gljivama nije spojio s rižom ili tjesteninom, kako je uobičajeno, nego s kremastim pireom od krumpira. Nama se sve to skupa čini kao jako dobra ideja, a slažu se i drugi pratitelji talentiranog chefa.

Za pripremu specijaliteta koji će sve oduševiti često nam uopće nisu potrebne ni skupocjene namirnice niti još skupocjenija kuhinjska pomagala -  dovoljno je samo malo prilagoditi neki sasvim običan i dobro poznat recept. Na primjer onaj za piletinu u umaku s gljivama. Jesli ste ga i pripremili već bezbroj puta, no kad vidite kako ga radi popularni kuhar, doći će vam želja da ga pripremite još jednom, na njegov način.

Chef Thomas Straker, kojeg na Instagramu prati oko 1,6 milijuna ljudi, oduševio je društvene mreže videom u kojem pokazuje kako on priprema ovo sasvim obično, nekima možda i pomalo dosadno jelo. Kad pogledate video (koji donosimo u nastavku) shvatit ćete kako detalji itekako čine razliku: Thomas koristi domaću kokoš, dok je pirja obilato se pomaže maslacem i češnjakom, a na kraju joj dodaje svježe začinsko bilje.

Umjesto dosadnjikavih šampinjona koristi lisičarke, a pri kraju kuhanja dodaje sastojak koji je mnoge zbunio - nije riječ o nikakvom fensi ni skupocjenom dodatku, riječ je o sasvim običnoj želatini koja se prirodno stvara uslijed kuhanja pilećeg temeljca, a osim što je jako zdrava također jako podiže okus.

Thomas na kraju svoju usavršenu piletinu s gljivama nije spojio s rižom ili tjesteninom, kako je uobičajeno, nego s kremastim pireom od krumpira. Nama se sve to skupa čini kao jako dobra ideja, a slažu se i drugi pratitelji talentiranog chefa.
