Bilo da se pripremate za izlet na Prvi maj ili vam slijedi kakva fešta, mekani kiflići punjeni domaćim džemom ili nekim od popularnih slatkih namaza sigurno će vam dobro doći. Imamo recept za kifliće tako predivno mekane i ukusne da s pravom nose naziv svatovski - čak ni na bogatom jelovniku kakve svadbe oni bi bez problema uspjeli privući pažnju sladokusaca.
Budite sigurni u uspjeh, tijesto će se dignuti bez greške jer u ovom receptu se koriste i kvasac i prašak za pecivo, a tajna neodoljive mekoće i slasnog ukusa ovog nježnog peciva krije se u jednom sastojku - sasvim običnom kiselom vrhnju koje u kombinaciji s brašnom, mlijekom i maslacem stvara pravu malu pekarsku čaroliju.
Svatovski kiflići
Sastojci
500 g glatkog brašna
100 g maslaca
100 ml mlijeka
100 ml kiselog vrhnja
1 vanilin šećer
1/2 svježeg kvasac
1/2 praška za pecivo
2 jaja
2 žlice šećera
malo soli
Priprema
Pomiješajte mlako mlijeko, šećer, 2 žlice brašna i kvasac pa ostavite smjesu da naraste.
Odvojeno izmiješajte ostatak brašna s vanilin šećerom, praškom za pecivo, vanilin šećerom i solju pa rukama umiješajte maslac. Kad dobijete mrvičastu smjesu, dodajte jaja i vrhnje pa dobro izmiješajte i dodajte smjesu s kvascem.
Umijesite tijesto pa ga ostavite da se diže barem sat vremena, a zatim ga podijelite na 4-5 loptica, svaku razvaljajte u oblik kruga i podijelite na 8-12 komada, ovisno o tome kolike kifliće želite. Na najširi dio svakog trokuta stavite malo džema ili drugog namaza pa zarolajte kifliće.
Složite kifliće na lim za pečenje obložen papirom za pečenje i pecite kifliće na 180 stupnjeva dok ne dobiju lijepu boju.
izrežite tako da dobijete 12 “trokutića”.
Nadjenite ih
Na svaki trokutić stavite nadjev po želji i od šireg kraja prema tanjem smotajte u formu kiflice.
Stavite peći
Kiflice poslažite na lim za pečenje obložen papirom za pečenje i pecite u prethodno zagrijanoj pećnici na 180 stupnjeva dok ne poprime zlatnu boju. Za još ljepšu boju možete ih prije pečenja premazati mlijekom.
Pečene kifliće pospite šećerom u prahu.

Imamo recept za kifliće tako predivno mekane i ukusne da s pravom nose naziv svatovski - čak ni na bogatom jelovniku kakve svadbe oni bi bez problema uspjeli privući pažnju sladokusaca.
Budite sigurni u uspjeh, tijesto će se dignuti bez greške jer u ovom receptu se koriste i kvasac i prašak za pecivo, a tajna neodoljive mekoće i slasnog ukusa ovog nježnog peciva krije se u jednom sastojku - sasvim običnom kiselom vrhnju koje u kombinaciji s brašnom, mlijekom i maslacem stvara pravu malu pekarsku čaroliju.
Svatovski kiflići
Sastojci
500 g glatkog brašna
100 g maslaca
100 ml mlijeka
100 ml kiselog vrhnja
1 vanilin šećer
1/2 svježeg kvasac
1/2 praška za pecivo
2 jaja
2 žlice šećera
malo soli
Priprema
Pomiješajte mlako mlijeko, šećer, 2 žlice brašna i kvasac pa ostavite smjesu da naraste.
Odvojeno izmiješajte ostatak brašna s vanilin šećerom, praškom za pecivo, vanilin šećerom i solju pa rukama umiješajte maslac. Kad dobijete mrvičastu smjesu, dodajte jaja i vrhnje pa dobro izmiješajte i dodajte smjesu s kvascem.
Umijesite tijesto pa ga ostavite da se diže barem sat vremena, a zatim ga podijelite na 4-5 loptica, svaku razvaljajte u oblik kruga i podijelite na 8-12 komada, ovisno o tome kolike kifliće želite. Na najširi dio svakog trokuta stavite malo džema ili drugog namaza pa zarolajte kifliće.
Složite kifliće na lim za pečenje obložen papirom za pečenje i pecite kifliće na 180 stupnjeva dok ne dobiju lijepu boju.
izrežite tako da dobijete 12 “trokutića”.
Nadjenite ih
Na svaki trokutić stavite nadjev po želji i od šireg kraja prema tanjem smotajte u formu kiflice.
Stavite peći
Kiflice poslažite na lim za pečenje obložen papirom za pečenje i pecite u prethodno zagrijanoj pećnici na 180 stupnjeva dok ne poprime zlatnu boju. Za još ljepšu boju možete ih prije pečenja premazati mlijekom.
Pečene kifliće pospite šećerom u prahu.
