Očigledno nema primirja u šest godina dugoj borbi između glumice Angeline Jolie i bivšeg supruga Brada Pitta, piše Jutarnji list. Čini se da Jolie nastavlja proganjati Pitta putem anonimne sudske tužbe, koju je istraživao FBI, a koja uključuje i navodnu svađu između dvoje bivših supružnika u privatnom zrakoplovu 2016. godine.

Pitt je optužen da je svoju bivšu suprugu i njihovu djecu zalio crnim vinom i pivom te da ih je napao u zrakoplovu, no on te tvrdnje poriče. Naime, optužbe je istražio FBI, ali optužnica nije podignuta.

Detalji incidenta prvi put su isplivali u javnost u kolovozu ove godine, kada su brojni mediji prenijeli sudski podnesak o slobodi informacija i tada se činilo kako se cijeloj situaciji nazire kraj. U novim pravnim dokumentima u koje je Daily Mail imao uvid, FBI je obećao Jolie dati dokumente iz svoje istrage prije kraja mjeseca.

Prema sudskim dokumentima, tijekom nedavnog sastanka, odvjetnici anonimne ‘Jane Doe‘, ime kojim se Jolie predstavlja, tvrdili su da je ona bila spriječena u dobivanju "primjerene i kvalificirane brige te savjetovanja o traumama i nasilju". Dodali su da joj je upravo to bilo potrebno kako bi dobila "pravnu zaštitu" od bivšeg supruga.

Naime, tužba je pokrenuta nakon što je FBI u rujnu 2017. objavio da neće biti podignute optužnice zbog incidenta s avionom. Odvjetnici glumice tvrde da je specijalni agent FBI-a pripremio izjavu o razlozima zašto je određena osoba počinila zločin, a koja je predstavljena tužiteljima, no oni su zatim odbili nastaviti baviti se slučajem.

Jolien pravni tim dodaje da je objava FBI-a o zatvaranju istrage "doprinijela šteti koju su pretrpjeli anonimna Jane Doe i njezina djeca, delegitimizirajući njihovo iskustvo". Također, spomenuto je da ih o odluci nije obavijestio FBI.

Naime, Pittov tabor se ne slaže s njenim tvrdnjama, te sugerira da je cijela tužba agresivna medijska igra njegove bivše supruge. Inzistiraju na tome da su obje strane dobile izvješće 2017. i da je Jolie cijelo vrijeme bila o svemu informirana.

Jedan od Pittovih suradnika kaže da Angelina nije oštećena jer ima FBI-evo izvješće već šest godina i koristila ga je u pravnim postupcima, tako da "nije oštećena". FBI je u međuvremenu rekao da će dostaviti Jolie dokumente koje je tražila "u prosincu". Međutim, nije jasno što će točno biti u tim dokumentima, i što će sud odlučiti redigirati.

Podsjetimo, Jolie i Pitt bore se za skrbništvo nad svoje šestero djece, 21-godišnjeg Maddoxa, 19-godišnjeg Paxa, 19-godišnje Zahare, 16-godišnje Shiloh i 14-godišnjih blizanaca Vivienne i Knox, i to još od njihova razvoda koji se dogodio 2016. godine.

Valja spomenuti i da je par započeo romansu nakon što su zajedno glumili u filmu "Gospodin i gospođa Smith" iz 2005. godine, piše Jutarnji list.

Očigledno nema primirja u šest godina dugoj borbi između glumice Angeline Jolie i bivšeg supruga Brada Pitta, piše Jutarnji list. Čini se da Jolie nastavlja proganjati Pitta putem anonimne sudske tužbe, koju je istraživao FBI, a koja uključuje i navodnu svađu između dvoje bivših supružnika u privatnom zrakoplovu 2016. godine.

Pitt je optužen da je svoju bivšu suprugu i njihovu djecu zalio crnim vinom i pivom te da ih je napao u zrakoplovu, no on te tvrdnje poriče. Naime, optužbe je istražio FBI, ali optužnica nije podignuta.

Detalji incidenta prvi put su isplivali u javnost u kolovozu ove godine, kada su brojni mediji prenijeli sudski podnesak o slobodi informacija i tada se činilo kako se cijeloj situaciji nazire kraj. U novim pravnim dokumentima u koje je Daily Mail imao uvid, FBI je obećao Jolie dati dokumente iz svoje istrage prije kraja mjeseca.

Prema sudskim dokumentima, tijekom nedavnog sastanka, odvjetnici anonimne ‘Jane Doe‘, ime kojim se Jolie predstavlja, tvrdili su da je ona bila spriječena u dobivanju "primjerene i kvalificirane brige te savjetovanja o traumama i nasilju". Dodali su da joj je upravo to bilo potrebno kako bi dobila "pravnu zaštitu" od bivšeg supruga.

Naime, tužba je pokrenuta nakon što je FBI u rujnu 2017. objavio da neće biti podignute optužnice zbog incidenta s avionom. Odvjetnici glumice tvrde da je specijalni agent FBI-a pripremio izjavu o razlozima zašto je određena osoba počinila zločin, a koja je predstavljena tužiteljima, no oni su zatim odbili nastaviti baviti se slučajem.

Jolien pravni tim dodaje da je objava FBI-a o zatvaranju istrage "doprinijela šteti koju su pretrpjeli anonimna Jane Doe i njezina djeca, delegitimizirajući njihovo iskustvo". Također, spomenuto je da ih o odluci nije obavijestio FBI.

Naime, Pittov tabor se ne slaže s njenim tvrdnjama, te sugerira da je cijela tužba agresivna medijska igra njegove bivše supruge. Inzistiraju na tome da su obje strane dobile izvješće 2017. i da je Jolie cijelo vrijeme bila o svemu informirana.

Jedan od Pittovih suradnika kaže da Angelina nije oštećena jer ima FBI-evo izvješće već šest godina i koristila ga je u pravnim postupcima, tako da "nije oštećena". FBI je u međuvremenu rekao da će dostaviti Jolie dokumente koje je tražila "u prosincu". Međutim, nije jasno što će točno biti u tim dokumentima, i što će sud odlučiti redigirati.

Podsjetimo, Jolie i Pitt bore se za skrbništvo nad svoje šestero djece, 21-godišnjeg Maddoxa, 19-godišnjeg Paxa, 19-godišnje Zahare, 16-godišnje Shiloh i 14-godišnjih blizanaca Vivienne i Knox, i to još od njihova razvoda koji se dogodio 2016. godine.

Valja spomenuti i da je par započeo romansu nakon što su zajedno glumili u filmu "Gospodin i gospođa Smith" iz 2005. godine, piše Jutarnji list.

Očigledno nema primirja u šest godina dugoj borbi između glumice Angeline Jolie i bivšeg supruga Brada Pitta, piše Jutarnji list. Čini se da Jolie nastavlja proganjati Pitta putem anonimne sudske tužbe, koju je istraživao FBI, a koja uključuje i navodnu svađu između dvoje bivših supružnika u privatnom zrakoplovu 2016. godine.

Pitt je optužen da je svoju bivšu suprugu i njihovu djecu zalio crnim vinom i pivom te da ih je napao u zrakoplovu, no on te tvrdnje poriče. Naime, optužbe je istražio FBI, ali optužnica nije podignuta.
