Mnogi ljudi smatraju mačke misterioznim i rezerviranim bićima. Vjeruju da su mačke nepristupačne te da se za njihovu naklonost treba boriti, a ne znaju da ove životinje zahtjevaju samo nešto drugačiji pristup, piše National Geographic.

Odgovor na pitanje kako s mačkama prijeći na "ti" potražio je tim stručnjaka, a u nastavku su najvažnija otkrića koja su iznjedrile njihove studije.

1. Nek vam mačka priđe prva

Istraživanje švicatskih stručnjaka pokazalo je da puštanje mačke da preuzme inicijativu važno za stvaranje dobrog odnosa. Istraživanje provedeno u 51 domu u Švicarskoj pokazala je da ove životinje češće prilaze ljudima koji u tom trenutku na njih ne obraćaju preveliku pažnju. Većini ispitanika mačka je prišla dok su čitali. Ova studija je djelomično objasnila i zašto mačke često prilaze ljudima koji su na njih alergični.

2. Priđite mački kao mačka

Kada su dvije mačke u dobrom odnosu, u znak pozdrava dodirnu se nosevima. Ovaj ritual možete oponašiti i vi tako što ćete svoj prst polako usmjeriti ka nosu mačke i zadržati ga svega nekoliko centimetara ispred njega. Ako se mačka približi kako bi vaš prst pomirisala, to znači da ste se uspješno pozdravili.

3. Mazite mačku tamo gdje voli

Mačke su veoma osjetljive na dodir pa ga na nekim mjestima podnose više, a na nekima manje. Studija iz 2002. godine pokazala je da su mačke pozitivno reagirale predenjem kad su bile mažene na području čela i obraza.  

4. Ako reagira negativno, dajte joj prostora

Mačka će vam na više načina pokazati da nešto ne voli. Može to učiniti otvoreno, siktanjem, grebanjem i girženjem, ali i suptilnije, tako što će poravnati uši, gledati u vašu ruku ili praviti nagle pokrete repom.

U tim trenucima treba se povući i prestati s onim što je izazvalo reakciju. Time ćete mački pokazati da poštujete njezine granice, a ona će to cijeniti te će vam ukazati dugoročno povjerenje.

5. Ne pretjerujte s hranom

Mnogi vlasnici količinu hrane poistovjećuju s količinom ljubavi i zbog toga pretjeruju s porcijama koje daju svojim ljubimcima. Studija Sveučilišta Cornell u New Yorku pokazala je da vas mačka neće voljeti više zato što je više hranite. U ispitivanju je sudjelovalo 58 mačaka s viškom kilograma koje su tijekom istraživanja nekoliko tjedana bile podvgrnute dijeti. Tri čevrtine vlasnika prijavilo je da su mačke umiljatije i da više vremena provode u njihovom krilu otkad su na promijenjenom režimu prehrane.

Mnogi ljudi smatraju mačke misterioznim i rezerviranim bićima. Vjeruju da su mačke nepristupačne te da se za njihovu naklonost treba boriti, a ne znaju da ove životinje zahtjevaju samo nešto drugačiji pristup, piše National Geographic.

Odgovor na pitanje kako s mačkama prijeći na "ti" potražio je tim stručnjaka, a u nastavku su najvažnija otkrića koja su iznjedrile njihove studije.

1. Nek vam mačka priđe prva

Istraživanje švicatskih stručnjaka pokazalo je da puštanje mačke da preuzme inicijativu važno za stvaranje dobrog odnosa. Istraživanje provedeno u 51 domu u Švicarskoj pokazala je da ove životinje češće prilaze ljudima koji u tom trenutku na njih ne obraćaju preveliku pažnju. Većini ispitanika mačka je prišla dok su čitali. Ova studija je djelomično objasnila i zašto mačke često prilaze ljudima koji su na njih alergični.

2. Priđite mački kao mačka

Kada su dvije mačke u dobrom odnosu, u znak pozdrava dodirnu se nosevima. Ovaj ritual možete oponašiti i vi tako što ćete svoj prst polako usmjeriti ka nosu mačke i zadržati ga svega nekoliko centimetara ispred njega. Ako se mačka približi kako bi vaš prst pomirisala, to znači da ste se uspješno pozdravili.

3. Mazite mačku tamo gdje voli

Mačke su veoma osjetljive na dodir pa ga na nekim mjestima podnose više, a na nekima manje. Studija iz 2002. godine pokazala je da su mačke pozitivno reagirale predenjem kad su bile mažene na području čela i obraza.  

4. Ako reagira negativno, dajte joj prostora

Mačka će vam na više načina pokazati da nešto ne voli. Može to učiniti otvoreno, siktanjem, grebanjem i girženjem, ali i suptilnije, tako što će poravnati uši, gledati u vašu ruku ili praviti nagle pokrete repom.

U tim trenucima treba se povući i prestati s onim što je izazvalo reakciju. Time ćete mački pokazati da poštujete njezine granice, a ona će to cijeniti te će vam ukazati dugoročno povjerenje.

5. Ne pretjerujte s hranom

Mnogi vlasnici količinu hrane poistovjećuju s količinom ljubavi i zbog toga pretjeruju s porcijama koje daju svojim ljubimcima. Studija Sveučilišta Cornell u New Yorku pokazala je da vas mačka neće voljeti više zato što je više hranite. U ispitivanju je sudjelovalo 58 mačaka s viškom kilograma koje su tijekom istraživanja nekoliko tjedana bile podvgrnute dijeti. Tri čevrtine vlasnika prijavilo je da su mačke umiljatije i da više vremena provode u njihovom krilu otkad su na promijenjenom režimu prehrane.

Mnogi ljudi smatraju mačke misterioznim i rezerviranim bićima. Vjeruju da su mačke nepristupačne te da se za njihovu naklonost treba boriti, a ne znaju da ove životinje zahtjevaju samo nešto drugačiji pristup, piše National Geographic.

Odgovor na pitanje kako s mačkama prijeći na "ti" potražio je tim stručnjaka, a u nastavku su najvažnija otkrića koja su iznjedrile njihove studije.

1. Nek vam mačka priđe prva

Istraživanje švicatskih stručnjaka pokazalo je da puštanje mačke da preuzme inicijativu važno za stvaranje dobrog odnosa. Istraživanje provedeno u 51 domu u Švicarskoj pokazala je da ove životinje češće prilaze ljudima koji u tom trenutku na njih ne obraćaju preveliku pažnju. Većini ispitanika mačka je prišla dok su čitali.
