Jedan od načina kako spriječiti glavobolju je otkriti što je uzrokuje. No odgovor je ponekad poprilično iznenađujući, piše Živim.
Vaš šef
Sve (ili bilo tko) što povećava razinu stresa može vas učiniti podložnijim za glavobolje ili migrene. Ne zna se još sasvim točno kako se to događa, ali mogu biti uključeni određeni živce u mozgu koji prenose poruke boli i koji mogu biti ekstra osjetljivi. Promjene u samom mozgu također mogu biti uzrok migrenske glavobolje.
Vrijeme
Bilo da se radi o toplinskom valu ili hladnom valu, promjena može izazvati glavobolju. Sunčani, vrući dani, kiša ili promjene tlaka također mogu dovesti do glavobolje. Iako ne možete promijeniti vrijeme, možete nositi sunčane naočale, piti vodu kako biste ostali hidrirani i izbjegavati podnevno sunce.
Jaki mirisi
Kod mnogih jaki mirisi, čak i lijepi, izazivaju migrene. Najčešći prijestupnici su boja, parfem i određene vrste cvijeća u parfemima.
Ukrasi za kosu
Prečvrst konjski rep može naprezati vezivno tkivo u vlasištu, što dovodi do glavobolje. Trake za glavu, pletenice i pripijeni šeširi također mogu izazvati glavobolju. Ako je to uzrok glavobolje, ako pustite kosu brzo ćete si olakšati.
Vježba
Naporna aktivnost ponekad može dovesti do glavobolje. Neki osjećaju glavobolju dok trče, a neki tijekom seksa. Ove vrste glavobolje su češće kod ljudi koji imaju povećan rizik da će dobiti migrene.
Loše držanje
Pogrbljeno držanje povećava pritisak u mišićima glave i vrata. Pomoći mogu neke promjene poput toga da koristite stolac s naslonom, ili s potporom donjeg dijela leđa, a monitor namjestite u visinu očiju...
Sir
Okidač migrene za neke ljude je stari sir, uključujući plavi sir, cheddar, parmezan i švicarski sir. Problem može biti tvar koja se zove tiramin. Što duže hrana stari, to ima više tiramina.
Crno vino
Tiramin ima i u crnom vinu i drugim alkoholnim pićima. No, glavobolju mogu uzrokovati i drugi sastojci vina. Budući da alkohol pojačava dotok krvi u mozak, učinci mogu biti još intenzivniji.
Hladni naresci
Prerađeno meso često sadrže tiramin i prehrambene aditive kao što su nitriti, što kod nekih ljudi može izazvati glavobolje. Ako mislite da bi to mogao biti okidač, pokušajte izbaciti ove namirnice iz prehrane na neko vrijeme kako biste vidjeli ima li razlike.
Preskakanje obroka
Ako ne jedemo, glava bi nas mogla početi boljeti prije nego shvatimo da smo gladni. Problem izaziva niska razina šećera u krvi, ali nije poželjno da pokušavate izliječiti glavobolju od gladi čokoladicom. Slatkiši uzrokuju porast šećera u krvi, koji zatim padaju još niže.
Pušenje
Pasivni dim sadrži nikotin, koji uzrokuje sužavanje krvnih žila u mozgu. Čak i pasivno pušenje može izazvati klaster glavobolje, bolna stanja na jednoj strani glave.
Kofein
Previše kofeina može dovesti do glavobolje, dok u umjerenim količinama kofein često pomaže. Isto tako, ako želite prestati piti kavu, postupno smanjujte jer i nagli prestanak uzimanja kofeina može biti okidač glavobolje.
PRONAĐITE SVOJE OKIDAČE
Kad god imate glavobolju, zabilježite vrijeme kada počinje i prestaje, što ste radili, jeli i gdje ste bili. To će vam pomoći da pronađete uobičajene obrasce pojavljivanja glavobolje i kako biste izbjegli okidače. Postoje i online aplikacije koje možete koristiti za prepoznavanje okidača.
KADA POSJETITI LIJEČNIKA
Ako vas iznenada počne boljeti glava koja je neuobičajeno jaka ili traje duže nego inače, posjetite liječnika. Recite da li se vaš uzorak glavobolje mijenja, primjerice ako se događaju češće ili ako imate nove okidače. Nazovite 112 ako imate jaku, iznenadnu glavobolju (iz vedra neba ili nakon nesreće ili ozljede glave), ili ako imate i promjene vida, probleme s govorom, kretanjem i zbunjeni ste, piše Živim.
