Prema studiji jednog njemačkog osiguranja, ključ se gubi svakih 35 minuta u Njemačkoj. Izračunato je da se oko 800.000 ključeva izgube svake godine, a to rezultira štetom od gotovo 100 milijuna eura. Prosječna šteta je 125 eura. Međutim, ako izgubite glavni ključ - na primjer za sustav zaključavanja stambene zgrade - morate računati sa znatno većim troškovima.

Stanari su dužni brinuti se o ključu svog stana, koji dobivaju kada potpišu ugovor o najmu. Svatko tko ga izgubi iz nehaja odgovoran je za nastalu štetu. A to može biti prilično skupo, kao što pokazuje slučaj iz Munchena.

U ovom ekstremnom slučaju, stanodavac münchenskog vrtića zatražio je nevjerojatnih 132.000 eura odštete za zamjenu sustava zaključavanja. O tome je govorio Bayerischer Rundfunk (BR) u svom programu "Abendschau - Der Süd" (emitirano 8. veljače). Prema BR-u, čak i stručnjaci sumnjaju može li se taj pretjerani zahtjev odobriti na sudu. Ali čak i u stambenim zgradama, stanari će možda morati zavući ruku duboko u džep ako se cijeli sustav zaključavanja mora zamijeniti. Prema Munchenskoj udruzi vlasnika kuća, cijena ovoga je između 2.000 i 5.000 eura.

Međutim, stanari ne moraju uvijek biti odgovorni za štetu uzrokovanu izgubljenim ključem stana. Preduvjet je da ne postoji rizik od zlouporabe zbog izgubljenog ključa. Ako, na primjer, ključ padne na dno rijeke ili u kanalizacijski sustav, ukrade se ili se izgubljeni ključ ne može dodijeliti stanu ili kući, stanar ne mora platiti štetu, tvrdi Udruga stanara Kölna na svojoj web stranici. Prema studiji jednog njemačkog osiguranja, ključ se gubi svakih 35 minuta u Njemačkoj. Izračunato je da se oko 800.000 ključeva izgube svake godine, a to rezultira štetom od gotovo 100 milijuna eura. Prema studiji jednog njemačkog osiguranja, ključ se gubi svakih 35 minuta u Njemačkoj. Izračunato je da se oko 800.000 ključeva izgube svake godine, a to rezultira štetom od gotovo 100 milijuna eura. Prosječna šteta je 125 eura. Međutim, ako izgubite glavni ključ - na primjer za sustav zaključavanja stambene zgrade - morate računati sa znatno većim troškovima.
