Kako bi istaknuli posebnu ulogu u svijetu glazbe, najpoznatija glazbena televizija MTV najavila je dvije nove glazbene emisije – MTV World Stage i MTV Push.
MTV World Stage bit će besplatna ulaznica za posebne i najčešće čak jedinstvene koncerte na različitim lokacijama po svijetu, a prvi takav nastup imat će u petak 27. veljače ovogodišnji dobitnici triju Grammyja britanska grupa “Coldplay” u tokijskoj Saitama Super Areni.

Prilika je to ne samo vidjeti i čuti glazbene zvijezde već i prilika upoznati pozornice u Ateni, Rimu, Londonu, Buenos Airesu, Pekingu, Tokiju i drugdje… Što se pak serije MTV Push tiče, ona će mladim i perspektivnim glazbenicima i grupama omogućiti velik proboj na scenu, a prvi izvođači su grupe “Metro Station” i “White Lies”.
Za sve koji ne znaju tko se krije iza imena “Metro Station”, riječ je o kvartetu koji je nastao 2006. godine u Los Angelesu, a godinu dana poslije objavljen je njihov istoimeni album prvijenac koji je izbacio hit “Shake It”. “White Lies” je britanska rock grupa o kojoj se već naveliko priča kao o jednoj od najutjecajnijih među novim skupinama.
Njihov prvi album “To Lose My Life” izišao je u siječnju ove godine, a o tome kako kotiraju na sceni najbolje pokazuju tri njihova hita sa spomenutog albuma: “Unfinished business”, “Death” i “To lose my life”.

Kako bi istaknuli posebnu ulogu u svijetu glazbe, najpoznatija glazbena televizija MTV najavila je dvije nove glazbene emisije – MTV World Stage i MTV Push.
MTV World Stage bit će besplatna ulaznica za posebne i najčešće čak jedinstvene koncerte na različitim lokacijama po svijetu, a prvi takav nastup imat će u petak 27. veljače ovogodišnji dobitnici triju Grammyja britanska grupa “Coldplay” u tokijskoj Saitama Super Areni.

Prilika je to ne samo vidjeti i čuti glazbene zvijezde već i prilika upoznati pozornice u Ateni, Rimu, Londonu, Buenos Airesu, Pekingu, Tokiju i drugdje… Što se pak serije MTV Push tiče, ona će mladim i perspektivnim glazbenicima i grupama omogućiti velik proboj na scenu, a prvi izvođači su grupe “Metro Station” i “White Lies”.
Za sve koji ne znaju tko se krije iza imena “Metro Station”, riječ je o kvartetu koji je nastao 2006. godine u Los Angelesu, a godinu dana poslije objavljen je njihov istoimeni album prvijenac koji je izbacio hit “Shake It”. “White Lies” je britanska rock grupa o kojoj se već naveliko priča kao o jednoj od najutjecajnijih među novim skupinama.
Njihov prvi album “To Lose My Life” izišao je u siječnju ove godine, a o tome kako kotiraju na sceni najbolje pokazuju tri njihova hita sa spomenutog albuma: “Unfinished business”, “Death” i “To lose my life”.
