Jesen je bogata plodovima, voćem zahvalnim za izradu kolača - jedan od njih je šipak, nar, kako vam drago.

Krostata s ovom zdravom voćkom punom vitamina, k tomu, izgleda uistinu štosno i dekorativno, a izostanak bilo kakve termičke obrade dragog nam šipka dodatni je "bonus" jer je u cijelosti sačuvan vitaminski potencijal. Pokažite prehladi šipak! I k tomu gušajte u okusu; i sama priprema je zabavna, samo dobro operite ruke i budite opušteni. Moje su mjere ‘odokativne‘, evo kako to izgleda u mojoj kužini.

Napravite tijesto od mješavine bijelog pšeničnog i kukuruznog brašna - meni se sviđa taj miks jer crostata dobija na prhkosti, i boja ispečene košarice (same crostate bez nadjeva) je ugodno žućkasta.

Tijesto napravite od jednog jajeta, šalice brašna (pola bijelo, pola žuto), pola šalice šećera (bijelog), malo hladne vode i s komadom omekšanog (ili otopljenog) maslaca koji će dati prhkoj crostati potrebnu masnoću i divan miris.

Korica limuna ili kesica vanilije također je dobrodošao dodatak za aromu. Rukom umijesite sve sastojke, oblikujte jednu lijepu grudu tijesta i ostavite je "počinuti" u frižider pola sata-sat ispod krpe ili folije.

Potom razvaljajte tijesto tanko, na pobrašnjenoj podlozi, i umetnite ga u kalup za tart (onaj plitki, "ricasti"). Izbockajte pinjurom dno, da se tijesto ne odigne u balon, mora imati "odušak".

Pecite oko pola sata na 180 stupnjeva, ali "škicnite" povremeno da se ne prepeče. Kad bude fino žuto, to je to. Izvadite iz pećnice i stavite crostatu na rešetku da se ohladi.

Nadjev - ništa lakše!

Skuhajte puding od vanilije, u nj dodajte veliki komad otopljene bijele čokolade i mjericu kokosovog brašna da se smjesa bolje zgusne. Tako ćete dobiti i još izraženiji koloritni kontrast sa crvenkastim šipkom. Pazite da smjesa bude dovoljno gusta, da se može rezati kad se sve stegne. Ako niste sigurni da je dovoljno čvrsta, možete dodati još malo kukuruznog škroba u puding, ili koji listić želatine.

Smjesu ulijte u prohlađenu crostatu - ako je košarica dobro napravljena, ne bi trebalo biti zacurivanja - i potom utisnite na vrh zrnca očišćenog šipka. Ako želite, možete sve posuti i s malo šećera u prahu, ali to bi trebalo biti netom prije seviranja jer je odlika tog šećera da se brzo otopi i postane - nevidljiv.

Bilo bi dobro crostatu ostaviti da se hladi u frižideru barem sat-dva, da sve "sjedne" i "utegne", rekla bi moja mater.

Jesen je bogata plodovima, voćem zahvalnim za izradu kolača - jedan od njih je šipak, nar, kako vam drago.

Krostata s ovom zdravom voćkom punom vitamina, k tomu, izgleda uistinu štosno i dekorativno, a izostanak bilo kakve termičke obrade dragog nam šipka dodatni je "bonus" jer je u cijelosti sačuvan vitaminski potencijal. Napravite tijesto od mješavine bijelog pšeničnog i kukuruznog brašna - meni se sviđa taj miks jer crostata dobija na prhkosti, i boja ispečene košarice (same crostate bez nadjeva) je ugodno žućkasta.

Tijesto napravite od jednog jajeta, šalice brašna (pola bijelo, pola žuto), pola šalice šećera (bijelog), malo hladne vode i s komadom omekšanog (ili otopljenog) maslaca koji će dati prhkoj crostati potrebnu masnoću i divan miris.

Korica limuna ili kesica vanilije također je dobrodošao dodatak za aromu. Rukom umijesite sve sastojke, oblikujte jednu lijepu grudu tijesta i ostavite je "počinuti" u frižider pola sata-sat ispod krpe ili folije.

Potom razvaljajte tijesto tanko, na pobrašnjenoj podlozi, i umetnite ga u kalup za tart (onaj plitki, "ricasti"). Izbockajte pinjurom dno, da se tijesto ne odigne u balon, mora imati "odušak".

Pecite oko pola sata na 180 stupnjeva, ali "škicnite" povremeno da se ne prepeče. Kad bude fino žuto, to je to. Izvadite iz pećnice i stavite crostatu na rešetku da se ohladi.

Nadjev - ništa lakše!

Skuhajte puding od vanilije, u nj dodajte veliki komad otopljene bijele čokolade i mjericu kokosovog brašna da se smjesa bolje zgusne. Tako ćete dobiti i još izraženiji koloritni kontrast sa crvenkastim šipkom. Pazite da smjesa bude dovoljno gusta, da se može rezati kad se sve stegne. Ako niste sigurni da je dovoljno čvrsta, možete dodati još malo kukuruznog škroba u puding, ili koji listić želatine.

Smjesu ulijte u prohlađenu crostatu - ako je košarica dobro napravljena, ne bi trebalo biti zacurivanja - i potom utisnite na vrh zrnca očišćenog šipka. Ako želite, možete sve posuti i s malo šećera u prahu, ali to bi trebalo biti netom prije seviranja jer je odlika tog šećera da se brzo otopi i postane - nevidljiv.

Bilo bi dobro crostatu ostaviti da se hladi u frižideru barem sat-dva, da sve "sjedne" i "utegne", rekla bi moja mater.

Jesen je bogata plodovima, voćem zahvalnim za izradu kolača - jedan od njih je šipak, nar, kako vam drago.

Krostata s ovom zdravom voćkom punom vitamina, k tomu, izgleda uistinu štosno i dekorativno, a izostanak bilo kakve termičke obrade dragog nam šipka dodatni je "bonus" jer je u cijelosti sačuvan vitaminski potencijal. Pokažite prehladi šipak! I k tomu gušajte u okusu; i sama priprema je zabavna, samo dobro operite ruke i budite opušteni. Moje su mjere ‘odokativne‘, evo kako to izgleda u mojoj kužini.

Napravite tijesto od mješavine bijelog pšeničnog i kukuruznog brašna - meni se sviđa taj miks jer crostata dobija na prhkosti, i boja ispečene košarice (same crostate bez nadjeva) je ugodno žućkasta.
