Poštovani gospodine Perišin, vašu rubriku pratimo više godina i nadali smo se da ćemo vas jednom zatrebati. Sada nam se ta prilika i pružila pa se isto tako nadamo da ćete nam odgovoriti.

Postojeće stanje i prijedlog rješenja
Imamo stan površine oko 120 m², u centru grada, s vrlo debelim vanjskim zidovima. Rado bismo ga podijelili na dva stana, jedan za našu kćer koja je sad pred udajom, a jedan za suprugu i mene.

Šaljem nacrt stana i liniju koja bi trebala ta dva stana odijeliti. Jedini uvjet je da naš stan bude komforan jednosobni stan s većom blagovaonicom i boravkom jer često imamo veliko društvo. Unaprijed vam hvala, MPD, Rijeka Poštovani, prije svega hvala na ukazanom povjerenju.

Podjelom prema liniji koju ste naznačili, dobili smo dva stana, od čega vaš dio iznosi cca 58 m². Nakon ulaza koji ste naznačili, stan se dijeli na dva dijela: dnevni i intimni dio.

Ravno s ulaznog dijela se pristupa u kuhinju koja je lijevo otvorena prema blagovaonici i dnevnom boravku. Desno nakon ulaza se ulazi u manji degažman iz kojeg se ulazi u WC s kupaonicom, a zatim u spavaću sobu. Cijelo rješenje može se vidjeti na 3D prikazima.

Poštovani gospodine Perišin, vašu rubriku pratimo više godina i nadali smo se da ćemo vas jednom zatrebati. Sada nam se ta prilika i pružila pa se isto tako nadamo da ćete nam odgovoriti.

Postojeće stanje i prijedlog rješenja
Imamo stan površine oko 120 m², u centru grada, s vrlo debelim vanjskim zidovima. Rado bismo ga podijelili na dva stana, jedan za našu kćer koja je sad pred udajom, a jedan za suprugu i mene.

Šaljem nacrt stana i liniju koja bi trebala ta dva stana odijeliti. Jedini uvjet je da naš stan bude komforan jednosobni stan s većom blagovaonicom i boravkom jer često imamo veliko društvo. Unaprijed vam hvala, MPD, Rijeka Poštovani, prije svega hvala na ukazanom povjerenju.

Podjelom prema liniji koju ste naznačili, dobili smo dva stana, od čega vaš dio iznosi cca 58 m². Nakon ulaza koji ste naznačili, stan se dijeli na dva dijela: dnevni i intimni dio.

Ravno s ulaznog dijela se pristupa u kuhinju koja je lijevo otvorena prema blagovaonici i dnevnom boravku. Desno nakon ulaza se ulazi u manji degažman iz kojeg se ulazi u WC s kupaonicom, a zatim u spavaću sobu. Cijelo rješenje može se vidjeti na 3D prikazima.
