Nema ništa ljepše od sna nakon ručka, zar ne? S druge strane, mnogi liječnici savjetuju da to nikako ne trebamo raditi, jer se to može negativno odraziti na zdravlje, piše N1.

Aktivni Si piše, a City Magazine prenosi što se zaista događa u našem organizmu kada prilegnemo odmah nakon obroka.

Kako objašnjava jedan gastroenterolog, postoji mogućnost da se hrana koju ste upravo konzumirali vrati nazad u grlo (zajedno sa malo želučane kiseline). Ako se to dogodi, mogu se pojaviti simptomi žgaravice, možete osjetiti peckanje u grudima i grlu, imati kiseli okus u ustima, a može se javiti i povraćanje.

Istraživanje, objavljeno u časopisu Applied Psychology, Nutrition, and Metabolism, također je pokazalo zanimljive rezultate.

Sudeći prema njemu, položaj tijela tijekom jedenja utječe na probavu, točnije na apsorpciju hranljivih tvari. Istraživači su proučavali kako jedenje hrane u sjedećem, uspravnom ili ležećem položaju utiče na probavu. Tako su došli do otkrića da jedenje hrane u ležećem položaju potiče pražnjenje želuca i poboljšava apsorpciju hranljivih materija – aminokiselina.

Da li je preporučljivo ležati odmah nakon obroka?

Istina je da zapravo ne postoji scenarij u kojem bi ležanje na krevetu nakon obroka bilo preporučljivo. Kako objašnjava stručnjak, osobe s određenim zdravstvenim problemima moraju biti posebno oprezne. Na prvom mjestu, pacijentima s gastroezofagealnom refluksnom bolešću, čak i sa stanjima kao što je bruh, ne preporučuje se ležanje nakon jela.

Po pravilu, nakon jela je bolje sjediti ili najmanje 30 minuta šetati. Osim toga, važno je da vodite računa kada večerate, da ne biste punog želuca išli u krevet. Zato posljednji obrok u toku dana mora biti najmanje dva sata prije nego što odete na spavanje, a najbolje bi bilo kada biste nakon večere otišli u kratku šetnju, piše N1.

Nema ništa ljepše od sna nakon ručka, zar ne? S druge strane, mnogi liječnici savjetuju da to nikako ne trebamo raditi, jer se to može negativno odraziti na zdravlje, piše N1.

Aktivni Si piše, a City Magazine prenosi što se zaista događa u našem organizmu kada prilegnemo odmah nakon obroka.

Kako objašnjava jedan gastroenterolog, postoji mogućnost da se hrana koju ste upravo konzumirali vrati nazad u grlo (zajedno sa malo želučane kiseline). Ako se to dogodi, mogu se pojaviti simptomi žgaravice, možete osjetiti peckanje u grudima i grlu, imati kiseli okus u ustima, a može se javiti i povraćanje.

Istraživanje, objavljeno u časopisu Applied Psychology, Nutrition, and Metabolism, također je pokazalo zanimljive rezultate.
