Evo što je jednostavno nedopustivo za sve zaljubljenike u zube i što nijedan zubar ne bi radio svojim zubima, piše bljesak.info.
1. Upotreba zuba kao alata Svi smo se bar jednom u životu našli u situaciji kad smo zubima prerezali vrpcu ili pokušali otvoriti bocu.
Iako nam se u tim trenucima nije dogodila nikakva šteta, ne znači da neće i da nismo negativno utjecali na naše zube. Naime, stomatolozi kažu kako je za njih grickanje tvrdih predmeta apsolutno nedopustivo i kako to nikad ne bi radili svojim zubima. Ovakve stvari, koliko god nevino izgledale mogu uzrokovati pucanje zuba, plombi te oštećenje cakline.
2. Ignoriranje konca za zube.
Zubari nikad ne preskaču čišćenje zuba koncem jer se tako uklanjaju sve nečistoće i osigurava pravilna higijena. Zanemarivanje oralne higijene može dovesti do stvaranja karijesa, neugodnog zadaha te drugih problema s ustima. Ako ste do sada varali te samo na preskok čistili zube koncem, nadamo se da ćete od sada postupati pametnije.
3. Prekomjerna konzumacija šećera Zubari znaju koliku štetu šećer može prouzrokovati zubima te su jako pažljivi s njegovom konzumacijom. Gazirana pića i slatkiši mogu prouzrokovati propadanje zubi i stvaranje karijesa te ih koriste u sasvim malim količinama. Ako budete slijedili njihova pravila, osim što ćete sačuvati zube, bit ćete zdraviji.
4. Korištenje setova za izbjeljivanje zuba
Zubari nikada neće koristiti setove za izbjeljivanje zuba jer smatraju da oni donose više štete nego koristi. Naime, zubi svakog pojedinca mogu drukčije reagirati na tretmane izbjeljivanja te bi mogli prouzročiti oštećenje zubne cakline i neujednačene rezultate. Ako žele dodatno naglasiti bjelinu svojih zubi, koristit će kvalitetna medicinska sredstva koja će imati pozitivan učinak kao i dugotrajan rezultat.
5. Pranje zuba odmah nakon jela Pitate se zašto? Naime, zubna caklina je nakon jela posebno osjetljiva te bi pranje zubi moglo prouzročiti njezino oštećenje. Iako nam se u tim trenucima nije dogodila nikakva šteta, ne znači da neće i da nismo negativno utjecali na naše zube. Naime, stomatolozi kažu kako je za njih grickanje tvrdih predmeta apsolutno nedopustivo i kako to nikad ne bi radili svojim zubima. Ovakve stvari, koliko god nevino izgledale mogu uzrokovati pucanje zuba, plombi te oštećenje cakline.
2. Ignoriranje konca za zube.
Zubari nikad ne preskaču čišćenje zuba koncem jer se tako uklanjaju sve nečistoće i osigurava pravilna higijena. Zanemarivanje oralne higijene može dovesti do stvaranja karijesa, neugodnog zadaha te drugih problema s ustima. Ako ste do sada varali te samo na preskok čistili zube koncem, nadamo se da ćete od sada postupati pametnije.
3. Prekomjerna konzumacija šećera Zubari znaju koliku štetu šećer može prouzrokovati zubima te su jako pažljivi s njegovom konzumacijom. Gazirana pića i slatkiši mogu prouzrokovati propadanje zubi i stvaranje karijesa te ih koriste u sasvim malim količinama. Ako budete slijedili njihova pravila, osim što ćete sačuvati zube, bit ćete zdraviji.
4. Korištenje setova za izbjeljivanje zuba
Zubari nikada neće koristiti setove za izbjeljivanje zuba jer smatraju da oni donose više štete nego koristi. Naime, zubi svakog pojedinca mogu drukčije reagirati na tretmane izbjeljivanja te bi mogli prouzročiti oštećenje zubne cakline i neujednačene rezultate. Ako žele dodatno naglasiti bjelinu svojih zubi, koristit će kvalitetna medicinska sredstva koja će imati pozitivan učinak kao i dugotrajan rezultat.
5. Pranje zuba odmah nakon jela Pitate se zašto? Naime, zubna caklina je nakon jela posebno osjetljiva te bi pranje zubi moglo prouzročiti njezino oštećenje. Ako želite svježinu usne šupljine, isperite usta vodom a na pranje zuba pričekajte barem 30 minuta nakon obroka.
