Kada im je neugodno govoriti istinu ili jednostavno postoji razlog da je sakriju, ljudi često posežu za manje iskrenom komunikacijom. Skreću razgovore s određenih tema, prešućuju ključne detalje ili jednostavno lažu, piše zena.rs.
Profesor psihologije Christian Hart i psiholog i direktor programa psihoterapije Drew Curtis veliki dio svoje karijere posvetili su proučavanju psihologije laži i obmana, a tome su posvetili i zajedničku knjigu "Big Liars What Psychological Science Tells Us About Lying and How You Can Avoid Being Duped".
Nedavno su napisali članak za CNBC o devet ključnih karakteristika iskusnih, uspješnih lažljivaca:
1. Oni su prirodni manipulatori
Dobri lažljivci nikad nisu nervozni zbog manipuliranja drugima, ali su samouvjereni, dominantni i opušteni dok iskorištavaju druge.
2. Oni su sjajni glumci
Laganje je, kao i drugi oblici upravljanja istinom, igra projiciranja određene verzije sebe u svijet. Dobri lažljivci izlaze na pozornicu i igraju ulogu poštenog čovjeka.
3. Vješti su u skrivanju pravih i lažnih emocija
Bilo da izražavaju sreću, iznenađenje, tugu ili prezir, dobri lažljivci također znaju kada podići obrve, namrštiti se ili pokazati zube na uvjerljiv način koji skriva njihove prave emocije. Istraživanje je pokazalo da se ekspresivni ljudi smatraju simpatičnim i iskrenim.
4. Spremni su lagati u svakom trenutku
Vježbaju i planiraju. Dobro pripremljen i organiziran narativ čini laž prirodnom i oslobađa je od nelogičnosti i proturječnosti.
5. Govore što manje
Što više osoba govori, nudi više detalja koji bi mogli potkopati laž. Iskusni lažljivci govore dovoljno da bi im netko povjerovao, ali ne više nego što je potrebno.
6. Kreativni su
Kad vas ispituju, nikad ne znate koje će biti sljedeće pitanje, stoga je sposobnost stvaranja realne, ali lažne verzije stvarnosti imperativ. Najuspješniji su oni koji su sposobni izmisliti nove ideje i situacije.
7. Brzo razmišljaju
Ljudi koji predugo čekaju na odgovor ili iznenada koriste poštapalice poput "hm" i "ovo" nikad ne zvuče uvjerljivo.
8. Imaju dobro pamćenje
Kada se poštene, iskrene ljude zamoli da ispričaju istu priču u dvije različite prilike, oni rekonstruiraju sjećanje na ono što se dogodilo. No, njihovo pamćenje nije savršeno pa se njihovo prepričavanje često razlikuje. Da ne bi ispali nepošteni, dobri lažljivci svaki put se usredotočuju na ponavljanje priče što je točnije moguće. Njihov cilj je da nema varijacija u priči, jer to dalje znači da nema odstupanja za objašnjavanje.
9. Dobri su slušatelji
Oni pipaju puls svoje "publike" i prepoznaju kada druga strana želi više informacija, kada je zadovoljna, kada postaje sumnjičava, a kada je sigurno promijeniti temu. Naučili su se uspješno služiti prijevarom kako bi postigli svoje ciljeve.
Kako izbjeći da vas lažu?
Jedan od najlakših načina da izbjegnete laži i prijevare je provjeriti njihove tvrdnje. Očigledne laži često su u suprotnosti s činjenicama. Provjera činjenica ostavlja lažljivcima manje prostora za isprike ili nove laži. Kada nemate dokaza za tvrdnju, manje smo sigurni da je istinita.
Laži se najčešće raspadaju kada počnemo preispitivati i postavljati sve više pitanja o dijelovima koji se ne slažu. Ako čak i mali dio priče zvuči pogrešno, počnite pažljivo preispitivati ono što je rečeno. Laži se često raspadaju čim zagrebemo po površini.

Kada im je neugodno govoriti istinu ili jednostavno postoji razlog da je sakriju, ljudi često posežu za manje iskrenom komunikacijom. Skreću razgovore s određenih tema, prešućuju ključne detalje ili jednostavno lažu, piše zena.rs.
Profesor psihologije Christian Hart i psiholog i direktor programa psihoterapije Drew Curtis veliki dio svoje karijere posvetili su proučavanju psihologije laži i obmana, a tome su posvetili i zajedničku knjigu "Big Liars What Psychological Science Tells Us About Lying and How You Can Avoid Being Duped".
Nedavno su napisali članak za CNBC o devet ključnih karakteristika iskusnih, uspješnih lažljivaca:
1. Oni su prirodni manipulatori
Dobri lažljivci nikad nisu nervozni zbog manipuliranja drugima, ali su samouvjereni, dominantni i opušteni dok iskorištavaju druge.
2. Oni su sjajni glumci
Laganje je, kao i drugi oblici upravljanja istinom, igra projiciranja određene verzije sebe u svijet. Dobri lažljivci izlaze na pozornicu i igraju ulogu poštenog čovjeka.
3. Vješti su u skrivanju pravih i lažnih emocija
Bilo da izražavaju sreću, iznenađenje, tugu ili prezir, dobri lažljivci također znaju kada podići obrve, namrštiti se ili pokazati zube na uvjerljiv način koji skriva njihove prave emocije. Istraživanje je pokazalo da se ekspresivni ljudi smatraju simpatičnim i iskrenim.
4. Spremni su lagati u svakom trenutku
Vježbaju i planiraju. Dobro pripremljen i organiziran narativ čini laž prirodnom i oslobađa je od nelogičnosti i proturječnosti.
5. Govore što manje
Što više osoba govori, nudi više detalja koji bi mogli potkopati laž. Iskusni lažljivci govore dovoljno da bi im netko povjerovao, ali ne više nego što je potrebno.
6. Kreativni su
Kad vas ispituju, nikad ne znate koje će biti sljedeće pitanje, stoga je sposobnost stvaranja realne, ali lažne verzije stvarnosti imperativ. Najuspješniji su oni koji su sposobni izmisliti nove ideje i situacije.
7. Brzo razmišljaju
Ljudi koji predugo čekaju na odgovor ili iznenada koriste poštapalice poput "hm" i "ovo" nikad ne zvuče uvjerljivo.
8. Imaju dobro pamćenje
Kada se poštene, iskrene ljude zamoli da ispričaju istu priču u dvije različite prilike, oni rekonstruiraju sjećanje na ono što se dogodilo. No, njihovo pamćenje nije savršeno pa se njihovo prepričavanje često razlikuje. Da ne bi ispali nepošteni, dobri lažljivci svaki put se usredotočuju na ponavljanje priče što je točnije moguće. Njihov cilj je da nema varijacija u priči, jer to dalje znači da nema odstupanja za objašnjavanje.
9. Dobri su slušatelji
Oni pipaju puls svoje "publike" i prepoznaju kada druga strana želi više informacija, kada je zadovoljna, kada postaje sumnjičava, a kada je sigurno promijeniti temu. Naučili su se uspješno služiti prijevarom kako bi postigli svoje ciljeve.
Kako izbjeći da vas lažu?
Jedan od najlakših načina da izbjegnete laži i prijevare je provjeriti njihove tvrdnje. Očigledne laži često su u suprotnosti s činjenicama. Provjera činjenica ostavlja lažljivcima manje prostora za isprike ili nove laži. Kada nemate dokaza za tvrdnju, manje smo sigurni da je istinita.
Laži se najčešće raspadaju kada počnemo preispitivati i postavljati sve više pitanja o dijelovima koji se ne slažu. Ako čak i mali dio priče zvuči pogrešno, počnite pažljivo preispitivati ono što je rečeno. Laži se često raspadaju čim zagrebemo po površini.
