Novi Ford Focus RS500, osim što je izuzetno brz, još se brže i prodaje. “Hot hatch” opremljen je 2.5-litrenim “petocilindrašem” s 345 KS i 460 Nm okretnog momenta, što je puno bolje u odnosu na Focus RS s 305 KS i 440 Nm. Ako uzmemo u obzir da je RS sposoban do “stotke” stići za manje od šest sekundi (maksimalna brzina 260 km/h), RS500 bi trebalo istu radnju obaviti za 5,6 sekundi.

Ono što nitko nije očekivao jest da se RS500 prodaje vrtoglavom brzinom. Naime, cijela serija od 500 primjeraka je rasprodana za 12 sati nakon predstavljanja! Automobili su distribuirani na 20 europskih tržišta – 101 primjerak u Velikoj Britaniji, 55 u Njemačkoj, po 50 u Francuskoj i Belgiji, te Danskoj, Češkoj i Grčkoj koje su dobile po pet komada, dok je Irska dobila tri automobila.

Najzanimljivije u svemu je da se sve dogodilo prije nego što su objavljene cijene RS500. Ipak, s mat crnom bojom, 19-inčnim naplacima i iznimnim performansama, Fordov sportski bolid je više nego poželjan automobil.

Novi Ford Focus RS500, osim što je izuzetno brz, još se brže i prodaje. “Hot hatch” opremljen je 2.5-litrenim “petocilindrašem” s 345 KS i 460 Nm okretnog momenta, što je puno bolje u odnosu na Focus RS s 305 KS i 440 Nm. Ako uzmemo u obzir da je RS sposoban do “stotke” stići za manje od šest sekundi (maksimalna brzina 260 km/h), RS500 bi trebalo istu radnju obaviti za 5,6 sekundi.

Ono što nitko nije očekivao jest da se RS500 prodaje vrtoglavom brzinom. Naime, cijela serija od 500 primjeraka je rasprodana za 12 sati nakon predstavljanja! Automobili su distribuirani na 20 europskih tržišta – 101 primjerak u Velikoj Britaniji, 55 u Njemačkoj, po 50 u Francuskoj i Belgiji, te Danskoj, Češkoj i Grčkoj koje su dobile po pet komada, dok je Irska dobila tri automobila.

Najzanimljivije u svemu je da se sve dogodilo prije nego što su objavljene cijene RS500. Ipak, s mat crnom bojom, 19-inčnim naplacima i iznimnim performansama, Fordov sportski bolid je više nego poželjan automobil.
