Jutarnja erekcija nije samo zanimljiv psihološki fenomen, već nam mogo govori i o seksualnoj funkciji muškaraca, piše IFL Science.

Takva vrsta erekcije pogađa gotovo sve muškarce, čak i djecu, a pojavljuje se kao odgovor na kompleksne efekte živčanog i endokrinog sustava na krv u penisu. 

Poruka započinje u mozgu te se šalju kemijski signali u živce koji tjeraju krv u penis, gdje se ona zadržava. Krv ostaje u mišićima penisa te to rezultira pojavom erekcije. 

Nekoliko hormona uključeni su u takav utjecaj na mozak, a glavni je testosteron. 

A kada muškarci spavaju erekcija se pojavljuje tijekom REM faze sna. Pojavljuje se kada se aktiviraju određena područja mozga, a ta područja odgovorna su za stimulaciju parasimpatikusa te se tada producira serotonin.

Smjena REM i neREM faze sna ključna je za erekciju jer tada, kada se prijeđe naglo u REM fazu nastupa erekcija, a prije do nje ne može doći. Dakle, erekcija se događa točno onda kada se prije u parasimpatikus i tada je ona sasvim spontana te muškarac ne treba niti biti budan i svjestan. 

A razlog što se muškarac probudi s erekcijom može biti zbog toga jer se često budimo upravo nakon REM faze sna. 

Testosteron, kojem je razna ujutro najviša, također utječe na pojavu jutarnje erekcije pa je tako sada razbijen mit u koji se vjerovalo, a to je da se muškarci bude s erekcijom jer su sanjali erotske snove. 

Muškarci mogu imati čak pet erekcija tijekom noći, ali to ovisi i o kvaliteti sna pa se erekcije više ni ne moraju pojaviti po danu. Isto tako broj erekcija ovisi i o broju godina koje muškarac ima te o kvaliteti spolnog zdravlja.

Jutarnja erekcija nije samo zanimljiv psihološki fenomen, već nam mogo govori i o seksualnoj funkciji muškaraca, piše IFL Science.

Takva vrsta erekcije pogađa gotovo sve muškarce, čak i djecu, a pojavljuje se kao odgovor na kompleksne efekte živčanog i endokrinog sustava na krv u penisu. 

Poruka započinje u mozgu te se šalju kemijski signali u živce koji tjeraju krv u penis, gdje se ona zadržava. Krv ostaje u mišićima penisa te to rezultira pojavom erekcije. 

Nekoliko hormona uključeni su u takav utjecaj na mozak, a glavni je testosteron. 

A kada muškarci spavaju erekcija se pojavljuje tijekom REM faze sna. Pojavljuje se kada se aktiviraju određena područja mozga, a ta područja odgovorna su za stimulaciju parasimpatikusa te se tada producira serotonin.

Smjena REM i neREM faze sna ključna je za erekciju jer tada, kada se prijeđe naglo u REM fazu nastupa erekcija, a prije do nje ne može doći. Dakle, erekcija se događa točno onda kada se prije u parasimpatikus i tada je ona sasvim spontana te muškarac ne treba niti biti budan i svjestan. 

A razlog što se muškarac probudi s erekcijom može biti zbog toga jer se često budimo upravo nakon REM faze sna. 

Testosteron, kojem je razna ujutro najviša, također utječe na pojavu jutarnje erekcije pa je tako sada razbijen mit u koji se vjerovalo, a to je da se muškarci bude s erekcijom jer su sanjali erotske snove. 

Muškarci mogu imati čak pet erekcija tijekom noći, ali to ovisi i o kvaliteti sna pa se erekcije više ni ne moraju pojaviti po danu. Isto tako broj erekcija ovisi i o broju godina koje muškarac ima te o kvaliteti spolnog zdravlja.
