Često mokrenje može biti ozbiljni problem, kada čovjek svako malo mora ići u toalet. Posebno su takve situacije nezgodne noću kada se ometa san.
Liječnik opće prakse dr. Ivan Đurić iznio je stručni sud o razlozima čestoga mokrenja.
– Često mokrenje može se javiti iz više razloga. Oni mogu biti infektivne i neinfektivne, tj. mehaničke pirode. Postoji, nažalost, grupa ljudi koja ima i naviku čestog i noćnog mokrenja, što također spada u problem koji može spustiti kvalitetu života i treba ga rješavati. Prije svega morate se javite liječniku kako bi on napravio pregled. Važno je i dati krv i mokraću na analizu, napraviti urinokulturu i bris na spolno prenosive bolesti – hklamidiju, mikoplazmu i ureaplazmu, kao i napraviti ultrazvuk. Ako je sve to u granicama normalnih vrednosti, morate otić od urologa koji će vas pregledati i eventualno napraviti cistoskopiju, skener male karlice... – objašnjava dr. Đurić, piše Kurir.

Dr. Ivan Đurić otkrio je najčešće razloge čestog mokrenja:
Urinarne infekcije
Kod urinarnih infekcija bakterija je iziritirala mokraćni kanal i stvorila nadražaj koji dovodi do mokrenja. Mokrenje je također jedan od mehanizama borbe organizma protiv infekcije jer se na taj način izbacuje uzročnik iz organizma.
Upala prostate i uvećana prostata
U ovom slučaju prostata blokira izbacivanje urina. To iritira mjehur koji nakon toga reagira i na najmanju količinu urina.
Upala mokraćnoga mjehura
Upala mjehura, kao i okoline ili kamenac stvaraju iritaciju koja tjera na često mokrenje.
Upala bubrega, pijesak ili kamen u bubregu
U ovom slučaju također dolazi do iritacije i čestog mokrenja.
Vaginalna upala
Vaginalna upala, klamidija, mikoplazma ili ureaplazma također mogu biti razlog čestog, nekada i bolnog mokrenja.

Često mokrenje može biti ozbiljni problem, kada čovjek svako malo mora ići u toalet. Posebno su takve situacije nezgodne noću kada se ometa san.
Liječnik opće prakse dr. Ivan Đurić iznio je stručni sud o razlozima čestoga mokrenja.
– Često mokrenje može se javiti iz više razloga. Oni mogu biti infektivne i neinfektivne, tj. mehaničke pirode. Postoji, nažalost, grupa ljudi koja ima i naviku čestog i noćnog mokrenja, što također spada u problem koji može spustiti kvalitetu života i treba ga rješavati. Prije svega morate se javite liječniku kako bi on napravio pregled. Važno je i dati krv i mokraću na analizu, napraviti urinokulturu i bris na spolno prenosive bolesti – hklamidiju, mikoplazmu i ureaplazmu, kao i napraviti ultrazvuk. Ako je sve to u granicama normalnih vrednosti, morate otić od urologa koji će vas pregledati i eventualno napraviti cistoskopiju, skener male karlice... – objašnjava dr. Đurić, piše Kurir.

Dr. Ivan Đurić otkrio je najčešće razloge čestog mokrenja:
Urinarne infekcije
Kod urinarnih infekcija bakterija je iziritirala mokraćni kanal i stvorila nadražaj koji dovodi do mokrenja. Mokrenje je također jedan od mehanizama borbe organizma protiv infekcije jer se na taj način izbacuje uzročnik iz organizma.
Upala prostate i uvećana prostata
U ovom slučaju prostata blokira izbacivanje urina. To iritira mjehur koji nakon toga reagira i na najmanju količinu urina.
Upala mokraćnoga mjehura
Upala mjehura, kao i okoline ili kamenac stvaraju iritaciju koja tjera na često mokrenje.
Upala bubrega, pijesak ili kamen u bubregu
U ovom slučaju također dolazi do iritacije i čestog mokrenja.
Vaginalna upala
Vaginalna upala, klamidija, mikoplazma ili ureaplazma također mogu biti razlog čestog, nekada i bolnog mokrenja.

Trudnoća
Tijkom trudnoće dolazi do povećanog pritiska na mjehur od uterusa i, samim tim, češćeg mokrenja.
Lijekovi, alkohol, kava
Uzimanje lijekova za izmokravanje – diuretika, kao i konzumiranje alkohola, kave i drugih pića često teraju na mokrenje.

Tumori urinarnog trakta, mokraćnoga mjehura, bubrega ili bilo koji tumor koji pritiska mjehur utječu na mokrenje.
Anksioznost i stres

Kod šećerne bolesti naš organizam višak šećera pokušava eliminirati čestim mokrenjem.
Menopauza

Povećana težina predstavlja povećani pritisak na mjehur.
Zračenje

Kod konstipacije dolazi do nagomilavanja stolice u ij, koja može pritiskati mjehur i samim tim tjerati na mokrenje.
Sindrom prenadraženoga mjehura
Zbog prenadraženoga mjehura dolazi do čestog mokrenja, često bez objašnjenja.
Moždani udar
Moždani udar ili drugi neurološki problemi koji djeluju direktno na mozak i oštećuju osnovnu kontrolu mokrenja.
Oslabljena muskulatura unutar trbuha
To dolazi sa godinama, pa organi počnu pritiskati mokraćni mjehur i tjerati na često mokrenje, piše.
Naravno da znanje o razlozima čestog mokrenja neće zaustaviti samu pojavu, ali svakako može pomoći da se detektira problem i poduzme odogovarajuća terapija.
