Prehrana Novaka Đokovića česta je tema domaćih i stranih medija, a mnogi joj pripisuju velike uspjehe koje je srpski tenisač počeo nizati dvadesetima i tridesetima godinama života.
Đoković je od početka svoje karijere bio tenisač pred kojim je očito velika karijera, no pravi procvat doživio je nakon 2011. godine u kojoj je osvojio tri Grand Slama i započeo niz nevjerojatnih sportskih godina.
Za to je uvelike zaslužna bezglutenska dijeta kojoj se okrenuo zbog bolesti celijakije koja mu je utvrđena, no to nije jedini princip njegova jelovnika. Novak se nikada nije deklarirao kao vegan ili vegetarijanac, jer smatra da su to "etikete koje se krivo tumače".
Ipak, ističe kako su biljke osnova njegove prehrane, a mediji su prije nekoliko godina pisali kako Novak i Jelena Đoković apsolutno nikada ne koriste tvornički, tj. rafinirani šećer u prehrani.
To ne znači da u njihovu domu nema ugljikohidrata - za ručak tenisačica često jede tjesteninu, ali bira bezglutensku opciju. Kako piše portal Ocinator, izbjegavaju prerađene šećere kojih ima u slatkišima i gaziranim pićima.
Što se slatkiša tiče, poznato je da se Novak nakon osvajanja Australian Opena 2012. zaželio čokolade pa je pojeo samo jednu pločicu, što je samodisciplina iz koje mnogi mogu naučiti.
No, to ne znači da si Novak s vremena na vrijeme ne priušti slatkiše - za vrijeme mečeva u torbi uvijek ima datulje, voće koje sadrži puno prirodnog i nerafinirnaog šećera, ali najviše fruktoze.
U svojoj knjizi "Serviraj za pobjedu" iz 2013. Đoković je otkrio da je novozelandski manuka med jedna od najvećih tajni njegove prehrane, a konzumira ga tako da svako jutro pojede dvije žličice ovog meda uz veliku čašu vode sobne temperature. Osim toga, ponekad ga uzima tijekom dana, kao i na terenu između setova.
Ovaj med ima jak okus, koji se obično opisuje kao "bogat, cvjetni i složen", a studija objavljena 2014. u American Journal of Therapeutics napominje da ga stručnjaci trenutno istražuju jedna organski spoj koji bi potencijalno mogao pomoći kod raznih infekcija.
Manuka med poznat je po visokom sadržaju vitamina B kompleksa, kalcija, bakra, željeza, magnezija, kalija, natrija i cinka, piše Zadovoljna.

Prehrana Novaka Đokovića česta je tema domaćih i stranih medija, a mnogi joj pripisuju velike uspjehe koje je srpski tenisač počeo nizati dvadesetima i tridesetima godinama života.

Za to je uvelike zaslužna bezglutenska dijeta kojoj se okrenuo zbog bolesti celijakije koja mu je utvrđena, no to nije jedini princip njegova jelovnika. Novak se nikada nije deklarirao kao vegan ili vegetarijanac, jer smatra da su to "etikete koje se krivo tumače".
Ipak, ističe kako su biljke osnova njegove prehrane, a mediji su prije nekoliko godina pisali kako Novak i Jelena Đoković apsolutno nikada ne koriste tvornički, tj. rafinirani šećer u prehrani.
To ne znači da u njihovu domu nema ugljikohidrata - za ručak tenisačica često jede tjesteninu, ali bira bezglutensku opciju. Kako piše portal Ocinator, izbjegavaju prerađene šećere kojih ima u slatkišima i gaziranim pićima.
Što se slatkiša tiče, poznato je da se Novak nakon osvajanja Australian Opena 2012. zaželio čokolade pa je pojeo samo jednu pločicu, što je samodisciplina iz koje mnogi mogu naučiti.
No, to ne znači da si Novak s vremena na vrijeme ne priušti slatkiše - za vrijeme mečeva u torbi uvijek ima datulje, voće koje sadrži puno prirodnog i nerafinirnaog šećera, ali najviše fruktoze.
U svojoj knjizi "Serviraj za pobjedu" iz 2013. Đoković je otkrio da je novozelandski manuka med jedna od najvećih tajni njegove prehrane, a konzumira ga tako da svako jutro pojede dvije žličice ovog meda uz veliku čašu vode sobne temperature. Osim toga, ponekad ga uzima tijekom dana, kao i na terenu između setova.
Ovaj med ima jak okus, koji se obično opisuje kao "bogat, cvjetni i složen", a studija objavljena 2014. u American Journal of Therapeutics napominje da ga stručnjaci trenutno istražuju jedna organski spoj koji bi potencijalno mogao pomoći kod raznih infekcija.
Manuka med poznat je po visokom sadržaju vitamina B kompleksa, kalcija, bakra, željeza, magnezija, kalija, natrija i cinka, piše Zadovoljna.
