Imamo dva stana jedan do drugoga i želja nam je spojiti ih u jedan veliki.

Naš stan je na ovom “grupnom” 501 i sad živimo u njemu i taj stan je veći. Ovaj drugi je 502 i to je to što bismo spajali. Nemamo nikakvih specijalnih zahtjeva. Htjeli bismo, naravno, jednu kuhinju, barem tri spavaće sobe, jednu veliku kupaonicu i jednu manju s tuš kabinom... ako može i garderoba.

Položaj stana je istok-zapad. Na zapad gleda ovaj veći stan, ako to nešto znači. Bili bismo sretni da nam napravite neki prijedlog.

Postojeće stanje i prijedlog rješenja
Nakon dugo vremena pojavio se upit za adaptaciju u kojem se ne traži savjet za stanove s kroničnim nedostatkom kvadrature, već upravo suprotno, što predstavlja izazov. U vašem slučaju, nakon što smo ispunili sve bitne zahtjeve, prostora ima dovoljno.

Na priloženim 3d vizualizacijama vidi se da je struktura stana sada podijeljena na vrlo jasne cijeline. Prostor većeg stana je postao intimni dio s tri dječje sobe približno jednake kvadrature, velikom roditeljskom sobom u sklopu koje se nalazi i prohodni garderobni prostor kroz koji se ulazi u manju radnu sobu/studio.

Na samom spoju s drugim dijelom stana se nalazi velika kupaonica sa WC-om te manjim WC-om. S obziorm na dovoljno prostora u velikoj kupaonici, manji WC je moguće proširiti i dodati mu tuš . Ostali dio stana, predviđen u prostoru manjeg stana, sastoji se od ulaza u kojem su predviđeni garderobni ormari te jedinstvene cjeline kuhinje, blagovanja i boravka bez pregrada te s dovoljno svjetla.

Naš stan je na ovom “grupnom” 501 i sad živimo u njemu i taj stan je veći. Ovaj drugi je 502 i to je to što bismo spajali. Nemamo nikakvih specijalnih zahtjeva. Htjeli bismo, naravno, jednu kuhinju, barem tri spavaće sobe, jednu veliku kupaonicu i jednu manju s tuš kabinom... ako može i garderoba.

Položaj stana je istok-zapad. Na zapad gleda ovaj veći stan, ako to nešto znači. Bili bismo sretni da nam napravite neki prijedlog.

Postojeće stanje i prijedlog rješenja
Nakon dugo vremena pojavio se upit za adaptaciju u kojem se ne traži savjet za stanove s kroničnim nedostatkom kvadrature, već upravo suprotno, što predstavlja izazov. U vašem slučaju, nakon što smo ispunili sve bitne zahtjeve, prostora ima dovoljno.

Na priloženim 3d vizualizacijama vidi se da je struktura stana sada podijeljena na vrlo jasne cijeline. Prostor većeg stana je postao intimni dio s tri dječje sobe približno jednake kvadrature, velikom roditeljskom sobom u sklopu koje se nalazi i prohodni garderobni prostor kroz koji se ulazi u manju radnu sobu/studio.

Na samom spoju s drugim dijelom stana se nalazi velika kupaonica sa WC-om te manjim WC-om. S obziorm na dovoljno prostora u velikoj kupaonici, manji WC je moguće proširiti i dodati mu tuš . Ostali dio stana, predviđen u prostoru manjeg stana, sastoji se od ulaza u kojem su predviđeni garderobni ormari te jedinstvene cjeline kuhinje, blagovanja i boravka bez pregrada te s dovoljno svjetla.

Spajanje dva stana u jedan

Poštovani, peteročlana smo obitelj, nas dvoje (bračni par) i troje djece, dva dečka i jedna cura. Imamo dva stana jedan do drugoga i želja nam je spojiti ih u jedan veliki.
