Koronarna bolest srca ili ishemijska bolest srca glavni je uzrok smrti u nekim zemljama, poput Ujedinjenog Kraljevstva. Javlja se kada je dotok krvi u srce blokiran zbog nakupljenih masnih naslaga u koronarnim arterijama, piše N1.

Najčešći simptomi koronarne bolesti srca su bol u prsima, kratkoća daha, bol u cijelom tijelu i osjećaj slabosti.

Ali prema Michaelu Milleru, profesoru kardiovaskularne medicine na Medicinskom fakultetu Sveučilišta u Marylandu, bolest bi se mogla pojaviti na mnogo suptilniji način, i to prije spavanja.

“Kad vam misli navečer odlutaju, mogli biste čuti vlastito disanje ili kruljenje u trbuhu. Ali na koronarnu bolest srca mogao bi ukazivati zvuk vašeg vlastitog srca”, objasnio je liječnik.

Ističe da je kucanje vlastitog srca teško čuti, osim ako ste upravo trčali uz stepenice ili radili neku drugu intenzivnu aktivnost.

“Umjesto da prilagodite položaj spavanja, bilo bi dobro da o tome razgovarate sa svojim liječnikom”, dodao je.

Lupanje srca također može biti znak niskog krvnog tlaka, niske razine šećera u krvi, anemije, dehidracije ili posljedica lijekova koje uzimate.

Koronarna bolest srca ili ishemijska bolest srca glavni je uzrok smrti u nekim zemljama, poput Ujedinjenog Kraljevstva. Javlja se kada je dotok krvi u srce blokiran zbog nakupljenih masnih naslaga u koronarnim arterijama, piše N1.

Najčešći simptomi koronarne bolesti srca su bol u prsima, kratkoća daha, bol u cijelom tijelu i osjećaj slabosti.

Ali prema Michaelu Milleru, profesoru kardiovaskularne medicine na Medicinskom fakultetu Sveučilišta u Marylandu, bolest bi se mogla pojaviti na mnogo suptilniji način, i to prije spavanja.

“Kad vam misli navečer odlutaju, mogli biste čuti vlastito disanje ili kruljenje u trbuhu. Ali na koronarnu bolest srca mogao bi ukazivati zvuk vašeg vlastitog srca”, objasnio je liječnik.

Ističe da je kucanje vlastitog srca teško čuti, osim ako ste upravo trčali uz stepenice ili radili neku drugu intenzivnu aktivnost.

“Umjesto da prilagodite položaj spavanja, bilo bi dobro da o tome razgovarate sa svojim liječnikom”, dodao je.

Lupanje srca također može biti znak niskog krvnog tlaka, niske razine šećera u krvi, anemije, dehidracije ili posljedica lijekova koje uzimate.

Koronarna bolest srca ili ishemijska bolest srca glavni je uzrok smrti u nekim zemljama, poput Ujedinjenog Kraljevstva. Javlja se kada je dotok krvi u srce blokiran zbog nakupljenih masnih naslaga u koronarnim arterijama, piše N1.

Najčešći simptomi koronarne bolesti srca su bol u prsima, kratkoća daha, bol u cijelom tijelu i osjećaj slabosti.

Ali prema Michaelu Milleru, profesoru kardiovaskularne medicine na Medicinskom fakultetu Sveučilišta u Marylandu, bolest bi se mogla pojaviti na mnogo suptilniji način, i to prije spavanja.

“Kad vam misli navečer odlutaju, mogli biste čuti vlastito disanje ili kruljenje u trbuhu. Ali na koronarnu bolest srca mogao bi ukazivati zvuk vašeg vlastitog srca”, objasnio je liječnik.

Ističe da je kucanje vlastitog srca teško čuti, osim ako ste upravo trčali uz stepenice ili radili neku drugu intenzivnu aktivnost.

“Umjesto da prilagodite položaj spavanja, bilo bi dobro da o tome razgovarate sa svojim liječnikom”, dodao je.

Lupanje srca također može biti znak niskog krvnog tlaka, niske razine šećera u krvi, anemije, dehidracije ili posljedica lijekova koje uzimate.
