Očekuje se da bi dosad neobjavljena demo snimka Paula McCartneyja na aukciji koja će se održati u travnju mogla biti prodana za 10.000 funta.
Kaseta otprilike datira iz vremena nakon razlaza Beatlesa 1970., kada se svaki od članova benda posvetio solo projektima, a na dražbi će se ponuditi 26. travnja.
Britanska aukcijska kuća očekuje da bi mogla postići cijenu od 10.000 funta.  
Riječ je o audiokaseti na kojoj bivši Beatle, koji u lipnju puni 80 godina, izvodi demo verziju svoje originalne pjesme "Attention".
Pjesma je na kraju završila na albumu njegova kolege iz benda, Ringa Starra iz 1981. pod nazivom "Stop And Smell The Roses".
Demo verzija traje četiri minute i dvije sekunde. Na njoj McCartney pjeva, svira klavir i glasom oponaša udaraljke.
Na naljepnici audiokasete Maxell C-60 je i rukom ispisan naziv pjesme.
Aukcijskoj kući Merseyside Business Omega Auctions ponudio ju je veteran ritam i bluesa, saksofonist Howie Casey, koji je svirao na albumu sa Starrom, a kasetu je dobio tijekom priprema za snimanje.
Uz Lindu McCartney na kaseti prateće vokale izvodi njegova supruga Sheila, objavila je aukcijska kuća.
"Prodali smo sličnu demo audiokasetu u svibnju 2020. za 8000 funta i svjesni smo interesa za neke Paulove izvedbe i pjesme koje dosad nitko nije čuo", rekao je aukcionar Paul Fairweather.
“Čuti ga kako pjeva bez pratnje zaista je fascinantno i daje nam uvid u njegov izniman talent."

On November 30th 2018 Sir Paul McCartney played Copenhagen's Royal Arena as part of his Freshen Up Tour. The former Beatle has announced that this is a farewell tour of sorts and most critics agreed that he went out with a bang. Očekuje se da bi dosad neobjavljena demo snimka Paula McCartneyja na aukciji koja će se održati u travnju mogla biti prodana za 10.000 funta.
Kaseta otprilike datira iz vremena nakon razlaza Beatlesa 1970., kada se svaki od članova benda posvetio solo projektima, a na dražbi će se ponuditi 26. travnja.
Britanska aukcijska kuća očekuje da bi mogla postići cijenu od 10.000 funta.  
Riječ je o audiokaseti na kojoj bivši Beatle, koji u lipnju puni 80 godina, izvodi demo verziju svoje originalne pjesme "Attention".
Pjesma je na kraju završila na albumu njegova kolege iz benda, Ringa Starra iz 1981. pod nazivom "Stop And Smell The Roses".
Demo verzija traje četiri minute i dvije sekunde. Na njoj McCartney pjeva, svira klavir i glasom oponaša udaraljke.
Na naljepnici audiokasete Maxell C-60 je i rukom ispisan naziv pjesme.
Aukcijskoj kući Merseyside Business Omega Auctions ponudio ju je veteran ritam i bluesa, saksofonist Howie Casey, koji je svirao na albumu sa Starrom, a kasetu je dobio tijekom priprema za snimanje.
Uz Lindu McCartney na kaseti prateće vokale izvodi njegova supruga Sheila, objavila je aukcijska kuća.
"Prodali smo sličnu demo audiokasetu u svibnju 2020. za 8000 funta i svjesni smo interesa za neke Paulove izvedbe i pjesme koje dosad nitko nije čuo", rekao je aukcionar Paul Fairweather.
“Čuti ga kako pjeva bez pratnje zaista je fascinantno i daje nam uvid u njegov izniman talent."
