Mnogi od nas ne znaju što bi ujutro doručkovali, a dobar dio ne zna kako bi trebao izgledati zdrav i hranjiv doručak koji bi nam trebao osigurati energiju za cijeli dan.

Međutim, dr. Emir Solaković to zna, njegovi direktni savjeti se pamte, pa i oni, poput ovoga, koji su dani prije dužeg vremena. Dr. Solaković je u jednoj TV emisiji odgovorio na pitanje jedne gledateljice što treba jesti da bi bila zdrava i mršava.

"Idealan doručak za ženu je: Čim ujutro ustanete, popijte šalicu bilo kojeg čaja. Čaj izbacuje toksine koji se nakupe tijekom noći. Zatim uzmite jaja. Za žene je idealan doručak kajgana od tri bjelanjka i jedno cijelo jaje. To je 10 grama proteina.

Muškarci trebaju pojesti kajganu od pet bjelanjaka i jednog cijelog jajeta. Masti se moraju unositi jer su važne za organizam. Jedite to svaki dan, i to bez kruha. "Preporučujem da skuhate zob i dodate nekoliko kockica crne čokolade, a zatim suhe šljive. Za ovaj doručak organizam će reći: Hvala što ste mi ovo dali. Tijelo voli zob jer ona jedina od svih namirnica ima isti sadržaj kao majčino mlijeko. Skuhajtezob kao što kuhate pšenicu.

Nakon toga možete bez problema piti crnu kavu bez šećera i imati ćete stolicu. E, tek tada ste spremni za posao. Moći ćete izgurati šest sati bez problema. Vaše tijelo će funkcionirati savršeno.

A ako pojedete muffin, isto je kao da ste pojeli šećer. Tako ga tijelo i probavlja. Bijeli kruh nema ništa što vam treba. Što je kruh bjelji, to je smeće veće. Dobar i zdrav je kruh sa sjemenkama, ali pravi crni kruh. Bez boje i dodataka. Ali najviše dvije kriške", kazao je dr. Solaković uz napomenu da se ne jedu ni žitarice jer su i one "smeće".

Za kraj je dodao da nikada nije vidio debelog čovjeka da doručkuje. "Debeli ljudi uglavnom preskaču doručak, kreću se sporo, jedu kasno i obilno kao da ga stavljaju u špilju, a ne u usta", zaključio je dr. Emir Solaković, koji je u BiH i u regiji poznat po izravnoj komunikaciji, bez dlake na jeziku, prenosi Stil.

Tko ima problema s manjkom energije i viškom kilograma mogao bi pokušati s ovim savjetima, iza kojih stoji reputacija dr. Solakovića.

Mnogi od nas ne znaju što bi ujutro doručkovali, a dobar dio ne zna kako bi trebao izgledati zdrav i hranjiv doručak koji bi nam trebao osigurati energiju za cijeli dan.

Međutim, dr. Emir Solaković to zna, njegovi direktni savjeti se pamte, pa i oni, poput ovoga, koji su dani prije dužeg vremena. Dr. Solaković je u jednoj TV emisiji odgovorio na pitanje jedne gledateljice što treba jesti da bi bila zdrava i mršava.

"Idealan doručak za ženu je: Čim ujutro ustanete, popijte šalicu bilo kojeg čaja. Čaj izbacuje toksine koji se nakupe tijekom noći. Zatim uzmite jaja. Za žene je idealan doručak kajgana od tri bjelanjka i jedno cijelo jaje. To je 10 grama proteina.

Muškarci trebaju pojesti kajganu od pet bjelanjaka i jednog cijelog jajeta. Masti se moraju unositi jer su važne za organizam. Jedite to svaki dan, i to bez kruha. "Preporučujem da skuhate zob i dodate nekoliko kockica crne čokolade, a zatim suhe šljive. Za ovaj doručak organizam će reći: Hvala što ste mi ovo dali. Tijelo voli zob jer ona jedina od svih namirnica ima isti sadržaj kao majčino mlijeko. Skuhajtezob kao što kuhate pšenicu.

Nakon toga možete bez problema piti crnu kavu bez šećera i imati ćete stolicu. E, tek tada ste spremni za posao. Moći ćete izgurati šest sati bez problema. Vaše tijelo će funkcionirati savršeno.

"Debeli ljudi uglavnom preskaču doručak, kreću se sporo, jedu kasno i obilno kao da ga stavljaju u špilju, a ne u usta", zaključio je dr.
