Životno zlatno pravilo bi za sve moralo glasiti jednako – nikada ne odustaj. Pravu životnu lekciju svima očitala je 29-godišnja Mandy Harvey, gluha jazz pjevačica. Mandy je napustila studiranje na Colorado Stateu jer je izgubila sluh. Nakon rutinske operacije koljena, lijekovi koje je uzimala naglo su razvili Ehlers Danlos sindrom koji je ubrzano doveo do gubitka sluha.

No mlada Mandy se nije predavala, s obzirom da je 18 godina imala normalan sluh, počela je skladati i pjevati prema osjećaju pratila je ritam od vibracija instrumenata.

Zahvaljujući upornosti objavila je čak tri albuma autorskih jazz pjesama. A onda se dogodio zvjezdani trenutak. Prijavila se u show 'America's Got Talent' i njena izvedba je digla cijelu dvoranu na noge.

Inače strogi Simon Cowell nije izdržao, ”za ovo ti neće trebati tumačenje” – i na opće oduševljenje pritisnuo “zlatno dugme” koje je Mandy odvelo izravno do novog kruga, live show programa.

Životno zlatno pravilo bi za sve moralo glasiti jednako – nikada ne odustaj. Pravu životnu lekciju svima očitala je 29-godišnja Mandy Harvey, gluha jazz pjevačica. Mandy je napustila studiranje na Colorado Stateu jer je izgubila sluh. Nakon rutinske operacije koljena, lijekovi koje je uzimala naglo su razvili Ehlers Danlos sindrom koji je ubrzano doveo do gubitka sluha.

No mlada Mandy se nije predavala, s obzirom da je 18 godina imala normalan sluh, počela je skladati i pjevati prema osjećaju pratila je ritam od vibracija instrumenata.

Zahvaljujući upornosti objavila je čak tri albuma autorskih jazz pjesama. A onda se dogodio zvjezdani trenutak. Prijavila se u show 'America's Got Talent' i njena izvedba je digla cijelu dvoranu na noge.

Inače strogi Simon Cowell nije izdržao, ”za ovo ti neće trebati tumačenje” – i na opće oduševljenje pritisnuo “zlatno dugme” koje je Mandy odvelo izravno do novog kruga, live show programa.

Amerika ima svoju ljubimicu, a ukoliko vas ovo ne dirne, upitajte se, imate li srca.
