U svakom supermarketu postoje kupci koji ne žele uzeti kolica za kupovinu sa sobom, ali na kraju kupe više artikala nego što su mislili.
Kupci stoga traže prazne kartonske kutije kako bi malo sigurnije prenijeli izabrane proizvode do blagajne. No, je li uopće dopušteno takve kutije jednostavno uzeti s police i koristiti ih za sebe?
Evo što kažu Lidl, Kaufland i ostali - donosi Fenix.
Postoje pravila ponašanja u supermarketima i diskontima poput Lidla i Kauflanda koja rijetko tko zna. Kupcima zbog nepoštivanja propisa prijete i kazne. Na primjer, voće i povrće treba dodirivati vrlo pažljivo. Svatko tko otvori pakiranje keksa ili kuša grožđe počinio je krađu.
Razlog: Čak i ako je roba već u kolicima ili košari za kupnju, još uvijek pripada trgovcu dok je kupac ne plati. Ali, što je s praznim kartonskim kutijama koje ostanu nakon što su mlijeko, bomboni ili umaci prodani i na policama je ostala samo kartonska ambalaža? Treba li ih također tretirati kao vlasništvo supermarketa ili diskontera?
S tim se, čini se, ne slažu svi djelatnici supermarketa. Kako prenose njemački mediji, kupac njemaćkog trgovačkog lanca Netto doživio je gadno iznenađenje kada je sa sobom htio ponijeti nekoliko proizvoda u njihovim kutijama.
Prišao mu je zaposlenik i rekao kako ne smije uzeti kartonsku ambalažu. “Prazna kutija mora ostati na polici”, rekao je zaposlenik.
Međutim, čini se kako ne gledaju svi trgovci isto na ovu praksu.
“Želimo da naši kupci imaju ugodno i jednostavno iskustvo kupnje u našim poslovnicama. Stoga kupci prazne kutije mogu koristiti i kao pomoć pri transportu prilikom kupnje u poslovnicama. Nije potrebno dopuštenje za korištenje od strane djelatnika”, rekao je glasnogovornik Lidla u Njemačkoj.
Slično problem vidi i Netto.
U odgovoru na službeni novinarski upit, glasnogovornik diskontera Netto objasnio je kako prazne papirnate kutije kupci općenito mogu koristiti.
Jedino je drugačije s plastičnim ambalažama, koje se koriste više puta. Ipak, u nedoumici je poželjno uvijek kratko pitati je li u redu uzeti kartonsku kutiju kako bi se izbjegli mogući nesporazumi.

U svakom supermarketu postoje kupci koji ne žele uzeti kolica za kupovinu sa sobom, ali na kraju kupe više artikala nego što su mislili.
Kupci stoga traže prazne kartonske kutije kako bi malo sigurnije prenijeli izabrane proizvode do blagajne. No, je li uopće dopušteno takve kutije jednostavno uzeti s police i koristiti ih za sebe?
Evo što kažu Lidl, Kaufland i ostali - donosi Fenix.
Postoje pravila ponašanja u supermarketima i diskontima poput Lidla i Kauflanda koja rijetko tko zna. Kupcima zbog nepoštivanja propisa prijete i kazne. Na primjer, voće i povrće treba dodirivati vrlo pažljivo. Svatko tko otvori pakiranje keksa ili kuša grožđe počinio je krađu.
Razlog: Čak i ako je roba već u kolicima ili košari za kupnju, još uvijek pripada trgovcu dok je kupac ne plati. Ali, što je s praznim kartonskim kutijama koje ostanu nakon što su mlijeko, bomboni ili umaci prodani i na policama je ostala samo kartonska ambalaža? Treba li ih također tretirati kao vlasništvo supermarketa ili diskontera?
S tim se, čini se, ne slažu svi djelatnici supermarketa. Kako prenose njemački mediji, kupac njemaćkog trgovačkog lanca Netto doživio je gadno iznenađenje kada je sa sobom htio ponijeti nekoliko proizvoda u njihovim kutijama.
Prišao mu je zaposlenik i rekao kako ne smije uzeti kartonsku ambalažu. “Prazna kutija mora ostati na polici”, rekao je zaposlenik.
Međutim, čini se kako ne gledaju svi trgovci isto na ovu praksu.
“Želimo da naši kupci imaju ugodno i jednostavno iskustvo kupnje u našim poslovnicama. Stoga kupci prazne kutije mogu koristiti i kao pomoć pri transportu prilikom kupnje u poslovnicama. Nije potrebno dopuštenje za korištenje od strane djelatnika”, rekao je glasnogovornik Lidla u Njemačkoj.
Slično problem vidi i Netto.

Jedino je drugačije s plastičnim ambalažama, koje se koriste više puta. Ipak, u nedoumici je poželjno uvijek kratko pitati je li u redu uzeti kartonsku kutiju kako bi se izbjegli mogući nesporazumi.
