Donald Trump - ima se, može se
Dosad rekordnu stanarinu zatražio je poznati američki poduzetnik Donald Trump za penthouse na Manhattanu u srcu New Yorka: čak 225 eura po četvornom metru, objavio je list "New York Post".

Ukupno bi za posve obnovljen stan na dva najgornja kata secesijske zgrade u kojoj je nekad bio centar za mlade novi stanar trebao mjesečno plaćati oko 125 tisuća eura najamnine. Ali, kako piše list, zauzvrat bi ipak dobio oko 50 prozora, deset spavaćih soba, šest kupaonica, tri terase i otvoren pogled na sve strane i cijeli Manhattan.

Dvoetažni stan od ukupno nešto više od 550 četvornih metara (u što su uračunate i terase) može se naravno i kupiti, a cijena mu je 28 milijuna eura bez poreza i pristojbi prijenosa, piše list.

Dosad rekordnu stanarinu zatražio je poznati američki poduzetnik Donald Trump za penthouse na Manhattanu u srcu New Yorka: čak 225 eura po četvornom metru, objavio je list "New York Post".

Ukupno bi za posve obnovljen stan na dva najgornja kata secesijske zgrade u kojoj je nekad bio centar za mlade novi stanar trebao mjesečno plaćati oko 125 tisuća eura najamnine. Ali, kako piše list, zauzvrat bi ipak dobio oko 50 prozora, deset spavaćih soba, šest kupaonica, tri terase i otvoren pogled na sve strane i cijeli Manhattan.

Dvoetažni stan od ukupno nešto više od 550 četvornih metara (u što su uračunate i terase) može se naravno i kupiti, a cijena mu je 28 milijuna eura bez poreza i pristojbi prijenosa, piše list.
