250 g glatkog brašna
250 g oštrog brašna
1 žličica soli
4 žlice maslinovog ulja
2-3dcl mlake vode
1/2 kg blive
1 crveni luk
malo petrusimula
malo soli
maslinovo ulje
češnjak
Priprema
Zamjesite tijesto od brašna, žličice soli, 4 žlice ulja i 2-3 deca vode i ostavite ga da odsroji pola sata. Kada se razvuče uvijek ostane mali višak, uklonite ga.
Za nadjev blitvu osušite, izrežite na trakice i pomiješajti s ostalim sastojcima.
Tijesto razvaljajte na dva jednaka dijela. Pola tijesta razvaljajte i staviti na donji dio kalupa (koristim kalup za quiche ili pitu). Prekrijte donje tijesto nadjevom te ga zatvorite razvaljanom preostalom polovicom. Rubove možete isplestit po želji ili samo spojiti, ako ne hvata koristite vodu za zalijepiti.
Pecite na 200℃, oko 20min ili 25 min na 170℃ u konvektomatu. Kad je gotov premažite ga maslinovim uljem i usitnjenim češnjakom.

250 g glatkog brašna
250 g oštrog brašna
1 žličica soli
4 žlice maslinovog ulja
2-3dcl mlake vode
1/2 kg blive
1 crveni luk
malo petrusimula

Priprema
Zamjesite tijesto od brašna, žličice soli, 4 žlice ulja i 2-3 deca vode i ostavite ga da odsroji pola sata. Kada se razvuče uvijek ostane mali višak, uklonite ga.
Za nadjev blitvu osušite, izrežite na trakice i pomiješajti s ostalim sastojcima.
Tijesto razvaljajte na dva jednaka dijela. Pola tijesta razvaljajte i staviti na donji dio kalupa (koristim kalup za quiche ili pitu). Prekrijte donje tijesto nadjevom te ga zatvorite razvaljanom preostalom polovicom. Rubove možete isplestit po želji ili samo spojiti, ako ne hvata koristite vodu za zalijepiti.
Pecite na 200℃, oko 20min ili 25 min na 170℃ u konvektomatu. Kad je gotov premažite ga maslinovim uljem i usitnjenim češnjakom.
