Suhe i ispucale usne ne samo da nisu privlačne ili pogodne za "selfije", nego krvarenje, ranice i peckanje bole i smetaju, a upravo zbog toga većina žena u džepu uvijek nosi barem jedan hranjivi balzam. Postoji niz brendova i formula koji obećavaju mekane, glatke i pune usne, pa se u širini ponude na policama nije uvijek lako snaći. Tom je problemu doskočio Cosmopolitan, koji je objasnio kako kožu održati zdravom bez oslanjanja na preparate upitne učinkovitosti.

Sve veći broj istraživanja u zadnje vrijeme dolazi do zaključka da velik broj balzama za usne čini više štete nego koristi. I dok većina njih može pružiti privremeno olakšanje, postoje dokazi kako njihove formule dugoročno isušuju usne. Za početak, sjajila osjetljivu kožu dodatno izlažu UV zračenju, budući da njihov sjaj dodatno privlači sunčeve zrake. Zbog toga je iznimno važno usne prije šminkanja dobro namazati zaštitnim faktorom.

Osim toga, treba izbjegavati kemikalije i sastojke koji pridonose iritaciji, a obećavaju efekt punijih usana, kao što su mentol, salicilna kiselina ili cimetni aldehid. Učestalo nanošenje može znatno oštetiti kožu.

Naravno, uvijek je najbolje odabrati balzam s prirodnim sastojcima, kao što su kokosovo ulje ili shea maslac.

Suhe i ispucale usne ne samo da nisu privlačne ili pogodne za "selfije", nego krvarenje, ranice i peckanje bole i smetaju, a upravo zbog toga većina žena u džepu uvijek nosi barem jedan hranjivi balzam. Postoji niz brendova i formula koji obećavaju mekane, glatke i pune usne, pa se u širini ponude na policama nije uvijek lako snaći. Tom je problemu doskočio Cosmopolitan, koji je objasnio kako kožu održati zdravom bez oslanjanja na preparate upitne učinkovitosti.

Sve veći broj istraživanja u zadnje vrijeme dolazi do zaključka da velik broj balzama za usne čini više štete nego koristi. I dok većina njih može pružiti privremeno olakšanje, postoje dokazi kako njihove formule dugoročno isušuju usne. Za početak, sjajila osjetljivu kožu dodatno izlažu UV zračenju, budući da njihov sjaj dodatno privlači sunčeve zrake. Zbog toga je iznimno važno usne prije šminkanja dobro namazati zaštitnim faktorom.

Osim toga, treba izbjegavati kemikalije i sastojke koji pridonose iritaciji, a obećavaju efekt punijih usana, kao što su mentol, salicilna kiselina ili cimetni aldehid. Učestalo nanošenje može znatno oštetiti kožu.

Naravno, uvijek je najbolje odabrati balzam s prirodnim sastojcima, kao što su kokosovo ulje ili shea maslac.

Suhe i ispucale usne ne samo da nisu privlačne ili pogodne za "selfije", nego krvarenje, ranice i peckanje bole i smetaju, a upravo zbog toga većina žena u džepu uvijek nosi barem jedan hranjivi balzam. Postoji niz brendova i formula koji obećavaju mekane, glatke i pune usne, pa se u širini ponude na policama nije uvijek lako snaći. Tom je problemu doskočio Cosmopolitan, koji je objasnio kako kožu održati zdravom bez oslanjanja na preparate upitne učinkovitosti.

Sve veći broj istraživanja u zadnje vrijeme dolazi do zaključka da velik broj balzama za usne čini više štete nego koristi. I dok većina njih može pružiti privremeno olakšanje, postoje dokazi kako njihove formule dugoročno isušuju usne. Svaki put kad se balzam upije u kožu ili ispari s nje, usne ostavlja još isušenij...
