Prema raspoloživim podacima, piše Koronavirus.hr, inkubacija COVID-19 iznosi 2 do 14 dana, s medijanom 5-6 dana.
Za sada postoje ograničena saznanja o punom spektru kliničke slike oboljelih, iako su najčešće zabilježeni simptomi povišena tjelesna temperatura, kašalj, otežano disanje, bolovi u mišićima, gubitak mirisa ili okusa, te umor i opća slabost.
Teža klinička slika i potreba intenzivnog liječenja češća je u osoba starije životne dobe, kao i u onih osoba koje imaju komorbiditete.
Testiranje na COVID-19 indicirano je kod sljedećih pacijenata:
- Pacijenti s akutnom infekcijom dišnog sustava (nagli početak barem jednog od sljedećih simptoma/znakova bolesti: kašalj, povišena tjelesna temperatura, dispneja/nedostatak zraka) ili nagli gubitak mirisa, okusa ili promjena okusa ili radiološki dokaz lezija kompatibilnih s COVID-19
- Boravak unazad 14 dana prije početka simptoma u području/državi u kojem ima grupiranja bolesti ili je rasprostranjena transmisija bolesti
- Bliski kontakt s potvrđenim ili vjerojatnim slučajem oboljenja od COVID-19 unutar 14 dana prije početka simptoma.
Ako sumnjate na zarazu koronavirusom, kontaktirajte svog liječnika ili dežurnog epidemiologa.Nemojte samostalno odlaziti liječniku ili u bolnicu. Nemojte koristiti sredstva javnog prijevoza.
Također, slični simptomi se pojavljuju i kod alergija. Kod nekih se simptomi alergija očituju u proljeće, kod nekih cijele godine. Sve ovisno na što su osobe alergične.
- Kada jednom započne razdoblje cvatnje, nos, nepce, stražnja strana grla i oči postupno ili iznenada počinju svrbjeti. Oči suze, kiše se a javi se i vodenasti iscjedak iz nosa. Kod nekih se ljudi razvija glavobolja, kašalj i “sviranje” u dišnim putovima; postaju nervozni i potišteni, gube apetit i imaju poteškoća sa spavanjem. Unutarnja strana kapaka i bjeloočnice mogu se upaliti (konjunktivitis). Sluznica nosa može postati otečena i plavkastocrvena, što dovodi do curenja iz nosa i začepljenosti - navodi Medicinski priručnik hrvatskog liječničkog zbora.
Sezonska alergijska upala nosne sluznice obično se lako prepoznaje. Kožni testovi i simptomi koje osoba opisuje mogu pomoći liječniku u određivanju koja vrsta peludi uzrokuje poteškoće.
Postoji i trajna (cjelogodišnja) alergijska upala nosne sluznice.
- Perenijalna, trajna, cjelogodišnja, alergijska upala nosne sluznice uzrokuje simptome slične onima kod peludne groznice, ali se simptomi razlikuju po izraženosti; često su nepredvidljivi i traju tijekom cijele godine.
Alergeni kod cjelogodišnje alergije mogu biti grinje iz kućne prašine, perje, vlakna životinjskog porijekla ili plijesni. Konjunktivitis je rijedak. Začepljenost nosa, koja je uobičajena, zatvara Eustahijeve tube ušiju, dovodeći do slušnih problema, osobito kod djece. Liječnik mora razlikovati cjelogodišnju alergijsku upalu nosne sluznice od ponavljajućih infekcija sinusa (sinusitis) i izraslina unutar nosa (nosni polipi). Sinusitis i nosni polipi mogu biti komplikacije alergijske upale nosne sluznice.
Neki ljudi koji imaju kroničnu upalu nosne sluznice, sinusitis, nosne polipe negativne rezultate kožnih testova i velik broj eozinofila (vrste bijelih krvnih stanica) u iscjetku iz nosa skloni su burnim reakcijama na acetilsalicilnu kiselinu (aspirin) i druge nesteroidne protuupalne lijekove. Nepovoljne reakcije kod tih se ljudi obično očituju kao težak astmatični napad koji nije lako obuzdati. Ljudi s takvom sklonošću morali bi izbjegavati korištenje nesteroidnih antiupalnih lijekova.
Ljudi sa kronično začepljenim nosom koji curi, a bez sinusitisa, nosnih polipa ili bilo kojeg dokazanog oblika alergije mogu imati drugi poremećaj kao npr. vazomotorni rinitis koji nije izazvan alergijom - piše Priručnik.

Za sada postoje ograničena saznanja o punom spektru kliničke slike oboljelih, iako su najčešće zabilježeni simptomi povišena tjelesna temperatura, kašalj, otežano disanje, bolovi u mišićima, gubitak mirisa ili okusa, te umor i opća slabost.
Teža klinička slika i potreba intenzivnog liječenja češća je u osoba starije životne dobe, kao i u onih osoba koje imaju komorbiditete.
Testiranje na COVID-19 indicirano je kod sljedećih pacijenata:
- Pacijenti s akutnom infekcijom dišnog sustava (nagli početak barem jednog od sljedećih simptoma/znakova bolesti: kašalj, povišena tjelesna temperatura, dispneja/nedostatak zraka) ili nagli gubitak mirisa, okusa ili promjena okusa ili radiološki dokaz lezija kompatibilnih s COVID-19
- Boravak unazad 14 dana prije početka simptoma u području/državi u kojem ima grupiranja bolesti ili je rasprostranjena transmisija bolesti
- Bliski kontakt s potvrđenim ili vjerojatnim slučajem oboljenja od COVID-19 unutar 14 dana prije početka simptoma.
Ako sumnjate na zarazu koronavirusom, kontaktirajte svog liječnika ili dežurnog epidemiologa.Nemojte samostalno odlaziti liječniku ili u bolnicu. Nemojte koristiti sredstva javnog prijevoza.
Također, slični simptomi se pojavljuju i kod alergija. Kod nekih se simptomi alergija očituju u proljeće, kod nekih cijele godine. Sve ovisno na što su osobe alergične.
- Kada jednom započne razdoblje cvatnje, nos, nepce, stražnja strana grla i oči postupno ili iznenada počinju svrbjeti. Oči suze, kiše se a javi se i vodenasti iscjedak iz nosa. Kod nekih se ljudi razvija glavobolja, kašalj i “sviranje” u dišnim putovima; postaju nervozni i potišteni, gube apetit i imaju poteškoća sa spavanjem. Unutarnja strana kapaka i bjeloočnice mogu se upaliti (konjunktivitis). Sluznica nosa može postati otečena i plavkastocrvena, što dovodi do curenja iz nosa i začepljenosti - navodi Medicinski priručnik hrvatskog liječničkog zbora.
Sezonska alergijska upala nosne sluznice obično se lako prepoznaje. Kožni testovi i simptomi koje osoba opisuje mogu pomoći liječniku u određivanju koja vrsta peludi uzrokuje poteškoće.
Postoji i trajna (cjelogodišnja) alergijska upala nosne sluznice.
- Perenijalna, trajna, cjelogodišnja, alergijska upala nosne sluznice uzrokuje simptome slične onima kod peludne groznice, ali se simptomi razlikuju po izraženosti; često su nepredvidljivi i traju tijekom cijele godine.
Alergeni kod cjelogodišnje alergije mogu biti grinje iz kućne prašine, perje, vlakna životinjskog porijekla ili plijesni. Konjunktivitis je rijedak. Začepljenost nosa, koja je uobičajena, zatvara Eustahijeve tube ušiju, dovodeći do slušnih problema, osobito kod djece. Liječnik mora razlikovati cjelogodišnju alergijsku upalu nosne sluznice od ponavljajućih infekcija sinusa (sinusitis) i izraslina unutar nosa (nosni polipi). Sinusitis i nosni polipi mogu biti komplikacije alergijske upale nosne sluznice.
Neki ljudi koji imaju kroničnu upalu nosne sluznice, sinusitis, nosne polipe negativne rezultate kožnih testova i velik broj eozinofila (vrste bijelih krvnih stanica) u iscjetku iz nosa skloni su burnim reakcijama na acetilsalicilnu kiselinu (aspirin) i druge nesteroidne protuupalne lijekove. Nepovoljne reakcije kod tih se ljudi obično očituju kao težak astmatični napad koji nije lako obuzdati. Ljudi s takvom sklonošću morali bi izbjegavati korištenje nesteroidnih antiupalnih lijekova.
Ljudi sa kronično začepljenim nosom koji curi, a bez sinusitisa, nosnih polipa ili bilo kojeg dokazanog oblika alergije mogu imati drugi poremećaj kao npr. vazomotorni rinitis koji nije izazvan alergijom - piše Priručnik.
