Ove su se godine, znamo iz poljoprivrednih krugova, neka stabla jabuka "prerodila", no puno je oštećenih voćki zbog vremenskih neprilika koje često vladaju.

Jabuke lošije kvalitete (uglavnom po izgledu) mogu se kupiti jako povoljno, pa su ponovno u opticaj vratile dva popularna recepta za masku za kosu od jabuka, taman kao stvorena za ove vruće ljetne dane, kad je kosi, nakon izlaganja suncu i moru, itekako potrebna hidratizacija.

1. Maska za dubinsku njegu 

Očistite dvije jabuke od kore i koštica, a onda ih u blenderu sameljite. Pomiješajte ih s dvije žlice jabučnog octa, čajnom žličicom limunovog soka i žlicom kukuruznog brašna. Dobro sve promiješajte.

Utrljajte smjesu u suhu neopranu kosu i ostavite na njoj tridesetak minuta, isperite toplom vodom i operite kosu šamponom. Voćne kiseline i vitamini iz jabuke pomoći će nahraniti i popuniti dlaku.

2. Maska za brži rast

U blenderu sameljite jednu jabuku bez kože i koštica te dodajte 3-5 kapi eteričnog ulja ružmarina. Smjesu nanesite na kosu, ostavite na njoj dvadesetak minuta te dobro isperite.

Jabuka sadrži vitamin B2 koji je odgovoran za procese rasta u organizmu. Ružmarin stimulira rast kose. Ružmarin u istodobno i hidratizira vlasište, ali i jača folikule.

Ove su se godine, znamo iz poljoprivrednih krugova, neka stabla jabuka "prerodila", no puno je oštećenih voćki zbog vremenskih neprilika koje često vladaju.

Jabuke lošije kvalitete (uglavnom po izgledu) mogu se kupiti jako povoljno, pa su ponovno u opticaj vratile dva popularna recepta za masku za kosu od jabuka, taman kao stvorena za ove vruće ljetne dane, kad je kosi, nakon izlaganja suncu i moru, itekako potrebna hidratizacija.

1. Maska za dubinsku njegu 

Očistite dvije jabuke od kore i koštica, a onda ih u blenderu sameljite. Pomiješajte ih s dvije žlice jabučnog octa, čajnom žličicom limunovog soka i žlicom kukuruznog brašna. Dobro sve promiješajte.

Utrljajte smjesu u suhu neopranu kosu i ostavite na njoj tridesetak minuta, isperite toplom vodom i operite kosu šamponom. Voćne kiseline i vitamini iz jabuke pomoći će nahraniti i popuniti dlaku.

2. Maska za brži rast

U blenderu sameljite jednu jabuku bez kože i koštica te dodajte 3-5 kapi eteričnog ulja ružmarina. Smjesu nanesite na kosu, ostavite na njoj dvadesetak minuta te dobro isperite.

Jabuka sadrži vitamin B2 koji je odgovoran za procese rasta u organizmu. Ružmarin stimulira rast kose. Ružmarin u istodobno i hidratizira vlasište, ali i jača folikule.

Ove su se godine, znamo iz poljoprivrednih krugova, neka stabla jabuka "prerodila", no puno je oštećenih voćki zbog vremenskih neprilika koje često vladaju.

Jabuke lošije kvalitete (uglavnom po izgledu) mogu se kupiti jako povoljno, pa su ponovno u opticaj vratile dva popularna recepta za masku za kosu od jabuka, taman kao stvorena za ove vruće ljetne dane, kad je kosi, nakon izlaganja suncu i moru, itekako potrebna hidratizacija.
