Microsoft u četvrtak predstavlja novi operativni sustav Windows 7, a riječ je o najvažnijem novom proizvodu te američke softverske tvrtke u posljednjih desetak godina koji bi trebao vratiti povjerenje potrošača razočaranih operativnim sustavom Vista, prenose agencije.

Novi operativni sustav Windows 7, koji bi trebao biti brži i jednostavniji, te zauzimati manje prostora na računalima, dobio je dobre kritike analitičara uoči službenog početka prodaje.

Svjetski softverski div, čijim se operativnim sustavom koristi više od 90 posto osobnih računala u svijetu, nada se da će zahvaljujući novom operativnom sustavu uhvatiti korak u novim tehnologijama s glavnim rivalima Appleom i Googleom.

"Ovo je prvo stvarno važno predstavljanje Windowsa u posljednjih deset godina. S obzirom na pogreške povezane s Vistom, ljudi su počeli sumnjati u važnost Microsofta u svijetu novih tehnologija. Ovo je važan prvi korak za Microsoft prema vraćanju vjerodostojnosti", rekao je za Reuters analitičar Brendan Barnicle iz Pacific Crest Securitiesa.

Novi sustav lansiran je manje od tri godine nakon Viste, operativnog sustava koji je od početka smatran noćnom morom za korisnike.

Premda je imala bolju grafiku i sigurnost od njezina prethodnika Windowsa XP, Vista je bila kritizirana zbog svoje veličine i velikih sistemskih zahtjeva, te je znatno usporavala rad računala, prenosi agencija dpa.

Zahvaljujući gotovo monopolističkom položaju Microsofta, u svijetu je ipak prodano oko 380 milijuna primjeraka tog programa, što je tvrtki godišnje donosilo profit od desetak milijardi dolara.

Međutim, velike tvrtke i većina malih korisnika zadržali su sustav XP, koji je prema istraživanjima iz rujna bio najrašireniji operativni sustav u svijetu s udjelom od 71,5 posto, prema Visti koja je imala udio od samo 18,6 posto.

Microsoft u četvrtak predstavlja novi operativni sustav Windows 7, a riječ je o najvažnijem novom proizvodu te američke softverske tvrtke u posljednjih desetak godina koji bi trebao vratiti povjerenje potrošača razočaranih operativnim sustavom Vista, prenose agencije.

Novi operativni sustav Windows 7, koji bi trebao biti brži i jednostavniji, te zauzimati manje prostora na računalima, dobio je dobre kritike analitičara uoči službenog početka prodaje.

Svjetski softverski div, čijim se operativnim sustavom koristi više od 90 posto osobnih računala u svijetu, nada se da će zahvaljujući novom operativnom sustavu uhvatiti korak u novim tehnologijama s glavnim rivalima Appleom i Googleom.

"Ovo je prvo stvarno važno predstavljanje Windowsa u posljednjih deset godina. S obzirom na pogreške povezane s Vistom, ljudi su počeli sumnjati u važnost Microsofta u svijetu novih tehnologija. Ovo je važan prvi korak za Microsoft prema vraćanju vjerodostojnosti", rekao je za Reuters analitičar Brendan Barnicle iz Pacific Crest Securitiesa.

Novi sustav lansiran je manje od tri godine nakon Viste, operativnog sustava koji je od početka smatran noćnom morom za korisnike.

Premda je imala bolju grafiku i sigurnost od njezina prethodnika Windowsa XP, Vista je bila kritizirana zbog svoje veličine i velikih sistemskih zahtjeva, te je znatno usporavala rad računala, prenosi agencija dpa.

Zahvaljujući gotovo monopolističkom položaju Microsofta, u svijetu je ipak prodano oko 380 milijuna primjeraka tog programa, što je tvrtki godišnje donosilo profit od desetak milijardi dolara.

Međutim, velike tvrtke i većina malih korisnika zadržali su sustav XP, koji je prema istraživanjima iz rujna bio najrašireniji operativni sustav u svijetu s udjelom od 71,5 posto, prema Visti koja je imala udio od samo 18,6 posto.
