Blagdansko vrijeme često zna izazvati razne intezivne emocije u ljudima. Dok mu se jedni vesele, drugi ga se pak straše i samo čekaju da prođe. U nekima izaziva radost i predstavlja im toplinu doma, dok drugima pak stvara izvor frustracije, osjećaj usamljenosti, depresiju i slična stanja. Često ljudima koji su samci vrijeme Božića, adventa, pa i cijeli prosinac zna biti jako tužan i beznadan period. Neki nemaju s kim provesti ovo obiteljsko vrijeme, nemaju koga ni zagrliti, pa ih to baca u očaj. No, to tako ne treba biti. 

Boris Blažinić, profesor i sudski vještak za psihologiju, psihoterapeut i predavač dao nam je savjete kako da samci ili oni koji se osjećaju usamljeno ipak provedu sretni i zadovoljni. 

"Živimo u razdoblju koje je izuzetno izazovno, preživjeli smo 2 godine korone, socijalnu izolaciju koja je doprinijela i još produbila otuđenost između ljudi, ali i prema samome sebi. Ljudi su opterećeni i krizom i egzistencijom. To sve skupa ima za posljedicu i razvode među supružnicima. Izgubila se bliskost, suosjećanje, toplina… vrijednosti koje smo prije njegovali.

Životni stil ima sada druga pravila igre. Naravno da nas blagdansko doba podsjeća na obitelj. To je vrijeme zajedništva, ljudi su s obiteljima, osjeća se bliskost i to ljudima fali, a to pogotovo dolazi do izražaja kod onih koji su sami, usamljeni… Usamljenost ne ovisi o novcu ili ičemu, socijalna smo bića i trebamo taj socijalni kontakt.

Najviše pate oni koji su najempatičniji, njima najviše fali bliskost, intimnost, dodir i sve ono što u blagdansko vrijeme njegujemo. To ima za posljedicu pojavu depresivnih stanja. Najviše se ljudi u srednjim godinama, ili stariji, ovako osjećaju, npr. teško im se i družiti s parovima ako su sami. To ih još više podsjeća da neki imaju ono što oni nemaju. To stvarno zna biti teško i to produbljuje te razlike" – kaže nam psiholog Blažinić, koji ima rješenje kako da se ovo promijeni.

"Ponekad treba naći smisao u besmislu i treba naći svrhu. Postaviti sebi neke ciljeve i ne predati se. Gledati tu situaciju kao izazov, a ne kao gubitak ili prijetnju, i biti dovoljno asertivan da napravite nešto za nekoga drugoga, a ne samo prema samome sebi. Ljudima jako nedostaje zahvalnost i poštovanje prema sebi.

Treba se usmjeriti na sve ono što imate, a ne ono što nemate. Ako se želimo osjećati uvijek okej, uvijek se treba usporediti s ljudima kojima je lošije od nas i tako ćemo naći zahvalnost. Kada nešto izgubimo postajemo svjesni onoga što imamo, a drugi nemaju. S druge strane, uvijek treba težiti i učiti od ljudi koji su bolji od nas. Naći ćemo inspiraciju i svakodnevno se natjecati sa samim sobom da budemo bolja osoba prema sebi i drugima i to će nam dati smisao.

Naš mozak radi poput Googla. Što guglamo, to dobivamo. Guglamo pitanja koja sami sebi postavljamo. Ako se pitamo što je danas loše, google će izbaciti svašta. Ako se pitamo što je danas dobro, google će izbaciti svašta. Pitanje je na što ćemo se mi fokusirati. Trebamo se pitati što me danas veseli. Na čemu danas mogu biti zahvalan.

Što danas mogu učiniti za sebe i sebi drage ljude. Koje su nam mogućnosti i rješenja, to se trebamo pitati, a ne što drugi imaju, a ja nemam, što je problem i što je negativno. Na taj način upravljamo svojim stanjima i na što se fokusiramo i kako se osjećamo", objašnjava Blažinić. 

"Ne bi bilo loše da i samci npr. okite bor ili naprave nešto što im se možda ne da jer su sami. Svatko od nas ima unutarnje dijete. Kad se to dijete osjeća loše ili samo, samo jedan dio nas se tako osjeća. Ne bi bilo loše da za naše unutarnje dijete napravimo nešto što bi napravili za vlastito dijete. Trebamo sami sebi dati ono što očekujemo od drugih. Vrlo često izvana tražimo nešto što sami sebi trebamo dati. Zaboravljamo sami sebe, a ne bi trebali", zaključuje psiholog.

Blagdansko vrijeme često zna izazvati razne intezivne emocije u ljudima. Dok mu se jedni vesele, drugi ga se pak straše i samo čekaju da prođe. U nekima izaziva radost i predstavlja im toplinu doma, dok drugima pak stvara izvor frustracije, osjećaj usamljenosti, depresiju i slična stanja. Često ljudima koji su samci vrijeme Božića, adventa, pa i cijeli prosinac zna biti jako tužan i beznadan period. Neki nemaju s kim provesti ovo obiteljsko vrijeme, nemaju koga ni zagrliti, pa ih to baca u očaj. No, to tako ne treba biti. 

Boris Blažinić, profesor i sudski vještak za psihologiju, psihoterapeut i predavač dao nam je savjete kako da samci ili oni koji se osjećaju usamljeno ipak provedu sretni i zadovoljni. 

"Živimo u razdoblju koje je izuzetno izazovno, preživjeli smo 2 godine korone, socijalnu izolaciju koja je doprinijela i još produbila otuđenost između ljudi, ali i prema samome sebi. Ljudi su opterećeni i krizom i egzistencijom. To sve skupa ima za posljedicu i razvode među supružnicima. Izgubila se bliskost, suosjećanje, toplina… vrijednosti koje smo prije njegovali.

Životni stil ima sada druga pravila igre. Naravno da nas blagdansko doba podsjeća na obitelj. To je vrijeme zajedništva, ljudi su s obiteljima, osjeća se bliskost i to ljudima fali, a to pogotovo dolazi do izražaja kod onih koji su sami, usamljeni… Usamljenost ne ovisi o novcu ili ičemu, socijalna smo bića i trebamo taj socijalni kontakt.

Najviše pate oni koji su najempatičniji, njima najviše fali bliskost, intimnost, dodir i sve ono što u blagdansko vrijeme njegujemo. To ima za posljedicu pojavu depresivnih stanja. Najviše se ljudi u srednjim godinama, ili stariji, ovako osjećaju, npr. teško im se i družiti s parovima ako su sami. To ih još više podsjeća da neki imaju ono što oni nemaju. To stvarno zna biti teško i to produbljuje te razlike" – kaže nam psiholog Blažinić, koji ima rješenje kako da se ovo promijeni.

"Ponekad treba naći smisao u besmislu i treba naći svrhu. Postaviti sebi neke ciljeve i ne predati se. Gledati tu situaciju kao izazov, a ne kao gubitak ili prijetnju, i biti dovoljno asertivan da napravite nešto za nekoga drugoga, a ne samo prema samome sebi. Ljudima jako nedostaje zahvalnost i poštovanje prema sebi.

Treba se usmjeriti na sve ono što imate, a ne ono što nemate. Ako se želimo osjećati uvijek okej, uvijek se treba usporediti s ljudima kojima je lošije od nas i tako ćemo naći zahvalnost. Kada nešto izgubimo postajemo svjesni onoga što imamo, a drugi nemaju. S druge strane, uvijek treba težiti i učiti od ljudi koji su bolji od nas. Naći ćemo inspiraciju i svakodnevno se natjecati sa samim sobom da budemo bolja osoba prema sebi i drugima i to će nam dati smisao.

Naš mozak radi poput Googla. Što guglamo, to dobivamo. Guglamo pitanja koja sami sebi postavljamo. Ako se pitamo što je danas loše, google će izbaciti svašta. Ako se pitamo što je danas dobro, google će izbaciti svašta. Pitanje je na što ćemo se mi fokusirati. Trebamo se pitati što me danas veseli. Na čemu danas mogu biti zahvalan.

Što danas mogu učiniti za sebe i sebi drage ljude. Koje su nam mogućnosti i rješenja, to se trebamo pitati, a ne što drugi imaju, a ja nemam, što je problem i što je negativno. Na taj način upravljamo svojim stanjima i na što se fokusiramo i kako se osjećamo", objašnjava Blažinić. 

"Ne bi bilo loše da i samci npr. okite bor ili naprave nešto što im se možda ne da jer su sami. Svatko od nas ima unutarnje dijete. Kad se to dijete osjeća loše ili samo, samo jedan dio nas se tako osjeća. Ne bi bilo loše da za naše unutarnje dijete napravimo nešto što bi napravili za vlastito dijete. Trebamo sami sebi dati ono što očekujemo od drugih. Vrlo često izvana tražimo nešto što sami sebi trebamo dati. Zaboravljamo sami sebe, a ne bi trebali", zaključuje psiholog.
