Jabuke je uvijek dobro imati pri ruci. Zatrebat će vam za kolač, ponijet ćete jednu za marendu, dobro će vam doći za obuzdati želju za nezdravim grickanjem, a kad ne znate što biste mogli na brzinu doručkovati ili večerati, lako ćete ispohati jednu-dvije u tijestu za palačinke.

Zbog svega navedenog, sigurno vas zanima kako postići da vam dulje ostanu svježe, osobito što pristiže ljeto, s kojim se jabuke baš pretjerano ne ljube: na vrućem i suhom zraku brzo se smežuraju i postanu spužvaste. Želite li da vam jabuke što dulje ostanu svježe, ponajprije se potrudite odabrati domaće sorte ili barem jabuke uzgojene u Hrvatskoj - manji je izgled da su mjesecima čamile u hladnjači. Nadalje, pravilo je da što je jabuka trajnija što je manja, a kožica joj je deblja. Također, kiselkaste sorte traju dulje od slađih.

Kad ste naučili kako ih odabrati, zapamtite osnovno pravilo čuvanja jabuka: jedna "loša" jabuka može pokvariti ostale zdrave. Razlog leži u etilen koji jabuka u manjim količinama prirodno proizvodi dok sazrijeva, a u većim ako je oštećena. Čim primijetite da se na nekoj od jabuka pojavila mrlja ili ste ju slučajno zarezali, iskoristite je što prije, a do tada je držite dalje od ostalih.

Što se tiče uvjeta čuvanja, držite ih na stolu ili kuhinjskom pultu ako ćete ih pojesti kroz par dana, ali ako ste ih kupiti za neku posebnu namjenu, recimo za pitu, a nećete ju još raditi, jabuke pospremite u hladnjak i to u pretinac za voće i povrće. Tamo jabuke bez problema mogu izdržati do mjesec dana.

Postoji i zgodan trik za još uspješnije čuvanje u hladnjaku -  jabuke stavite u plastičnu vrećicu sa zip zatvaračem ili u plastičnu kutiju s poklopcem, a na dno i preko jabuka stavite komad kuhinjskog papira koji će skupiti višak vlage i spriječiti truljenje.

Jabuke je uvijek dobro imati pri ruci. Zatrebat će vam za kolač, ponijet ćete jednu za marendu, dobro će vam doći za obuzdati želju za nezdravim grickanjem, a kad ne znate što biste mogli na brzinu doručkovati ili večerati, lako ćete ispohati jednu-dvije u tijestu za palačinke.

Zbog svega navedenog, sigurno vas zanima kako postići da vam dulje ostanu svježe, osobito što pristiže ljeto, s kojim se jabuke baš pretjerano ne ljube: na vrućem i suhom zraku brzo se smežuraju i postanu spužvaste. Želite li da vam jabuke što dulje ostanu svježe, ponajprije se potrudite odabrati domaće sorte ili barem jabuke uzgojene u Hrvatskoj - manji je izgled da su mjesecima čamile u hladnjači. Nadalje, pravilo je da što je jabuka trajnija što je manja, a kožica joj je deblja. Također, kiselkaste sorte traju dulje od slađih.

Kad ste naučili kako ih odabrati, zapamtite osnovno pravilo čuvanja jabuka: jedna "loša" jabuka može pokvariti ostale zdrave. Razlog leži u etilen koji jabuka u manjim količinama prirodno proizvodi dok sazrijeva, a u većim ako je oštećena. Čim primijetite da se na nekoj od jabuka pojavila mrlja ili ste ju slučajno zarezali, iskoristite je što prije, a do tada je držite dalje od ostalih.

Što se tiče uvjeta čuvanja, držite ih na stolu ili kuhinjskom pultu ako ćete ih pojesti kroz par dana, ali ako ste ih kupiti za neku posebnu namjenu, recimo za pitu, a nećete ju još raditi, jabuke pospremite u hladnjak i to u pretinac za voće i povrće. Tamo jabuke bez problema mogu izdržati do mjesec dana.

Postoji i zgodan trik za još uspješnije čuvanje u hladnjaku -  jabuke stavite u plastičnu vrećicu sa zip zatvaračem ili u plastičnu kutiju s poklopcem, a na dno i preko jabuka stavite komad kuhinjskog papira koji će skupiti višak vlage i spriječiti truljenje.

Jabuke je uvijek dobro imati pri ruci. Zatrebat će vam za kolač, ponijet ćete jednu za marendu, dobro će vam doći za obuzdati želju za nezdravim grickanjem, a kad ne znate što biste mogli na brzinu doručkovati ili večerati, lako ćete ispohati jednu-dvije u tijestu za palačinke.

Zbog svega navedenog, sigurno vas zanima kako postići da vam dulje ostanu svježe, osobito što pristiže ljeto, s kojim se jabuke baš pretjerano ne ljube: na vrućem i suhom zraku brzo se smežuraju i postanu spužvaste. Želite li da vam jabuke što dulje ostanu svježe, ponajprije se potrudite odabrati domaće sorte ili barem jabuke uzgojene u Hrvatskoj - manji je izgled da su mjesecima čamile u hladnjači. Nadalje, pravilo je da što je jabuka trajnija što je manja, a kožica joj je deblja....
