Film "Ivanova igra" redatelja Tomislava Žaje, koji govori o životu legende Hajduka Ivana Gudelja, ne prestaje dobivati nagrada na svjetskim festivalima dokumentarnog filma.

Tako je u Milanu osvojio specijalno priznanje žirija filmskog festivala Federation Internationale Cinema Television Sportifs (FICTS). Festival FICTS uključuje 70 zemalja pod pokroviteljstvom Međunarodnog olimpijskog odbora, a na festivalu, poznatom i kao Oscar sportskoga filma koji je ove godine održan po 39. put, prikazani su filmovi koji su prethodno osvojili nagrade na brojnim festivalima sportskog filma na svim kontinentima.

Prisutnim uzvanicima tijekom dodjele nagrada prigodnim govorima, među ostalima, obratili su se predsjednik Međunarodnog olimpijskog odbora Thomas Bach, te sportski direktor i klupska legenda Real Madrida Emilio Butragueñ​o. Specijalno priznanje za film "Ivanova igra" na finalnoj večeri u Milanu primili su zajedno redatelj filma Tomislav Žaja i njegov glavni protagonist Ivan Gudelj.

– Bili smo do sada na 23 festivala u Aziji, Europi, Americi, Africi i film ima šest nominacija za najbolju režije, za montažu, kao najbolji film, ukupno četiri nagrade, a ova posebna nagrada u Milanu, rekao bih da je došla kao kruna na cijeli dosadašnji ciklus prezentacije našega dokumentarca.

Doživljaj u Milanu bio je fantastičan uz vrhunske sportaše, poznate redatelje i producente, ljude koji su poznati u svijetu kulture i sporta. Inače, predsjednik festivala je i novi član tijela za sport i kulturu Međunarodnog olimpijskog odbora, a Međunarodni olimpijski odbor je i glavni pokrovitelj festivala. To je svakako bilo na visokom nivou i za mene je to bilo posebno iskustvo, kao i za našeg Ivana Gudelja – istaknuo je redatelj Tomislav Žaja.

– Svakako zahvala u prvom redu redatelju Tomislavu Žaji koji je stvarno tijekom snimanja, da ne govorimo u samoj pripremi filma, dao sve od sebe.

Ovo priznanje u Milanu i nije točka na kraju u cijeloj ovoj priči jer nas i dalje zovu na razne festivale. Želio bih ovom prilikom istaknuti i dva Splićanina koji su mi u prvim koracima izišli ususret. Riječ je o Igoru Bakoviću, nekadašnjem pročelniku za kulturu grada Splita, koji mi je i predložio Tomislava Žaju za redatelja ovoga filma, i svakako nekadašnjem gradonačelniku Ivi Baldasaru koji je prvi prepoznao vrijednost ovoga projekta. Trebam istaknuti i to da su mnoge TV kuće Europe i svijeta pa i domicilna TV kuća UEFA-e preuzele film za emitiranje, no ne i naša nacionalna televizija HRT – izjavio nam je nakon dolaska iz Milana Ivan Gudelj.

Inače, "Ivanova igra" je film o naprasno prekinutoj karijeri i dramatičnom životu legendarnog nogometaša Ivana Gudelja, koji se uspio izdići iznad teške bolesti i nevolja koje su ga snašle, te preokrenuti rezultat u naizgled izgubljenoj životnoj utakmici. Najbolji mladi igrač Europe 1979., najmlađi kapetan u povijesti reprezentacije Jugoslavije, jedan od idealnih 11 Svjetskog prvenstva u Španjolskoj 1982. godine iznenada obolijeva od opakog virusa. Ovo je priča o izvanserijskom nogometašu koji je zbog bolesti izgubio sve, ali koji se uspijeva vratiti i na kraju pobijediti u onoj najvažnijoj, životnoj utakmici.

Film "Ivanova igra" redatelja Tomislava Žaje, koji govori o životu legende Hajduka Ivana Gudelja, ne prestaje dobivati nagrada na svjetskim festivalima dokumentarnog filma.

Tako je u Milanu osvojio specijalno priznanje žirija filmskog festivala Federation Internationale Cinema Television Sportifs (FICTS). Festival FICTS uključuje 70 zemalja pod pokroviteljstvom Međunarodnog olimpijskog odbora, a na festivalu, poznatom i kao Oscar sportskoga filma koji je ove godine održan po 39. put, prikazani su filmovi koji su prethodno osvojili nagrade na brojnim festivalima sportskog filma na svim kontinentima.

Prisutnim uzvanicima tijekom dodjele nagrada prigodnim govorima, među ostalima, obratili su se predsjednik Međunarodnog olimpijskog odbora Thomas Bach, te sportski direktor i klupska legenda Real Madrida Emilio Butragueñ​o. Specijalno priznanje za film "Ivanova igra" na finalnoj večeri u Milanu primili su zajedno redatelj filma Tomislav Žaja i njegov glavni protagonist Ivan Gudelj.

– Bili smo do sada na 23 festivala u Aziji, Europi, Americi, Africi i film ima šest nominacija za najbolju režije, za montažu, kao najbolji film, ukupno četiri nagrade, a ova posebna nagrada u Milanu, rekao bih da je došla kao kruna na cijeli dosadašnji ciklus prezentacije našega dokumentarca.

Doživljaj u Milanu bio je fantastičan uz vrhunske sportaše, poznate redatelje i producente, ljude koji su poznati u svijetu kulture i sporta. Inače, predsjednik festivala je i novi član tijela za sport i kulturu Međunarodnog olimpijskog odbora, a Međunarodni olimpijski odbor je i glavni pokrovitelj festivala. To je svakako bilo na visokom nivou i za mene je to bilo posebno iskustvo, kao i za našeg Ivana Gudelja – istaknuo je redatelj Tomislav Žaja.

– Svakako zahvala u prvom redu redatelju Tomislavu Žaji koji je stvarno tijekom snimanja, da ne govorimo u samoj pripremi filma, dao sve od sebe.

Ovo priznanje u Milanu i nije točka na kraju u cijeloj ovoj priči jer nas i dalje zovu na razne festivale. Želio bih ovom prilikom istaknuti i dva Splićanina koji su mi u prvim koracima izišli ususret. Riječ je o Igoru Bakoviću, nekadašnjem pročelniku za kulturu grada Splita, koji mi je i predložio Tomislava Žaju za redatelja ovoga filma, i svakako nekadašnjem gradonačelniku Ivi Baldasaru koji je prvi prepoznao vrijednost ovoga projekta. Trebam istaknuti i to da su mnoge TV kuće Europe i svijeta pa i domicilna TV kuća UEFA-e preuzele film za emitiranje, no ne i naša nacionalna televizija HRT – izjavio nam je nakon dolaska iz Milana Ivan Gudelj.

Inače, "Ivanova igra" je film o naprasno prekinutoj karijeri i dramatičnom životu legendarnog nogometaša Ivana Gudelja, koji se uspio izdići iznad teške bolesti i nevolja koje su ga snašle, te preokrenuti rezultat u naizgled izgubljenoj životnoj utakmici. Najbolji mladi igrač Europe 1979., najmlađi kapetan u povijesti reprezentacije Jugoslavije, jedan od idealnih 11 Svjetskog prvenstva u Španjolskoj 1982. godine iznenada obolijeva od opakog virusa. Ovo je priča o izvanserijskom nogometašu koji je zbog bolesti izgubio sve, ali koji se uspijeva vratiti i na kraju pobijediti u onoj najvažnijoj, životnoj utakmici.
